Chandigarh- सरकारी कर्मचारियों को ‘प्रथम ई-व्हीकल’ खरीदने पर विशेष रियायत

𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐃𝐮𝐬𝐡𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐚 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 '𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐞-𝐯𝐞𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞'.

चंडीगढ़ news। हरियाणा के उपमुख्यमंत्री दुष्यंत चौटाला ने बताया कि राज्य के सरकारी कर्मचारियों को ‘प्रथम ई-व्हीकल’ खरीदने पर विशेष रियायत दी जाएगी। प्रदेश में राज्य/राष्ट्रीय या अथवा अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर के संस्थान में ई-मोबिलिटी के क्षेत्र में शोध एवं विकास के लिए 𝟓 करोड़ रूपए तक की वित्तीय सहायता दी जाएगी।

डिप्टी सीएम, जिनके पास उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग का प्रभार भी है, ने यह जानकारी आज ‘हरियाणा इलैक्ट्रिक व्हीकल पोलिसी-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏’ से संबंधित विभिन्न विभागों के वरिष्ठ𝐢̈ अधिकारियों की बैठक के बाद दी।

दुष्यंत चौटाला ने बताया कि प्रदेश सरकार का प्रयास है कि ई-व्हीकल के लिए बनाई जा रही प्रदेश की ‘हरियाणा इलैक्ट्रिक व्हीकल पोलिसी-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏’ पूरे देश में सर्वोत्कृष्ट𝐢̈ हो। उन्होंने बताया कि उक्त पोलिसी के गठन के लिए अधिकारियों के साथ तीन दौर की चर्चा हो चुकी है और आज अंतिम विचार-विमर्श किया गया। उन्होंने बताया कि आगामी एक माह में इस पोलिसी को रिलीज कर दिया जाएगा।

Besides this, a financial assistance of up to Rs 5 crore will be given for research and development in the field of e-mobility in the state/national or international level institutes in the State.

The Deputy Chief Minister, who also holds the portfolio of Industries and Commerce Department, shared this information today after a meeting on Haryana Electric Vehicle Policy-2021' with senior officers of various departments.

Dushyant Chautala said that the Government is consistently working to ensure that the policy being formulated for e-vehicle in the State is the best 'Electric Vehicle Policy-2021' in the country. He said that for the formation of the said policy, three rounds of discussions have been held with the officials and today the final consultations were held. He shared that this policy will be released in the next one month.

Sharing that the 'Haryana Electric Vehicle Policy-2021' is being formulated by the State Government while focusing on the e-vehicle manufacturers, user drivers and people setting up charging stations, in which special exemptions will be given to them. He said that the State Government is emphasizing on promoting two wheeler, three wheeler and four wheeler e-vehicles. He said that while e-vehicles would be given exemption at the time of registration in the policy, those commercial vehicles which would be converted from petrol, diesel etc. to electric would also be given concession. He informed that the State Government has a plan to have maximum e-vehicles in the state in the year 2022.

उपमुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा ई-व्हीकल निर्माता कंपनियों, प्रयोग करने वाले वाहन चालकों तथा चार्जिंग स्टेशन स्थापित करने वाले लोगों को फोकस करके ‘हरियाणा इलैक्ट्रिक व्हीकल पोलिसी-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏’ बनाई जा रही है जिसमें उनको विशेष छूट दी जाएंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार दोपहिया, तिपहिया तथा चारपहिया ई-व्हीकल्स को प्रोत्साहित करने पर बल दे रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि पोलिसी में ई-व्हीकल को जहां रजिस्ट्रेशन के समय छूट दी जाएगी, वहीं जो कमर्शियल व्हीकल पैट्रोल, डीजल आदि से इलैक्ट्रिकल में परिवर्तित किया जाएगा उनको भी रियायत दी जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रदेश सरकार की योजना है कि वर्ष 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐 में राज्य में ई-व्हीकलों की भारी तादाद हो।

इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री के प्रमुख प्रधान सचिव डी.एस ढ़ेसी, हरियाणा सहकारिता विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव संजीव कौशल, हरियाणा बिजली विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव पी.के दास, लोक निर्माण विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव आलोक निगम, सिंचाई एवं जल संसाधन विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव देवेंद्र सिंह, वित्त एवं योजना विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव टी.वी.एस.एन प्रसाद, श्रम विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव राजा शेखर वुंडरू, टाऊन एंड कंट्री प्लानिंग विभाग के प्रधान सचिव ए.के सिंह, उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग के प्रधान सचिव विजयेंद्र कुमार, एमएसएमई के महानिदेशक विकास गुप्ता, उद्योग एवं वाणिज्य विभाग के महानिदेशक साकेत कुमार समेत कई वरिष्ठï अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
