MGNREGA : मनरेगा में पिछली बार से बजट को बढ़ा कर डेढ़ गुना कर दिया गया है और अब प्रदेश में 1200 करोड़ रूपये मनरेगा के कार्यों पर खर्च किये जायेंगे.
कृषि एवं बागवानी के क्षेत्र में दूसरे राज्यों के ‘सफल-किसानों’ की तकनीक का अध्ययन करने के भी निर्देश दिए ताकि उनका प्रयोग करके प्रदेश का किसान और अधिक समृद्घ एवं खुशहाल हो सके.

Chautala has directed the officers to explore various possibilities of works
under MGNREGA, which can benefit the labourers as well as the farmers. He added
that awareness should be generated so that farmers are motivated to plant cash
crops other than traditional crops in the State. He also directed to study the
techniques of 'successful farmers' of other states so that the farmers of the
State could become more prosperous by adopting such techniques.
डिप्टी सीएम, जिनके पास ग्रामीण विकास एवं पंचायत विभाग का
प्रभार भी है, ने आज यहां विभागीय अधिकारियों की बैठक की
अध्यक्षता की और मनरेगा के तहत किए जा रहे कार्यों की समीक्षा की। इस अवसर पर
ग्रामीण विकास विभाग के महानिदेशक विकास यादव, विकास एवं पंचायत विभाग के महानिदेशक आर.सी
बिढ़ान समेत अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
Dushyant Chautala informed after the
meeting that the State Government is getting more and more work done under
MGNREGA. During the year 2019-20 in the State, where works of worth Rs. 370
crore were initiated under MNREGA scheme whereas during the year 2020-21, an
amount of Rs. 802 crore was spent which is more than double. He said that this
time in order to get more work done under MGNREGA in rural areas, the officers
have been directed to identify more work in departments including Agriculture,
Horticulture, Forest, Irrigation Department, Public Health Engineering, Public
Works, Women and Child Development and Youth and Sports Affairs. In order to
achieve the plan, a target has been set to spend about Rs. 1200 crores.
दुष्यंत चौटाला ने बैठक के बाद जानकारी दी कि राज्य सरकार मनरेगा के तहत अधिक से अधिक काम करवा रही है। प्रदेश में वर्ष 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗-𝟐𝟎 के दौरान जहां मनरेगा योजना में 𝟑𝟕𝟎 करोड़ रूपए के कार्य करवाए गए वहीं वर्ष 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎-𝟐𝟏 के दौरान पिछले वर्ष से दो गुणा से भी अधिक 𝟖𝟎𝟐 करोड़ रूपए खर्च किए गए। उन्होंने बताया कि इस बार ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में मनरेगा के तहत और अधिक कार्य करवाने के लिए अधिकारियों को कृषि, बागवानी,वन, सिंचाई, जनस्वास्थ्य अभियांत्रिकी, लोक निर्माण विभाग, महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग, युवा एवं खेल मामले विभाग समेत अन्य विभागों में योजनाबद्घ ढंग से काम करने के निर्देश देते हुए 𝟏𝟐𝟎𝟎 करोड़ रूपए खर्च करने का लक्ष्य रखा है।
दुष्यंत चौटाला ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि वर्तमान
परिस्थितियों में किसानों के पास कृषि-जोत कम होती जा रही है। राज्य में करीब 𝟖𝟎 प्रतिशत ऐसे किसान हैं जिनके पास 𝟓 एकड़ से भी कम कृषि भूमि है। अधिकतर किसान
पारंपरिक फसलों की बिजाई करते आ रहे हैं, जबकि नकदी फसलों से किसान अधिक आय प्राप्त कर
सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार का उद्देश्य इन छोटे किसानों को फसल
विविधिकरण के लिए पे्ररित करते हुए उनका रूझान फल व सब्जियों के अलावा अन्य नकदी
फसलों की तरफ करना है ताकि उनकी आमदनी बढ़ सके।
