Haryana Police has arrested three persons who had tried to loot a police team during routine patrolling in Panipat district. The police had also seized a countrymade pistol and two sticks from their possession.

Primary probe reveals that accused were
also involved in a blind murder incident in Delhi, last year and five cases of
oil theft from refinery pipe lines in Sonipat, Rohtak and Rewari. They were
continuously changing their hideouts to evade arrest.

पिछले साल दिल्ली में एक ब्लाइंड मर्डर की घटना और सोनीपत,रोहतक और रेवाड़ी में रिफाइनरी पाइप लाइनों से तेल चोरी के पांच मामलों में भी
शामिल थे। गिरफ्तारी से बचने के लिए वे लगातार अपने ठिकाने बदल रहे थे।
यात्रियों को लूटने की साजिश रच रहे आरोपियों के बारे में गुप्त सूचना मिलने के बाद आरोपियों को काबू करने के लिए पुलिस टीम ने गाड़ी पर लगी नीली बत्ती को उतार लिया और गाड़ी को चैटाला रोड़ से सैक्टर- 29 जाने वाली सडक़ से पहले ही खड़ी कर टीम में सिविल कपड़ों में तैनात सिपाही को आगे भेजा। थोड़ी दूर चलते ही सिपाही को राहगीर समझते हुए आरोपियों ने लूटने के लिए रोका, जिनमें से एक युवक के हाथ में देशी पिस्तौल व दो युवकों के हाथों में डण्डे थे। पुलिस टीम ने प्लान के मुताबिक सूझ-बूझ से कार्रवाई करते हुए मौके पर ही तीनों युवकों को काबू कर लिया। आरोपियों के खिलाफ भारतीय दंड संहिता की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज कर आगे की जांच की जा रही है।
After getting a secret input about the accused that were plotting to loot commuters, a CIA team went to a location near Sector-29 . Police team sent a constable in civil clothes to nab the accused. After walking a short distance, all accused stopped to rob the constable at a gun-point, mistaking him for a passer-by. Other team members nabbed the criminals.
