The Chief Minister informed that about 13,000 people died due to COVID-19 in the hospitals across the State. Of these, about 9,500 were residents of Haryana, while about 3500 were COVID patients from other states. There are about 4000 private hospitals in Haryana. Oxygen was supplied everywhere through agencies in every city.

के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा है कि कोविड महामारी के दौरान हरियाणा सरकार
ने प्रदेश में पर्याप्त ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित की। उन्होंने कहा कि महामारी
के दौरान व्यवस्था में लापरवाही करने वालों के खिलाफ जांच के लिए कमेटी बनाई जाएगी, जहां-जहां लापरवाही पाई जाएगी, उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

Chief Minister, Manohar Lal said that
the State Government has ensured adequate oxygen supply in the state during the
COVID-19 Pandemic. He said that a committee will be formed to investigate the
complaints received against such hospitals for showing negligence in giving
required treatment during the Pandemic. Strict action will be taken against
such hospitals, he added. shared this information in regard to the issue raised
by the opposition during Zero Hour during the ongoing Monsoon Session of the
Haryana Vidhan Sabha.
मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि हरियाणा के अस्पतालों में लगभग 𝟏𝟑𝟎𝟎𝟎 लोगों की कोविड के कारण मृत्यु हुई। इनमें से लगभग 𝟗𝟓𝟎𝟎 हरियाणा के रहने वाले थे, जबकि लगभग 𝟑𝟓𝟎𝟎 हरियाणा के बाहर के कोविड मरीजों की मृत्यु हुई। हरियाणा में लगभग 𝟒𝟎𝟎𝟎 निजी अस्पताल हैं। सभी जगह हर शहर में एजेंसियों के माध्यम से ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति की गई। जरूरत पडऩे पर पास के शहर से भी ऑक्सीजन की सप्लाई कराई गई।
The Chief Minister said that in some hospitals of Hisar, Rewari and Gurugram districts some irregularities were reported and a magisterial inquiry has been conducted for all such complaints received from the hospitals of these three districts. In two reports pertaining to Rewari and Gurugram hospitals it was stated that no death was reported due to lack of oxygen. In the investigation report of Hisar district, the matter of negligence of Soni Hospital was highlighted and the said report has been sent to the Superintendent of Police, necessary action will be taken.
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हिसार, रेवाड़ी और गुरुग्राम में कुछ अस्पतालों में लापरवाही की बात सामने आई थी। इन तीनों स्थानों पर लापरवाही के मामलों की मजिस्ट्रेट जांच कराई गई है। दो स्थानों की रिपोर्ट में स्पष्ट लिखा गया है कि ऐसा कोई मामला नहीं है, जहां ऑक्सीजन की कमी के कारण कोई मौत हुई है। हिसार के मामले की जांच रिपोर्ट में हिसार के सोनी अस्पताल की लापरवाही की बात सामने आई है। उक्त रिपोर्ट एसपी को प्रेषित कर दी गई है जो भी आवश्यक कार्रवाई होगी, की जाएगी।
The Chief Minister said that during the peak of the second wave of the COVID-19 Pandemic, it was noticed that some hospitals admitted more patients than their capacity. In Hisar's Soni Hospital where the matter of negligence came to light, the consumption had reached 80 cylinders per day while the number of cylinders available with the hospital was 20.
उन्होंने बताया कि महामारी की दूसरी लहर के चरम पर एक बात ध्यान में आई कि कुछ अस्पतालों ने अपनी क्षमता से अधिक मरीजों को भर्ती किया। हिसार के जिस सोनी अस्पताल की लापरवाही की बात सामने आई वहां पर खपत प्रतिदिन 80 सिलेंडर तक पहुंच गई थी जबकि अस्पताल के पास उपलब्ध सिलेंडर की संख्या 20 थी।
