चंडीगढ़।। हरियाणा के बिजली मंत्री रणजीत सिंह
ने कांग्रेस के प्रवक्ता रणदीप सूरजेवाला द्वारा हरियाणा की बिजली को गुजरात भेजने
के आरोपों को झूठ का पुलिंदा बताते हुए इसे गुमराह करने वाला व प्रदेश की जनता को
बरगलाने वाला बताया है।
यहां जारी बयान में बिजली मंत्री ने कहा कि अपनी पार्टी की अंदरूनी कलह को छिपाने के लिए रणदीप सूरजेवाला ने मीडिया में हरियाणा सरकार क खिलाफ जो अनर्गल बयानबाजी की है, उसमें वे खुद ही फंस गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सूरजेवाला की याद्दाश्त काफी कमजोर हो गई लगती है, क्योंकि वर्ष 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟑 में अडानी की याचिका पर ‘सैंट्रल इलैक्ट्रिसिटी रेगूलेटरी कमीशन’ के आदेशों के तहत ‘मुंद्रा-महेंद्रगढ़ हाई वोल्टेज डायरेक्ट करंट’ 𝟓𝟎𝟎 के.वी लाइन को डेडिकेटिड टांसमिशन लाइन से ‘इंटर स्टेट ट्रांसमिशन सिस्टम’ में परिवर्तित कर दिया था, इसके बाद इसी आदेश को 𝟏𝟒 मई 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟒 को जब रणदीप सूरजेवाला कांग्रेस सरकार के दौरान स्वयं कैबिनेट का हिस्सा थे तो उस वक्त कैबिनेट ने मंजूरी दे दी थी।
रणजीत सिंह ने आगे बताया कि कांग्रेस शासनकाल में ही ‘मुंद्रा-महेंद्रगढ़ हाई वोल्टेज डायरेक्ट करंट लाइन’ तत्पश्चात ‘इंटर स्टेट ट्रांसमिशन सिस्टम नेटवर्क’ का हिस्सा बन गई थी और इसके ऊपर सारा नियंत्रण ‘रिजनल ग्रिड स्टेबिलिटी’ के आधार पर ‘नेशनल लोड डिस्पेच सैंटर’ का हो गया था। ‘नेशनल लोड डिस्पेच सैंटर’ एक स्वतंत्र बॉडी है, इस पर हरियाणा का न तो एडमिनिस्ट्रेटिव और न ही ऑपरेशनल कंट्रोल है।
उन्होंने रणदीप सूरजेवाला द्वारा अडानी को मुफ्त में बिजली दिए जाने के आरोपों को बेबुनियाद व तथ्यों से परे बताते हुए कहा कि उक्त ‘मुंद्रा-महेंद्रगढ़ हाई वोल्टेज डायरेक्ट करंट लाइन’ के फ्लो से हरियाणा का कोई लेना-देना नहीं है, प्रदेश का बिजली में जो हिस्सा है उस पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पडऩे वाला। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि 𝟗 अप्रैल 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 से 𝟏𝟐 अप्रैल 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 तक 𝟏𝟕𝟕 मेगावॉट से बढ़ाकर 𝟒𝟖𝟕 मेगावॉट उत्तर क्षेत्र से पश्चिम क्षेत्र में भेजी गई बिजली ‘मुंद्रा-महेंद्रगढ़ हाई वोल्टेज डायरेक्ट करंट लाइन’ का ही एक उदाहरण है।
Haryana Power Minister, Ranjit Singh has termed the allegations of Congress spokesperson, Randeep Surjewala regarding sending Haryana's electricity to Gujarat as a bundle of lies and termed it as misleading to the people of the State.
In a statement issued here, the Power Minister said that in order to hide the internal strife within his party, Randeep Surjewala himself was caught in unrestrained statements made against the Haryana Government in the media. He said Surajewala's memory seems to have deteriorated significantly as the 'Mundra-Mahendergarh High Voltage Direct Current' 500 kV line was replaced with a dedicated transmission line under orders of 'Central Electricity Regulatory Commission' on Adani's plea in 2013. It was converted into 'Inter State Transmission System', after which the same order was approved by the cabinet on May 14, 2014, when Randeep Surjewala was part of the cabinet during the Congress Government.
Ranjit Singh further informed that during the Congress rule itself, the 'Mundra-Mahendergarh High Voltage Direct Current Line' became a part of the 'Inter State Transmission System Network' and all control was on the basis of 'Regional Grid Stability' of 'National Load Despatch Centre (NLDC)'. The National Load Despatch Centre is an independent body, over which Haryana has neither administrative nor operational control.
While stating the allegations of Randeep Surjewala giving free electricity to Adani as baseless and beyond facts, he said that Haryana has nothing to do with the flow of the said 'Mundra-Mahendergarh High Voltage Direct Current Line'. The part of State’s power in Haryana will not be affected. He further said that from April 9, 2022 to April 12, 2022, power increased from 177 MW to 487 MW that was sent from the North Zone to West Zone is an example of the 'Mundra-Mahendergarh High Voltage Direct Current Line'.
The Power Minister also said that Haryana is making complete utilisation of the power generated from the Center and generated at its level. The share of electricity in Haryana is not being sent anywhere. Terming Randeep Surjewala 's allegations of power crisis in the state as baseless, he said that the State Government is committed to provide electricity to its consumers as per their requirement.
बिजली मंत्री ने यह भी कहा कि केंद्र से उत्पादित व अपने स्तर पर उत्पादित बिजली का हरियाणा पूरा सदुपयोग कर रहा है। हरियाणा के हिस्से की बिजली को कहीं भी नहीं भेजा गया है। उन्होंने सूरजेवाला द्वारा प्रदेश में बिजली संकट होने के आरोपों को औचित्यहीन बताते हुए कहा कि राज्य सरकार अपने उपभोक्ताओं को आवश्यकता अनुसार बिजली देने के लिए कृतसंकल्प है।
