चंडीगढ़ NEWS। लोकतंत्र में संवाद और विचारों के आदान-प्रदान से ही समाधान संभव है। इसलिए सरकार को बिना देरी किए किसानों के साथ संवाद स्थापित कर आंदोलन का सकारात्मक समाधान निकालना चाहिए। यह कहना है पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा का। हुड्डा पत्रकारों के सवालों का जवाब दे रहे थे। इस मौके पर उन्होंने मुजफ्फरनगर में हुई महापंचायत को शांतिपूर्ण और सफल करार देते हुए कहा कि इस महापंचायत ने एकबार फिर साबित कर दिया कि पूरे देश का किसान नये कृषि कानूनों के खिलाफ है और वह एमएसपी की गारंटी चाहता है।

इसलिए सरकार को 7 महीने से बंद पड़ी वार्ता को फिर से शुरू करना चाहिए। हुड्डा ने कहा कि वो पहले दिन से किसानों की मांगों का समर्थन कर रहे हैं। किसान अपनी मांगे मनवाने के लिए सत्याग्रह और शांति के रास्ते पर संघर्ष कर रहे हैं। प्रजातंत्र में सभी को अपनी मांगों के लिए शांतिपूर्ण आंदोलन करने का अधिकार हासिल है। इसी अधिकार का इस्तेमाल करते हुए किसान पूरे देश में आंदोलन के समर्थन में कार्यक्रम कर रहे हैं। किसी भी राज्य सरकार ने उनके खिलाफ लाठीचार्ज जैसी बर्बरता का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया।

Hooda said no state government has used barbarism like lathi charge against the farmers with the exception of the BJP-JJP of Haryana. “The government has proved to be the biggest anti-farmer government in the country as it has repeatedly used brutal force against farmers in Karnal, Hisar, Rohtak, and Pipli and other places,” he said.
“This is why the government has not yet taken action against those who lathi-charged the farmers in Karnal, despite repeated demands. Nor was the demand for judicial inquiry supervised by the sitting of the High Court or the retired judge of the entire incident was accepted,” he said.

लेकिन हरियाणा की बीजेपी-जेजेपी लगातार ऐसा करने वाली देश की इकलौती सरकार है। इसने कभी करनाल, कभी हिसार, रोहतक, तो कभी पीपली में बार-बार किसानों के ऊपर लाठियां बरसाई। ऐसा करके यह देश की सबसे बड़ी किसान विरोधी सरकार साबित हुई है। सरकार ने बार-बार मांग के बावजूद अबतक करनाल में किसानों पर बर्बरता से लाठीचार्ज करवाने वालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई नहीं की और ना ही पूरे घटनाक्रम की हाईकोर्ट के सिटिंग या रिटायर जज की निगरानी न्यायिक जांच की मांग को ही माना।

On the question asked about the by-election, Hooda said the government is deliberately delaying the Ellenabad by-election and panchayat polls in the state and it seems to be deliberately avoiding elections. “The government knows that the people are disillusioned with them. There is anger in every section, including the farmers, against the policies of the alliance,” he said.

उपचुनाव को लेकर पूछे गए सवाल पर भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकार ऐलनाबाद उप-चुनाव और पंचायत चुनाव में जानबूझकर देरी कर रही है। ऐसा लगता है कि सरकार चुनाव से बच रही है। क्योंकि उसे पता है कि जनता का इस सरकार से मोहभंग हो चुका है। गठबंधन की कुनीतियों के खिलाफ किसान समेत हर वर्ग में रोष व्याप्त है।

“Today the youth of the state is facing the highest unemployment in the country. According to CMIE, Haryana has an unemployment rate of 35.7%, which is 4 times higher than the national average. Lakhs of youth apply even when recruitments are opened for a few government posts in the state which clearly tells us the status of unemployment in the state. The government does not have any effective policy to overcome this problem as it is neither filling thousands of vacant posts in government departments, nor is it able to bring any investment in the state to create new employment opportunities in the private sector,” he said.

प्रदेश का युवा आज देश में सबसे ज्यादा बेरोजगारी झेल रहा है। सीएमआईई के मुताबिक हरियाणा में 35.7% बेरोजगारी दर है, जो राष्ट्रीय औसत से 4 गुना ज्यादा है। प्रदेश में अगर चंद पदों के लिए भी कोई भर्ती निकलती है तो उसके लिए लाखों युवा आवेदन करते हैं। यह स्थिति बेरोजगारी की विकरालता को बयां करती है। लेकिन इस समस्या से पार पाने के लिए सरकार के पास कोई कारगर नीति नहीं है। ना तो वह सरकारी महकमों में रिक्त पड़े हजारों पदों को भर रही है और ना ही प्रदेश में कोई निवेश ला पा रही है, जिससे रोजगार में बढ़ोत्तरी हो सके।
