1. The Home Secretary be requested to close down the
internet around the 538
examination centers from 09.00 a.m. to 6 p.m. on 12.09.2021.
2. The class-rooms in which the exam will be conducted should be a no go area.
This means that no unauthorized/authorised person should be
allowed to enter
the examination center without proper frisking. 3. Director
General of Police may be requested for doing the following: i. Setting up of
nakas from 11.09.2021 for checking movement of
unscrupulous elements. Checking of Hotels and Dharamshalas
in the Districts for keeping an eye on persons who may try to disrupt the
fairness of the examination by
indulging in promoting cheating. iii. One ASI rank officer
may be deployed as security incharge at each
center. The respective SHOs and DSPs be also made
responsible for
security of their respective areas. iv. No gathering be
allowed near the examination center between 09.00. a.m.
to 06.00. p.m. 4. All photostat machine shops be closed down
between 09.00. a.m. to 06.00.
p.m. 5. All coaching centers to be closed down on
12.09.2021. 6. The work of providing jammers and frisking has been outsourced
to different
agencies. They are to be directed that persons deployed by
them are not from
the same district or from adjoining district 7. DPR Haryana
be requested to scan social media accounts / electronic media for
any information which might hamper the conduct of the
examination in a fair
