हुड्डा ने बताया कि उन्होंने सदन में फोर्टिफाइड राइस का मुद्दा भी उठाया। इसमें भी बड़े स्तर पर घोटाला हुआ, जिसकी जांच होनी चाहिए। सरकार की तरफ से अब तक शराब, रजिस्ट्री और धान खरीद जैसे घोटालों के दोषियों का नाम भी सार्वजनिक नहीं किया गया है और ना ही किसी उच्च पद पर बैठे हुए व्यक्ति पर कार्रवाई की गई है। अब तक हुए तमाम घोटालों पर सरकार विपक्ष के सवालों का संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दे पा रही है।
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस की तरफ से विश्वविद्यालय की स्वायत्तता से छेड़छाड़ और उनकी भर्तियां भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप में घिरी एचएसएससी-एचपीएससी जैसी संस्थाओं से करवाने का भी कड़ा विरोध किया गया। आखिरकार सरकार को अपने फैसले पर पुनर्विचार करना पड़ा और विश्वविद्यालयों की नियुक्तियों बारे कमेटी बनाने की बात कही गई है।
Hooda said
the issue of scams was raised vigorously by the Congress during the assembly
session and the government did not have any answers. “The Opposition raised the
demand for CBI to investigate the recruitment scam under the supervision of the
sitting judge of the High Court but the government adopted a sly approach. Not
only this, the government was seen running away from the high level
investigation,” he said.
The former
Chief Minister said he also raised the issue of fortified rice in the House and
said a proper investigation is needed in the scam. “So far, the names of the
culprits of scams like liquor, registry and paddy purchase have not been made
public by the government, nor has any action been taken against the person
holding high positions. The government is not able to give satisfactory answers
to the questions of the Opposition on all the scams so far,” he stated.
Hooda said
there was strong Opposition from the Congress against tampering with the
autonomy of the university and getting their recruitments done by institutions
like HSSC-HPSC, which have lost their credibility due to corruption charges.
The government had to eventually reconsider its decision and had assured that
it would form a committee regarding the appointments of universities.
Leader of
Opposition had reached Rohtak Bar Association today to attend a program.
Answering the questions of the journalists after the event, he said in the last
7 years, the BJP and the BJP-JJP government have continuously worked to push
Haryana back.
“Every
section including Anganwadi workers, guest teachers, temporary workers ,
Hartron employees, ex-servicemen, farmers, laborers, traders, employees is
troubled by this government. The government has brought the farmers to the
brink of ruin. Neither they are getting MSP, nor fertilizers nor compensation,”
he added.
नेता प्रतिपक्ष आज रोहतक बार एसोसिएशन के एक कार्यक्रम में शिरकत करने पहुंचे थे। इसके बाद पत्रकारों के सवालों का जवाब देते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले 7 साल में बीजेपी और बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार ने हरियाणा को लगातार पीछे धकेलने का काम किया है। आंगनवाड़ी वर्कर, गेस्ट टीचर, कच्चे कर्मचारी, हारट्रोन कर्मचारी, एक्स सर्विसमैन, किसान, मजदूर, व्यापारी, कर्मचारी समेत हर वर्ग इस सरकार से परेशान है। किसानों को तो सरकार ने बर्बादी की कगार पर पहुंचा दिया है। ना उन्हें एमएसपी मिल पा रही है, ना खाद और ना ही मुआवजा।
