Hooda : the Chief Minister may try to run down data collected by CMIE, but data from government like NSSO also indicates that unemployment has turned into a crisis in Haryana. He said Haryana was number one in investments, has now become number one in unemployment.

चंडीगढ़ NEWS। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने पत्रकारों के सवाल मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा की
हरियाणा में बेरोजगारी नहीं है का जवाब देते हुए कहा कि अगर मुख्यमंत्री बेरोजगारी को लेकर सीएमआईई के आंकड़ों को नहीं
मानते तो उन्हें एनएसएसओ केंद्र और प्रदेश सरकार के आंकड़ों को उठाकर देख लेना
चाहिए। स्पष्ट हो जाएगा कि हरियाणा में बेरोजगारी चरम पर है।
The latest economic survey of the state government
itself shows that 8,81,679 people of the state had registered for jobs, but the
government was able to provide jobs to only 2,816 people,” he said. “Not only

unemployment record of 45 years was broken during the BJP government. When the
country had an unemployment rate of 6.1%, Haryana had an unemployment rate of
8.6%, almost one and a half times higher than the national average. The
unemployment rate of Haryana was higher than backward states like UP, Bihar,
Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and Haryana was second in the
country after Kerala,” Hooda said, replying to the question of the journalists,
हुड्डा ने कहा कि खुद प्रदेश सरकार का ताजा आर्थिक सर्वेक्षण बताता है कि प्रदेश के 𝟖,𝟖𝟏,𝟔𝟕𝟗 लोगों ने नौकरी के लिए रजिस्टर करवाया था लेकिन सरकार सिर्फ 𝟐,𝟖𝟏𝟔 लोगों को ही नौकरी दे पाए। इतना ही नहीं लोकसभा चुनावों के बाद जारी हुए एनएसएसओ के आंकड़ों से पता था कि बीजेपी सरकार के दौरान 𝟒𝟓 साल की बेरोजगारी का रिकॉर्ड टूट गया। जब देश में 𝟔.𝟏% बेरोजगारी दर थी, तब हरियाणा में उससे लगभग डेढ़ गुणा ज्यादा 𝟖.𝟔% प्रतिशत की बेरोजगारी दर थी। हरियाणा की बेरोजगारी दर यूपी, बिहार, झारखंड, मध्य प्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ जैसे पिछड़े माने जाने वाले राज्यों से भी ऊपर दर्ज की गई। जिसमे केरल के बाद हरियाणा देश में दूसरे नंबर पर था।
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि उनकी सरकार के दौरान प्रदेश की बेरोजगारी दर सिर्फ 𝟐.𝟖% हुआ करती थी, जो आज बढ़कर 𝟐𝟕.𝟗% हो चुकी है। क्योंकि हमारे कार्यकाल में हरियाणा प्रति व्यक्ति आय और निवेश में पहले पहले पायदान पर था। लेकिन बीजेपी सरकार में वो बेरोजगारी में पहले नंबर पर पहुंच गया। क्योंकि बीजेपी सरकार के दौरान निवेश के नाम पर सिर्फ इवेंटबाजी हुई। 𝟔 साल पहले सरकार ने गुरुग्राम में एक निवेश समिट करवाई थी। दावा किया गया था कि 𝟓 लाख 𝟖𝟕 हजार करोड़ रुपये के एमओयू साइन हुए हैं। लेकिन धरातल पर ना किसी तरह का निवेश दिखा, ना कोई नई परियोजना, ना बड़ा उद्योग और ना ही रोजगार सृजन हुआ। सरकार बताए कि उस 𝟓 लाख 𝟖𝟕 हजार करोड़ के एमओयू का क्या हुआ?
The Leader
of Opposition said that if the Chief Minister does not believe in figures put
out by CMIE, which is a private research company, or data put out by NSSO,
Economic Survey, then he himself should see the ground reality. “18 to 20 lakh
educated youth had applied for this recruitment of fourth class posts when the
government had released recruitment for 18,000 fourth class jobs. Not only
this, about 25 lakh youth had applied when the government had released
recruitment for 6,000 clerk posts,” he said.
