Chandigarh- 'हरियाणा पर्यावरण और प्रदूषण कोड' पुस्तक का लोकार्पण

Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal today released the book 'Haryana Environment and Pollution Code' compiled by former IAS officer and famous poet Smt. Dheera Khandelwal.

चंडीगढ़ NEWS। हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने आज यहां पूर्व आईएएस अधिकारी (सेवानिवृत) और प्रसिद्ध कवयित्री श्रीमती धीरा खंडेलवाल द्वारा संकलित पुस्तक 'हरियाणा पर्यावरण और प्रदूषण कोड' का लोकार्पण किया।

Congratulating Smt. Dheera Khandelwal on this occasion, Sh. Manohar Lal said that although Smt. Dheera Khandelwal has been associated with Literature, whichever department she took over, she studied that department in depth. While working in the Department of Environment and Climate Change, Smt. Dheera Khandelwal, understanding the problems faced by the department, compiled laws and rules, guidelines, etc. related to environment and pollution and gave it the form of a book, which shows her wonderful working style.

इस अवसर पर श्रीमती धीरा खंडेलवाल को बधाई देते हुए मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि धीरा खंडेलवाल ने जिस भी विभाग की जिम्मेवारी संभाली, उस विभाग का गहराई से अध्ययन किया तथा सकारात्मक सुधार किये। पर्यावरण एवं जलवायु परिवर्तन विभाग में रहते हुए श्रीमती धीरा खंडेलवाल ने विभाग के समक्ष आने वाली दिक्कतों को समझते हुए पर्यावरण और प्रदूषण से संबंधित कानून व नियम, दिशा-निर्देशों इत्यादि को संकलित कर पुस्तक का रूप दिया, जो उनके अद्भुत कार्यशैली को दर्शाता है।

He said that environment is a serious subject on which awareness has been created in the world as well. But lack of sufficient knowledge of laws and regulations related to environment is a big topic, so I hope this book will prove to be very useful for all the stakeholders.

उन्होंने कहा कि पर्यावरण एक गंभीर विषय है, जिस पर विश्व में भी जागरूकता बनी है। लेकिन पर्यावरण से संबंधित कानूनों व नियमों की पर्याप्त जानकारी न होना एक बड़ा विषय है, इसलिए मुझे उम्मीद है कि यह पुस्तक सभी हितधारकों के लिए बहुत उपयोगी साबित होगी।

Smt. Dheera Khandelwal thanked the Chief Minister for giving his valuable time to release her book. Giving detailed information about this book, Smt. Khandelwal said that the laws and rules related to Haryana environment and pollution were scattered at different places but have been collected at one place for easy understanding.This book will prove useful to the entrepreneurs, who were deprived of complete knowledge of laws and regulations related to environment for setting up new ventures. Students, law researchers and practitioners will also be benefit from this book.

श्रीमती धीरा खंडेलवाल ने मुख्यमंत्री को उनकी पुस्तक का लोकार्पण करने के लिए अपना बहुमूल्य समय देने हेतु धन्यवाद दिया। इस पुस्तक के बारे में विस्तृत जानकारी देते हुए श्रीमती खंडेलवाल ने कहा कि हरियाणा पर्यावरण और प्रदूषण से संबंधित कानून व नियम अलग-अलग जगह बिखरे हुए थे, जिन्हें सरल तरीके से समझने के लिए इन सभी कानूनों व नियमों को एक साथ एक जगह संग्रह किया गया है। यह पुस्तक उद्यमी, जो नए उद्यम स्थापित करने में पर्यावरण से संबंधित कानूनों व नियमों की सम्पूर्ण जानकारी से वंचित रहते थे, छात्र, लॉ रिसर्चर व प्रैक्टिशनर्स के लिए उपयोगी साबित होगी।

पुस्तक लोकार्पण समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री के मुख्य प्रधान सचिव डी एस ढेसी, बिजली विभाग के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव पी. के. दास, हरियाणा राज्य प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड की अध्यक्षा डॉ. सुमिता मिश्रा, मुख्यमंत्री के प्रधान सचिव वी. उमाशंकर, मुख्यमंत्री की उप प्रधान सचिव श्रीमती आशिमा बराड़, मुख्यमंत्री के ओएसडी भूपेश्चर दयाल, हरियाणा प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड के सदस्य सचिव एस. नारायणन सहित प्रदूषण विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
