चंडीगढ़।। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने किसानों द्वारा अन्य राज्यों में तूड़ी बेचने पर प्रतिबंध लगाने के फैसले का विरोध किया है। हुड्डा का कहना है कि गेहूं सीजन में किसान पहले ही बड़ा घाटा झेल चुके हैं। इस बार बेमौसमी बारिश और गर्मी के जल्द आगमन के चलते प्रति एकड़ 5 से 10 क्विंटल गेहूं की पैदावार कम हुई है।
कई जगह पर किसान की पूरी तो कई जगह आधी फसल बर्बाद हो गई। ऐसे में कुछ
किसान तूड़ी बेचकर जैसे-तैसे अपने नुकसान की भरपाई कर रहे हैं। लेकिन सरकार
किसानों से यह हक भी छीन रही है। दूसरी तरफ ना गेहूं का उठान हो रहा है मंडियों
में और ना समय पर अदायगी ही कर रही है गठबंधन सरकार ।
हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकारी अधिकारियों द्वारा जबरन किसानों की ट्रैक्टर-ट्रॉली को जहां-तहां रुका जा रहा है और किसानों से सस्ते दाम पर तूड़ी की लूट की जा रही है। जबकि किसान को अपनी तूड़ी कहीं भी बेचने की आजादी होनी चाहिए।
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि एक देश, एक मार्केट की बात करने वाली बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार अब अन्यों में तूड़ी बेचने पर भी आपत्ति जता रही है। सरकार को किसानों के खिलाफ लिए गए अपने इस तानाशाही फैसले को वापस लेना चाहिए। विपक्ष इसका हर स्तर पर विरोध करेगा।
Former Chief
Minister and Leader of the Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda has opposed the
decision to ban farmers from selling cattle fodder in other states. Hooda said
farmers have already suffered huge losses in the wheat season due to unseasonal
rains and early arrival of summer, the yield of wheat per acre has decreased by
5 to 10 quintals.
“The entire crop of
the farmer was ruined in some places and some farmers are compensating for
their loss by selling fodder such a situation, but the government is also
snatching this right from the farmers. On the other hand, the government is
neither lifting wheat in the mandis nor is the coalition government paying
farmers on time” he said.
Hooda said that the
tractor-trolleys of the farmers are being stopped forcibly by the government
officials everywhere and the farmers are being looted at cheap prices. He said
the farmer should have the freedom to sell his cattle fodder anywhere.
The Leader of
Opposition said the BJP-JJP government, which talks about one country-one
market, is now objecting to selling fodder to others. The government should
take back this dictatorial decision taken against the farmers and that the
opposition will oppose it at every level.
Hooda said that
farmers today need help, not government restrictions. “The government should
give a bonus of ₹ 500 per quintal on wheat to the farmers to compensate them
for the loss. But despite repeated demands, the government is not ready to
accept it. New orders are being issued by the government that are pushing
farmers into further losses,” he said.
हुड्डा ने कहा कि किसानों को आज सरकारी प्रतिबंधों की नहीं बल्कि मदद की दरकार है। सरकार को किसानों के नुकसान की भरपाई के लिए उन्हें गेहूं पर प्रति क्विंटल ₹500 बोनस देना चाहिए। लेकिन बार-बार मांग किए जाने के बावजूद सरकार मानने के लिए तैयार नहीं है। ऊपर से किसानों को और घाटे में धकेलने के लिए नए फरमान सुनाए जा रहे हैं।
