भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि पिछले कई सालों से सरकार लगातार भर्तियों में जारी घोटालों को छिपाने की कोशिश कर रही है। लेकिन घोटालों की भरमार इतनी है कि सरकार चाहकर भी उस पर पर्दा नहीं डाल पा रही। सरकार एक घोटाले को छिपाने की कोशिश करती है तो दूसरा सामने आकर खड़ा हो जाता है। किसी एक आरोपी को बचाने की कोशिश करती है तो दूसरा फंस जाता है।

प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि कांग्रेस लगातार सड़क से लेकर सदन तक प्रदेश में युवाओं के
भविष्य के साथ हो रहे इस खिलवाड़ के खिलाफ आवाज उठा रही है। उनकी तरफ से बार-बार
तमाम भर्ती, कैश फॉर जॉब, पेपर लीक, खाली ओएमआर शीट जैसे घोटालों की जांच
न्यायाधीश की निगरानी में सीबीआई से करवाने की मांग की गई। यहां तक कि प्रदेश के
गृहमंत्री ने भी विपक्ष की इस मांग का समर्थन किया। लेकिन सरकार ने ना विपक्ष की
मांग मानी और ना ही अपने गृहमंत्री की। उसका नतीजा आज प्रदेश की जनता के सामने है।
जो भर्तियां पूरी हो चुकी हैं, उनमें ताबड़तोड़ घोटालों के सबूत अखबारों की सुर्खियां बन रहे हैं। साथ ही जिन भर्तियों की प्रक्रिया फिलहाल चल रहे हैं, उसमें गड़बड़झाले के साक्ष्य भी सार्वजनिक हो चुके हैं। जाहिर है जो भर्तियां भविष्य में होंगी उसके लिए भी पहले से ही सेटिंग हो चुकी है। इतने सालों से बड़े पैमाने पर एचएसएससी और एचपीएससी के दफ्तरों में बैठे हुए लोग नौकरियों का कारोबार कर रहे हैं। लेकिन हैरानी की बात है कि सरकार की तरफ से बार-बार इन लोगों को क्लीन चिट दे दी जाती है। क्या इससे स्पष्ट नहीं हो जाता कि भर्ती माफिया को सरकार का संरक्षण प्राप्त है? अगर ऐसा नहीं है तो सरकार असली गुनहगार का नाम सामने क्यों नहीं लाती? सरकार पूरे मामले की उच्च स्तरीय निष्पक्ष जांच क्यों नहीं करवाना चाहती? आखिर सरकार किसको बचाना चाहती है?
Former Chief
Minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda has said jobs in the
state are being sold in lakhs and crores in the state as every job, from HCS to
Group-D, is fixed in the state.
Commenting
on the scams being exposed one after the other in government recruitment, he
said Hooda said it is now clear from the revelations of huge scams in HPSC
recruitments that every job in the present government is for sale. People
engaged in the business of jobs are making lakhs and crores.
Hooda said
that for the last many years, the government is constantly trying to hide the
scams in the recruitment, but the cupboard is so full of skeletons that the
government is not able to cover them all, even if it wants to. “When the
government tries to hide one scam, another comes to the fore and when they try
to save one accused, the other gets trapped,” he said.
The Leader
of Opposition said that the Congress is continuously raising its voice against
a series of recruitment scams which are playing with the future of the youth
not only on the streets but also in the state legislature. “There has been a
strong demand to get the CBI to investigate all the scams like recruitment,
cash for jobs, paper leaks, blank OMR sheets, under the supervision of the
judge. Even the Home Minister of the state supported this demand of the
opposition but the government neither accepted the demand of the Opposition nor
that of its Home Minister. The result is in front of the people of the state
today,” he said.
“In the
recruitments that have been completed, the evidences of the scams are making
headlines in the newspapers. Along with this, the evidence of malpractices in
the recruitment process which is currently going on has also become public.
Obviously, the setting has already been done for the recruitments which will
happen in future,” he stated.
“For so many
years, people sitting in the offices of HSSC and HPSC are doing the business of
jobs on a large scale but it is surprising that these people are repeatedly
given clean chit by the government. Doesn't this make it clear that the
recruitment mafia has the protection of the government? If it is not so, why
does the government not bring out the name of the real culprit? Why doesn't the
government want a high-level impartial probe into the whole matter? After all,
whom does the government want to save,” he questioned.
Hooda said
that the scam in recruitment is a very serious issue for a state like Haryana
which is facing the highest unemployment in the country.
“Employment
and business are ending in the state due to the policies of this government and
government jobs are also being eliminated continuously. During the Congress
tenure in 2014, there were about 4 lakh government employees in the state but
their number has come down to only 2 lakh 80 thousand during this government,”
he pointed out.
This has
happened because the government is not able to recruit as many employees every
year as retire. Even in the few recruitments that have taken place in this
government, the state has only seen scams and as jobs are sold for lakhs and
crores,” he said.
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि देश में सबसे ज्यादा बेरोजगारी झेल रहे हरियाणा जैसे प्रदेश के लिए भर्तियों में घोटाला बेहद गंभीर मुद्दा है। क्योंकि इस सरकार की नीतियों के चलते प्रदेश में रोजगार और काम धंधे खत्म हो रहे हैं। साथ ही सरकारी नौकरियों को भी लगातार खत्म किया जा रहा है। 2014 में कांग्रेस कार्यकाल के दौरान प्रदेश में लगभग 4 लाख सरकारी कर्मचारी थे। लेकिन इस सरकार के दौरान घटते-घटते उनकी संख्या में महज 2 लाख 80 हजार रह गई है। क्योंकि सरकार इतनी भर्तियां भी नहीं कर पा रही जितने कर्मचारी हर साल रिटायर हो जाते हैं। इस सरकार में जो इक्का-दुक्का भर्तियां हुई हैं उनमें भी सिर्फ घोटाले, लखी, करोड़ी की डील और रुपयों की अटैची चलती है।
