𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐫𝐡 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬: एक ही फोन नम्बर से 20 से ज्यादा सीएम विंडो लगाने वालों की होगी मोनिटरिंग- मनोहर लाल

चंडीगढ़, डिजिटल डेक्स।। मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि सीएम विंडो पर बेवजह की शिकायतें करने वालों के कारण अधिकारियों को कार्य करने में परेशानी होती है। ऐसे में सीएम विंडो पर अब एक ही फोन नम्बर से 20 से ज्यादा शिकायतें लगाने वालों की मॉनिटरिंग की जाएगी। 

परिवेदना समिति की बैठक में एक परिवादी पवन कुमार द्वारा निरन्तर विभिन्न विभागों के खिलाफ की जा रही शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। 

उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकारियों के कार्यों में बेवजह की शिकायतें ठीक नहीं, ऐसे में शिकायत कर्ता की समस्या को समझते हुए समाधान किये जायेंगे। 

उन्होंने फरीदाबाद शहर की डबुआ कॉलोनी में जमीन चिन्हित कर आवश्यकतानुसार एसटीपी बनाने के आदेश भी दिए।

Taking cognizance of the complaints being made against various departments by one of the complainant Pawan Kumar, necessary guidelines were issued by the Chief Minister. He said that due to unnecessary complaints on the CM window, the officers find it difficult to work. In such a situation, those who lodge more than 20 complaints from the same phone number will now be monitored on the CM Window. The Chief Minister also ordered the construction of STP as per requirement in Faridabad’s Dabua Colony by earmarking a land.
