Chandigarh- अब जमाबंदियों में सरकारी जमीन की मालिक होगी हरियाणा सरकार

चंडीगढ़ NEWS। हरियाणा के वित्तायुक्त और राजस्व एवं आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव संजीव कौशल ने कहा है कि प्रदेश में गिरदावरी का काम चल रहा है इसलिए जमाबंदियों में सरकारी जमीनों की मलकियत हरियाणा सरकार के नाम दर्शायी जाए। इसके अलावा, कास्त के कॉलम संबंधित विभाग की भूमि ब्योरा दर्ज करें और उसमें भूमि के बारे में पूरी जानकारी ही डालें। अंतिम कॉलम के अंदर इस जमीन के संबंध में निर्मित भवन, निर्माण, खाली स्थान और अधिग्रहण जैसी जानकारी होनी चाहिए।

Apart from this, he asked the officers to enter the land details of the concerned department and the complete information about the land in the column wherein the details of cultivator (kast) of the land is to be mentioned. The last column should contain information such as the construction, vacant space and acquisition with respect to the land.

कौशल आज यहां राज्य के सभी जिला उपायुक्तों के साथ स्वामित्व योजना के तहत वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से एक समीक्षा बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे।

कौशल ने कहा कि पिछले दिनों कैबिनेट में हरियाणा सरकार ने हरियाणा लैंड बैंक बनाने का फैसला किया है और इस फैसले के तहत सरकार को हर प्रकार की भूमि की जानकारी रहेगी। उन्होंने बताया कि लैंड बैंक के तहत हर प्रकार की भूमि की जानकारी होने की वजह से योजनाओं को धरातल पर लाने में किसी भी प्रकार की ज्यादा दिक्कत नहीं होगी और राज्य के सभी राजस्व अधिकारियों को अपने संबंधित क्षेत्राधिकार में आने वाली जमीन की सभी प्रकार की जानकारियां रहेंगी कि किस जमीन को किस परियोजना के लिए और कहां उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है।

Kaushal informed that the land policy will also be notified in the next one or two days. He directed all the Deputy Commissioners of the State to continue the work on the SVAMITVA Scheme as per the set target and the milestones set so far for this Scheme should be achieved. He said that he is satisfied with the work of modernisation of Record Room and it is being completed within the expected time frame.

कौशल ने बताया कि अगले एक-दो दिन में लैंड पॉलिसी भी अधिसूचित की जाएगी। उन्होंने राज्य के सभी उपायुक्तों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि निर्धारित लक्ष्य के अनुसार स्वामित्व योजना पर कार्य लगातार जारी रखें और अब तक जो निर्धारित लक्ष्य रखे गए थे स्वामित्व योजना के तहत वे पूरे किए जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि वे मॉडर्नाइजेशन ऑफ रिकॉर्ड रूम के कार्य से संतुष्ट हैं और यह अपने समय अवधि के अनुसार ही जारी है।
