ORDER
The Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Shri
Vinay Pratap Singh, IAS (HY:2011) to the post of Deputy Commissioner, Union
Territory of Chandigarh on inter-cadre deputation from Haryana Cadre to AGMUT
Cadre (Chandigarh Segment), for a period of 03 years or until further orders,
whichever is earlier.
2. Shri Vinay Pratap Singh, IAS (HY:2011) may be relieved
immediately to enable him to take up his new assignment as Deputy Commissioner,
Union Territory of Chandigarh, under intimation to this Ministry.

मनदीप बराड़ ने कोरोना काल में संभाली शहर की कमान
मौजूदा डीसी मनदीप सिंह बराड़ का चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन में बेहद ही नाजुक कार्यकाल रहा। वर्ष 2019 में उनकी मौजूदगी में लोकसभा का चुनाव हुआ था इसके बाद वर्ष 2020 में कोरोना महामारी की दस्तक के बाद उन्होंने शहर की कमान संभाली रखी। मंदीप सिंह बराड़ के कार्यकाल में चंडीगढ़ स्टेट ऑफिस में लोगों की सुविधाओं के लिए कई ऑनलाइन सेवाएं शुरू की गईं।
