Hooda, who was
addressing a press conference in Rohtak, once again expressed support for the
demands of the farmers and said the government should find a positive solution
to the farmers' movement, without any delay.
“On one hand the farmers' movement is going on for almost a year and on
the other hand the farmers have to wait a long time to sell their crops and get
DAP fertilizer. Even women farmers have to stand in lines for many days to get
one bag of fertilizer. The government is ignoring every problem of the farmer,”
he said.
Commenting on a never-ending series of paper leak scams in the state, he said it seems the government has made a business to mess with the future of the youth by leaking papers. “The way power was given to SDMs and CTMs after the land registry scam shows that corruption is rampant and out of control. Corruption, inflation, unemployment, crime and debt are on the rise in the current government,” he said.
Reacting to the trends of by-elections across the country, the Leader of the Opposition said the political ground of the BJP was slipping and people were disillusioned with it. “Every section is disturbed by the policies of the government. Petrol-diesel prices are being increased by 35 paise per day, the government has collected lakhs of crores from the general public by imposing tax on oil. Life of the poor, farmers, laborers and middle class has become difficult under this government,” he said.

फिर किसानों की मांगों के प्रति समर्थन का इजहार करते हुए हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकार
को बिना देरी किए किसान आंदोलन का सकारात्मक समाधान निकालना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा
कि एक तरफ किसान आंदोलन चल रहा है तो दूसरी तरफ किसानों को अपनी फसल बेचने व डीएपी
खाद के लिए लंबा इंतजार करना पड़ रहा है। यहां तक कि महिला किसानों को भी एक-एक
कट्टा खाद लेने के लिए कई-कई दिन लाइनों में खड़ा रहना पड़ता है। सरकार किसान की
हरेक तकलीफ को अनदेखा कर रही है।
हुड्डा ने प्रदेश में लगातार सामने आ रहे पेपर लीक घोटालों पर भी टिप्पणी की। उन्होंने कहा कि पेपर लीक करके युवाओं के भविष्य से खिलवाड़ करना सरकार का धंधा बन गया है। जमीन रजिस्ट्री घोटाले के बाद जिस तरह पावर एसडीएम और सीटीएम को दी गई, इससे पता चलता है कि भ्रष्टाचार चरम सीमा पर और काबू से बाहर है। मौजूदा सरकार में भ्रष्टाचार, महंगाई, बेरोजगारी, अपराध व कर्ज लगातार बढ़ते जा रहे हैं।
देशभर में उपचुनावों के रुझानों पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि बीजेपी की सियासी जमीन खिसक रही है और लोगों का इससे मोहभंग हो चुका है। हर वर्ग सरकार की नीतियों से परेशान हैं। रोज 35-35 पैसे करके पेट्रोल-डीजल के दामों में भारी बढ़ोतरी की जा रही है। सरकार तेल पर टैक्स लगाकर आम जनता से लाखों करोड़ रुपये वसूल चुकी है। हालात ये हैं कि गरीब, किसान, मजदूर और मध्यम वर्ग का जीना दूभर हो गया है।