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अगर किसी भी आंकड़े
में भरोसा नहीं करते , जो हमारे नहीं है
सीएमआईई , एनएसओ, इकोनॉमिक सर्वे
के है तो उन्हें खुद जमीनी सच्चाई देखनी चाहिए। जब सरकार ने 18 हजार चपरासी
पदों के लिए भर्ती निकाली गई थी। फोर्थ क्लास की इस भर्ती के लिए भी अप्लाई करने
वाले 18 से 20 लाख पढ़े लिखे
युवाओं ने अप्लाई किया था। इतना ही नहीं सरकार ने जब 6 हजार कलर्क पदों
के लिए भर्ती निकली थी तो उसके लिए लगभग 25 लाख युवाओं ने अप्लाई किया था।
Hooda said
in the past, about 7000 youth had applied for just 10 posts of peons in
Jagadhri court and 14,871 youths of the state had applied for the raw
recruitment of 13 posts of peons in Panipat court. “Candidates holding BA, MA,
MSc, MCom, M.Phil and PhD degrees from across the state are also applying for
temporary posts of peons with where the minimum qualification was class eight.
But it is surprising that even then the government is not ready to accept that
unemployment has taken a frightening form in Haryana,” he said.
हुड्डा ने बताया कि पिछले दिनों जगाधरी कोर्ट में चपरासी के महज 𝟏𝟎 पदों के लिए लगभग 𝟕𝟎𝟎𝟎 युवाओं ने अप्लाई किया था। इतना ही नहीं पानीपत कोर्ट में चपरासी के 𝟏𝟑 पदों की कच्ची भर्ती के लिए प्रदेश के 𝟏𝟒,𝟖𝟕𝟏 युवाओं ने आवेदन किए थे। 𝟖वीं पास योग्यता वाली चपरासी की कच्ची भर्तियों के लिए भी प्रदेश के बीए, एमए, एमएससी, एमकॉम, एम.फिल और पीएचडी किए हुए अभ्यर्थियों आवेदन कर रहे हैं। लेकिन हैरानी की बात है कि फिर भी सरकार मानने को तैयार नहीं है कि हरियाणा में बेरोजगारी भयावह रूप ले चुकी है।
पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ने पत्रकारों से बातचीत में बताया कि सरकार महम के पास एयरपोर्ट और सोनीपत रेल कोच फैक्टरी के बारे में लोगों को गुमराह कर रही है। कांग्रेस कार्यकाल के दौरान सोनीपत के लिए जो रेल कोच फैक्टरी मंजूर हुई थी, वो दूसरे राज्य में शिफ्ट हो चुकी है। फिलहाल यहां सिर्फ छोटा-सा रिपेयर सेंटर बन रहा है। इतना ही नहीं हमने बड़ी मेहनत से चार जिलों के बीच इंटरनेशनल एयरपोर्ट के स्थान आदि सभी औपचारिकता कर क्लीयरेंस दिलवाया था, लेकिन लेकिन हमारी सरकार बदलने के बाद बीजेपी सरकार ने उसे भी यहां से जाने दिया। प्रदेश सरकार के नकारेपन की वजह से हजारों करोड़ के बड़े-बड़े प्रोजक्ट हरियाणा से अन्य राज्यों में चले गए और सरकार हाथ पर हाथ धरे बैठी रही।
Speaking on
the issue of inflation, Hooda said today there is a lot of anger among the
people due to the rising prices of petrol and diesel. “From fuel and food to
transportation and agriculture, the cost of everything is increasing and the
common man is suffering. People are getting crushed in the mill of recession,
epidemic and inflation but the government is doing nothing. The central
government does not want to reduce excise duty on petroleum products and the
state government does not want to give any relief by cutting VAT, which is
double of what it was during our tenure. It has become the biggest source of
earning for the state government,” he said.
बेरोजगारी के साथ महंगाई के मुद्दे पर बोलते हुए हुड्डा ने
कहा कि आज पेट्रोल-डीजल के बढ़ते दामों से जनता में बहुत रोष बना हुआ है। आम आदमी
महंगाई से त्रस्त है। ईंधन और खाने-पीने के सामान से लेकर ट्रांसपोर्ट और खेती, तमाम चीज़ों की
लागत बढ़ती जा रही है। लोग मंदी, महामारी और महंगाई चक्की में पिस रहे हैं। लेकिन तेल पर ना
केंद्र सरकार एक्साइज ड्यूटी कम कर रही है और ना ही प्रदेश सरकार वैट में कटौती
करके जनता को राहत देना चाहती है। हरियाणा में
हमारे कार्यकाल से अब दुगुना वैट है।डीजल पेट्रोल ,गैस के
लगातार रेट बढ़ाकर कमाई का साधन बनाया हुआ है।
