Bhupinder Singh Hooda has blamed the BJP-JJP government for the rising unemployment in the state. He said Haryana is consistently topping the country in terms of unemployment as several big projects have been shifted out of the state.

“The June
report released by CMIE has also confirmed that Haryana is once again on top
with an unemployment rate of 27.9%. The unemployment rate of Haryana is almost
3 times higher than the national average. Haryana is ahead of states like
Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh in unemployment,” he said.
हुड्डा ने कहा कि बीजेपी सरकार के नकारेपन की वजह से 7 साल के दौरान एक के बाद एक हरियाणा से कई बड़े प्रोजेक्ट दूसरे राज्यों में जा रहे हैं। महम एयरपोर्ट और सोनीपत की रेल कोच फैक्ट्री दूसरे राज्य में चले गए और प्रदेश सरकार हाथ पर हाथ धरे बैठी रही। कांग्रेस कार्यकाल में रोहतक, नूंह, खरखौदा और फरीदाबाद में स्थापित की गई आईएमटी के विकास की तरफ सरकार ने कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया। इस सरकार में प्रदेश में औद्योगिक विकास एवम रोजगार की तमाम संभावनायें रुक सी गई है।

Chief Minister said Haryana had made historic progress in the industrial sector
during his term in office. “The state was number one in per capita income and
per capita investment and many national level projects were established in
Haryana during this period. The industrial sector of the state has been able to
provide employment to lakhs of people, not only from Haryana but also from
other parts of the country,” he added.
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि उनके
मुख्यमंत्री रहते हरियाणा ने औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में ऐतिहासिक तरक्की की थी। प्रति
व्यक्ति आय और प्रति व्यक्ति निवेश में नबर एक था। उस दौरान राष्ट्रीय स्तर की
परियोजनाएं हरियाणा में स्थापित हुई थीं। प्रदेश का औद्योगिक क्षेत्र में हरियाणा
समेत देशभर के लाखों लोगों को रोजगार देने में सक्षम हुआ। लेकिन मौजूदा सरकार की नीतियों
के चलते यह उद्योग हरियाणा से लगातार पलायन कर रहा है। मारुति समेत कई बड़ी
कंपनियां अब हरियाणा की बजाए गुजरात या उत्तर प्रदेश में विस्तार कर रही हैं।
सरकार द्वारा पंचकूला स्थित एचएमटी जैसी बड़ी परियोजनाओं को बंद किया जा रहा है।
उसका विपरित असर उसकी सहयोगी एंसिलरी की फैक्ट्रियों पर भी पड़ा । जो सभी अब बंद हो गई ।
“The impact of shifting and closure of industries has been
amplified as most of the government recruitments of this government have been
left hanging on one pretext or another. To make matters worse, investment in
the private sector is also decreasing. Employment opportunities for the youth
in both government and private sectors are getting exhausted. If the state
government does not take serious action on the issue of unemployment, the
situation is going to get worse in the coming months,’ he said.
इतना ही नहीं इस सरकार की ज्यादातर
सरकारी भर्तियां लटकी हुई हैं। ऊपर से सितम ये कि निजी क्षेत्र में निवेश भी घटता
जा रहा है। इसलिए युवाओं के लिए सरकारी और निजी दोनों क्षेत्रों में रोजगार के
अवसर खत्म होते जा रहे हैं। अगर बेरोजगारी के मसले पर प्रदेश सरकार गंभीर नहीं हुई
तो आने वाले समय में ये और विकराल रूप अख्तियार कर लेगी।
