हुड्डा ने कहा कि आज जनता जिन परेशानियों का सामना कर रही है, उसके प्रमाण सार्वजनिक हैं। लेकिन, सरकार सदन में इस तरह पेश आई मानो ना प्रदेश में कोई भर्ती घोटाला हो रहा है, ना युवा बेरोजगारी का सामना कर रहे हैं, ना किसानों के लिए यूरिया की कोई कमी है, ना डीएपी की कोई किल्लत, ना कोरोना की दूसरी लहर के दौरान लोगों को हॉस्पिटल बेड की कमी पेश आई, ना ऑक्सीजन की कमी से किसी की मौत हुई, ना खस्ताहाल कानून व्यवस्था कोई मुद्दा है और ना ही शिक्षा का गिरता स्तर।
Congress raised the recruitment scam, unemployment, shortage of fertilizers, MSP guarantee, crop registration, water logging, dilapidated condition of roads, inflation, appointment of number clerks, tampering with OBC reservation, preparation for COVID and lack of health workers.
“There were 17 adjournment and calling attention motions on separate issues but only five of these were approved. Apart from this, dozens of questions related to public interest were also raised during the Question Hour. The government gave misleading answers on most of issues and questions. Just as the BJP-JJP government has failed on every front, the winter session of the assembly session has also failed,” he said.
“No further evidence was needed of the troubles faced by the people today but the government appeared in the house as if there is no recruitment scam happening in the state, neither youth are facing unemployment, nor is there any shortage of urea for farmers, no shortage of DAP, nor are we staring at the possibility of the next COVID wave, During COVID, no one faced shortage of hospital beds, no one died due to lack of oxygen, law and order was not an issue, nor was the level of education falling,” he said, hitting out at the government.
Hooda informed that during the assembly session, Haryana Civil Medical Services Association, Mute & Deaf Sports Association, Vocational Teachers Association, Municipality Employees, Municipality Safai Karamcharis Association, Numbardar Association, Anganwadi Workers and Assistants Association, Guest Teacher Association, OBC People from different organizations including Community Association, Hartron Employees, Traders Association, Fruit-Vegetable Association, Rice Mills Association, United Nirman Mazdoor Manch, Haryana Employees and Friends Cooperative, Ex-Servicemen Association, Pump Dealer Delegation met Opposition leaders with their problems.
“Apart from these, people reached in large numbers in the Vipaksh Aapke Samaksh’ program to put their problems and issues. The Congress tried to raise all the issues and problems during the assembly session and appealed to the government to accept their demands and solve the problems. We will continue to raise demands and problems of the people on every platform. Congress will force the government to accept the legitimate demands of all the organizations and common people,” he said.
He told the next stop of 'Vipaskh Aapke Samaksh,’ started to listen to the problems of the people and give voice to them, would be held in Nuh on December 26.
The Leader of Opposition said that in the BAC meeting, they were assured that the session would be extended further, if needed but the session is not being extended. “All demands of the Opposition, like getting the recruitment scam investigated by the CBI under the supervision of the sitting judge of the High Court, passing the proposal of MACP guarantee and sending it to the central government, making public the investigation report of the liquor, registry and paddy purchase scam were not accepted by the government,” he stated.
Hooda said the government was tampering with the pension of the elderly and reservation of backward classes. “Strong objection was raised on this from the opposition side, but the government ignored it. The government should talk to the concerned sections before making any changes in the norms like pension and reservation and taking a unilateral decision without communicating with them, is not justified,” he stated.
The former Chief Minister said due to the neglect of the BJP-JJP government, today about 10,000 posts in the health department, 40,000 posts in the education department, are lying vacant.
“The number of buses in Roadways was at 4500 during the Congress tenure, which has now come down to 3000. Neither new buses are being purchased by the government nor are vacant posts being filled. This is the reason that Haryana is facing the highest unemployment in the country,” he said.
“This government is neither able to provide employment nor justice to the youth. The government is neither able to give MSP to the farmers, nor compensation for crop loss. The government is neither able to give pension to the elderly, nor financial help to the families of the corona dead. This is the reason that today every section has become upset and disappointed with this government,” he state.
