Chandigarh- पेपर लीक घोटाले की जांच सीटिंग जज की निगरानी में सीबीआई से करवाए सरकार : हुड्डा

Congress MLAs today marched on foot to the Vidhan Sabha under the leadership of former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda on the issues of paper leak scam, atrocities on farmers, rising unemployment, inflation and rising crime graph in the state. The party MLAs raised slogans against the BJP-JJP government and raised placards and balloons with slogans like 'Scam ki baat hai, BJP-JJP sarkar hai', 'paper leak ki gold medalist sarkar', take back the cases filed against farmers.

चंडीगढ़ NEWS। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा के नेतृत्व में आज कांग्रेस विधायकों ने विधानसभा तक पैदल मार्च करते हुए रोष प्रदर्शन किया। पार्टी विधायकों ने पेपर लीक घोटाले, किसानों पर अत्याचार, बढ़ती बेरोजगारी, महंगाई और अपराध के मुद्दों को लेकर बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार के खिलाफ नारेबाजी की। कांग्रेस विधायक अपने साथ ‘घोटालों की भरमार है, बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार है’, ‘पेपर लीक की गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट सरकार’, किसानों पर दर्ज केस वापिस लो’ जैसे नारे लिखी तख्तियां और गुब्बारे लेकर आए थे।

Talking to reporters, Leader of Opposition Hooda said the present government is trying to suppress all the scams including liquor, registry, mining, electricity meter and paddy purchase. “The government also wants to cover up the recruitment paper leak scam but the Congress demands that there should be a CBI inquiry into the matter under the supervision of the sitting judge of the High Court,” he demanded.

इस मौके पर पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि मौजूदा सरकार शराब, रजिस्ट्री, खनन, बिजली मीटर और धान ख़रीद समेत तमाम घोटालों को दबाने की कोशिश कर रही है। इसी तरह सरकार भर्ती पेपर लीक घोटाले को भी रफादफा करना चाहती है। लेकिन कांग्रेस की मांग है कि इस मामले की हाईकोर्ट के सीटिंग जज की निगरानी में सीबीआई जांच होनी चाहिए।

हुड्डा ने कहा कि जनहित के मुद्दों को लेकर सड़क से सदन तक जनता की आवाज उठाना विपक्ष की जिम्मेदारी है। लेकिन सरकार नहीं चाहती कि विपक्ष जनता के मुद्दों को सदन में उठाए। इसलिए पैदल मार्च कर रहे कांग्रेस विधायकों को विधानसभा से दूर पहले ही बैरिकेड लगाकर रोकने की कोशिश की गई। इतना ही नहीं पुलिस कर्मियों ने नेता प्रतिपक्ष और विधायकों के साथ धक्का-मुक्की भी कई। इसपर सभी कांग्रेस विधायकों ने कड़ी आपत्ति दर्ज करवाई और सदन में विशेषाधिकार के उल्लंघन का नोटिस दिया गया।

The Leader of Opposition said opposition MLAs have given several adjournment and suspension of business proposals to discuss the issues of the scams during the BJP-JJP government, agitating farmers, youth facing the brunt of unemployment and rising inflation. “The intention of the government does not seem to be running the assembly as despite the demand of seven days in the BAC meeting, the duration of the monsoon session has been fixed for only 3 days. It is clear from this that the government is running away from answering on all the issues,” he said.

नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि गठबंधन सरकार के घोटालों, आंदोलनरत किसानों, बेरोजगारी का दंश झेल रहे नौजवानों और बढ़ती महंगाई की मार झेल रही जनता के मुद्दों पर चर्चा के लिए विपक्ष के विधायकों ने कई स्थगन और काम रोको प्रस्ताव दिए हैं। लेकिन सरकार की मंशा विधानसभा चलाने की नहीं लगती। क्योंकि बीएसी की मीटिंग में 7 दिन की मांग के बावजूद मॉनसून सत्र की अवधि सिर्फ 3 दिन तय की गई है। इससे साफ है कि सरकार तमाम मुद्दों पर जवाब देने से भाग रही है।

During the discussion in the House, Hooda said the government is hiding the truth of deaths due to corona and lack of oxygen from the public. “The government should form a high-level committee to find out the exact figure of deaths. The government should tell what lessons it has learnt from the damage done during the first and second wave? If the third wave comes, how many doctors, nursing staff have been recruited so far to deal with it,” Hooda questioned.

सदन में चर्चा के दौरान भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकार जनता से कोरोना और ऑक्सीजन की कमी से मौतों का सच छिपा रही है। मौतों का सही आंकड़ा पता लगाने के लिए सरकार को उच्च स्तरीय कमेटी बनानी चाहिए। साथ ही सरकार को बताना चाहिए कि उसने पहली और दूसरी लहर के दौरान हुए नुकसान से क्या सबक लिया? अगर तीसरी लहर आती है तो उससे निपटने के लिए अबतक कितने डॉक्टर, नर्सिंग स्टाफ की भर्ती की गई है?

Hooda demanded that the Olympic medal winners should be given proper post and honours by the government. “The state government should recommend for Neeraj Chopra to be given the post of Honorary Colonel in the army. Ravi Dahiya, Bajrang Punia and hockey players should be directly appointed as DSPs. Along with this, Rs one crore should be given to all the Olympic participants of the state as incentives,” Hooda demanded.

हुड्डा ने सरकार से मांग की कि ऑलंपिक पदक विजेता खिलाड़ियों को उचित पद सम्मान दिया जाए। प्रदेश सरकार को नीरज चोपड़ा के लिए सेना में ऑनरेरी कर्नल पद देने की सिफारीश करनी चाहिए। रवि दहिया, बजरंग पुनिया और हॉकी खिलाड़ियों को सीधे डीएसपी नियुक्त किया जाना चाहिए। साथ ही प्रदेश के सभी ऑलंपिक प्रतिभागियों को को 1-1 करोड़ प्रोत्साहन राशि दी जाए।
