मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल पंचकूला में भाजपा ओबीसी मोर्चा की प्रदेश कार्यसमिति बैठक की अध्यक्षता कर रहे थे।
The Chief Minister was
presiding over the State Working Committee meeting of BJP OBC Morcha in
Panchkula. He said that the work of income verification is being done by
collecting data through Parivar Pehchan Patra Yojana. For this, the work of
setting up self-employment through 40 schemes of six departments is at the
final stage. To increase the income of the poor family, financial assistance
will be provided from the banks through the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana.
He said that all the
officers of the OBC Morcha should prepare a list of ten such families in their
surrounding areas and send it to the Government so that the goal of increasing
the income of poor families can be achieved.
The Chief Minister
said that the OBC class is skilled in many fields and such skilled workers are
needed not only in the country but abroad as well. Craftsmen play a pivotal
role in boosting the economy. He said that every year Shilpkar Mela is
organized in Surajkund to promote the skills of craftsmen. In future this fair
will be organized twice a year so that the craftsmen can showcase their skills
in a better manner.
Manohar Lal added that
it is for the first time in the country that Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi
has formed the Ministry of Skills to promote skill-based education and
training. On these lines, Haryana Government has also established Shri
Vishwakarma Skill University in Palwal so as to sharpen such skills in the
State. Along with this, Skill Employment Corporation has also been constituted
in the State.
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि परिवार पहचान पत्र योजना के माध्यम से डाटा एकत्रित कर आय वैरिफिकेशन का कार्य किया जा रहा है। इसके लिए छः विभागों की 40 योजनाओ के माध्यम से स्वरोजगार स्थापित करवाने का कार्य अंतिम चरण में है। गरीब परिवार की आय बढ़ाने के लिए प्रधानमंत्री मुद्रा योजना के माध्यम से बैंकों से सहायता प्रदान करवाई जाएगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि ओबीसी मोर्चा के सभी
पदाधिकारी अपने स्तर पर अपने आस-पास के दस-दस गरीब परिवारों की सूची बनाकर सरकार
को भेजें ताकि गरीब परिवारों की आय बढ़ाने का लक्ष्य हासिल किया जा सके।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ओबीसी वर्ग कई
क्षेत्रों में निपुण होता है उसके हूनर की देश ही नही बल्कि विदेशों में भी जरूरत
है। अर्थव्यवस्था में शिल्पकार एवं हुनर की अहम भूमिका होती है। उन्होंने कहा कि शिल्पकारों के हुनर को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सूरजकुंड
में हर साल शिल्पकार मेले का आयोजन किया जाता है। भविष्य में यह मेला वर्ष में दो
बार आयोजित किया जाएगा ताकि शिल्पकार अपनी कला का बेहतर प्रदर्शन कर सकें।
मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री
श्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने देश में पहली बार स्किल को बढ़ावा देने के लिए स्किल मंत्रालय
का गठन किया है। इसी कडी ने प्रदेश सरकार ने हूनर को ओर तराशने के लिए पलवल में
श्री विश्वकर्मा कौशल विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना की है। इसके साथ ही प्रदेश में कौशल
रोजगार निगम का गठन किया गया है।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री को पगड़ी पहनाकर व स्मृति चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित किया।
इस अवसर पर भाजपा ओबीसी मोर्चा के
राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष डा. के लक्ष्मण, राष्ट्रीय
उपाध्यक्ष एवं सासंद नायब सिंह सैनी, सासंद रतन लाल कटारिया, विधानसभा के
उपाध्यक्ष रणबीर गंगवा, सगठन महामंत्री रविंद्र राजू, ओबीसी मोर्चा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष कर्णदेव
कम्बोज, पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष व मेयर यमुनानगर मदन चैहान सहित अन्य भाजपा
पदाधिकारी मौजूद रहें।