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने बताया कि विधानसभा सत्र के दौरान हरियाणा सिविल मेडिकल सर्विसेज एसोसिएशन, मूक-बधिर खेल एसोसिएशन, वोकेशनल टीचर्स एसोसिएशन, नगर पालिका कर्मचारी, नगर पालिका सफाई कर्मचारी एसोसिएशन, नंबरदार एसोसिएशन, आंगनवाड़ी कार्यकर्ता और सहायक संघ, अतिथि अध्यापक संघ, ओबीसी कम्युनिटी एसोसिएशन, हार्टरोन कर्मचारी, आढ़ती और व्यापारी एसोसिएशन, फल-सब्जी एसोसिएशन, राइस मिल्स एसोसिएशन, संयुक्त निर्माण मजदूर मंच, हरियाणा एम्पलाइज एंड फ्रेंड्स कोऑपरेटिव, एक्स सर्विसमैन एसोसिएशन, पंप डीलर डेलिगेशन समेत अलग-अलग संगठनों के लोग अपनी समस्याएं लेकर उनसे मिले। इनके अलावा ‘विपक्ष आपके समक्ष’ कार्यक्रम में बड़ी तादाद में पहुंचे लोगों ने अपनी समस्याएं और मुद्दों को रखा। कांग्रेस ने विधानसभा सत्र के दौरान सभी मुद्दों एवं समस्याओं को उठाने की कोशिश की और सरकार से इनकी मांगें मानने व समस्याओं का समाधान करने की अपील की। इतना ही नहीं, भविष्य में भी लोगों की मांगों को हर मंच पर उठाया जाएगा और कांग्रेस तमाम संगठनों व आम जन की जायज मांगों को मानने के लिए सरकार को मजबूर कर देगी।
उन्होंने बताया कि जनता की समस्याओं को सुनने और उसे आवाज देने के लिए शुरू किया गया ‘विपक्ष आपके समक्ष’ कार्यक्रम का अगला पड़ाव नूंह है। 26 दिसंबर को नूंह में ‘विपक्ष आपके समक्ष’ का अगला कार्यक्रम होगा।
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि बीएसी की मीटिंग में आश्वासन दिया था कि जरूरत पड़ने पर सत्र की अवधि को और बढ़ा दिया जाएगा। लेकिन, अब ऐसा करने से इंकार किया जा रहा है। भर्ती घोटाले की जांच हाईकोर्ट के सिटिंग जज की निगरानी में सीबीआई से करवाने, एमएसीपी की गारंटी का प्रस्ताव पास करके केंद्र सरकार को भेजने, शराब, रजिस्ट्री और धान खरीद घोटाले की जांच रिपोर्ट सार्वजनिक करने जैसी विपक्ष की तमाम मांगों को सरकार द्वारा नहीं माना गया।
हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकार बुजुर्गों की पेंशन और पिछड़े वर्ग के आरक्षण के साथ छेड़छाड़ कर रही है। विपक्ष की तरफ से इस पर कड़ी आपत्ति जताई गई, लेकिन सरकार ने उसे अनदेखा कर दिया। पेंशन व आरक्षण जैसे मानदंडों में कोई भी फेरबदल करने से पहले सरकार को संबंधित वर्गों से बातचीत करनी चाहिए। उनसे संवाद किए बिना एकतरफा फैसला लेना न्यायसंगत नहीं है।
पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार की अनदेखी के चलते आज स्वास्थ्य महकमे में करीब 10 हजार, शिक्षा विभाग में 40 हजार पद खाली पड़े हुए हैं। रोडवेज विभाग की यह स्थिति है कि कांग्रेस कार्यकाल में बसों की संख्या 4500 थी, जो अब घटकर 3000 रह गई है। सरकार द्वारा न नयी बसें खरीदी जा रही हैं, न खाली पदों को भरा जा रहा है। यही वजह है कि हरियाणा देश में सबसे ज्यादा बेरोजगारी झेल रहा है। यह सरकार ना युवाओं को रोजगार दे पा रही और ना ही न्याय। सरकार ना किसानों को एमएसपी दे पा रही है और ना फसल का नुकसान होने पर मुआवजा। सरकार ना बुजुर्गों को पेंशन देने में सक्षम है और ना ही कोरोना मृतकों के परिवारों को आर्थिक मदद। यही वजह है कि आज हर वर्ग इस सरकार से परेशान और निराश हो चुका है।
