चंडीगढ़ News। हरियाणा की भाजपा-जजपा सरकार का तानाशाही रवैया एक बार फिर देखने को मिला। मंगलवार को जब प्रदेश कांग्रेस के नेता एवं हजारों कार्यकर्ता हरियाणा में पार्टी मामलों के प्रभारी विवेक बंसल एवं हरियाणा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी की अध्यक्षा कुमारी शैलजा की अध्यक्षता में भर्ती घोटाले के विरोध में एचपीएससी का घेराव करने जा रहे थे, तो पंचकुला पुलिस प्रशासन ने भाजपा - जजपा सरकार के इशारे पर उन्हें हिरासत में ले लिया। पार्टी नेताओं ने पुलिस प्रशासन को लाख समझाने की कोशिश की कि हम कांग्रेसजन शान्तिपूर्ण तरीके से आयोग का घेराव करेंगे और किसी भी प्रकार से कानून को हाथ में नहीं लिया जायेगा, परंतु पुलिस प्रशासन पर भाजपा - जजपा की तानाशाही सरकार का दबाव था। जिसके चलते पुलिस ने विवेक बंसल व कुमारी शैलजा, अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमेटी के महासचिव रणदीप सिंह सुरजेवाला सहित अनेक विधायकों, नेताओं एवं सैंकड़ों कार्यकत्र्ताओं को हिरासत में लेकर पंचकुला पुलिस लाइन में बंद कर दिया गया।
The party leaders tried to convince the police administration that they (Congressmen) would peacefully gherao the Commission without taking the law in hand, but the police administration was under pressure of the dictatorial government of BJP-JJP, due to which the police took into custody several MLAs, leaders and hundreds of workers including Vivek Bansal and Kumari Selja, General Secretary, All India Congress Committee Randeep Singh Surjewala and detained them in Panchkula Police Lines.
Addressing the meeting organized
before the gherao, Vivek Bansal said that corruption is flourishing under the
BJP-JJP government of Haryana. By doing such a huge recruitment scam, not only
the future of unemployed youth has been played with, but they have been mocked.
He said that it is absolutely clear that the government is fully involved in this
recruitment scam. He warned the JJP and independent MLAs that the one, who
supports the corrupt, is as guilty as the one who commits corruption. He said
that the way people had opposed the BJP and their supporters due to the
anti-agriculture laws, if the pro-BJP MPs or MLAs do not take lessons from
them, they may face similar situations in future also. Vivek Bansal thanked the
party workers, who gathered in thousands in the gherao and said that this is
the beginning of the fight and this struggle will continue till this corrupt
government is not uprooted.
घेराव से पहले आयोजित की गई बैठक को संबोधित करते हुए विवेक बंसल ने कहा कि हरियाणा की भाजपा - जजपा सरकार के नीचे भ्रष्टाचार पनप रहा है। इतना बड़ा भर्ती घोटाला करके न केवल बेरोजगार युवाओं के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ किया गया है बल्कि उनका मखौल उड़ाया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह बिल्कुल स्पष्ट है कि इस भर्ती घोटाले में शासनतंत्र पूरी तरह से लिप्त है। उन्होंने जजपा व निर्दलीय विधायकों को चेताते हुए कहा कि भ्रष्टाचारी का साथ देने वाला भी उतना ही गुनहगार होता है, जितना भ्रष्टाचार करने वाला। उन्होंने कहा कि कृषि विरोधी काले कानूनों के चलते लोगों ने जिस तरह से भाजपा व उनके समर्थकों का विरोध किया था, अगर भाजपा समर्थक सांसदों अथवा विधायकों ने उससे सबक नहीं लिया तो भविष्य में भी ऐसी ही परिस्थितियों का सामना करना पड़ सकता है। बंसल ने घेराव में हजारों की संख्या में पहुंचे पार्टीजनों का धन्यवाद करते हुए कहा कि यह तो लड़ाई का आगाज है और जब तक इस भ्रष्ट सरकार को जड़ें सहित उखाड़ नहीं फैंकते तब तक यह संघर्ष जारी रहेगा।
कुमारी शैलजा ने सर्वप्रथम कांग्रेस पार्टी के आह्वान पर हजारों की संख्या में पहुंचने पर सभी पार्टी नेताओं एवं कार्यकत्र्ताओं का धन्यवाद किया। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी श्रीमती सोनिया गांधी, राहुल गांधी व श्रीमती प्रियंका गांधी के नेतृत्व में मुख्य विपक्षी दल होने के नाते हर मुद्दे को, चाहे वह कृषि विरोधी काले कानूनों का हों, नोटबंदी का हो, पेगासस जासूस कांड हो, सडक़ से सदन तक उठाती रही है और उठाती रहेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार हमारे उपर कितने भी झूठे केस बना ले, कितने भी अत्याचार कर ले, परंतु हम अपनी जिम्मेवारी से पीछे नहीं हटेंगे और भाजपा-जजपा सरकार के तानाशाही रवैये का डटकर मुकाबला करेंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज का ज्वलंत मुद्दा भर्ती घोटाले का है जिसने सभी घोटालों को पीछे छोड़ दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा पब्लिक सर्विज़ कमीशन व हरियाणा स्टाफ सिलेक्शन कमीशन भर्ती घोटालों का अड्डा बन गए हैं और सरकार के साथ साठगांठ करके प्रदेश के लाखों बेरोजगार युवाओं के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि सबसे प्रतिष्ठित एचपीएससी एग्जीक्यूटिव की परीक्षा से लेकर ग्रुप डी तक की परीक्षायें रूपयों के बदले पास कराई गई, जिसने लाखों मेहनती बेरोजगार युवाओं की आशाओं पर पानी फेर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि ये दोनों ही आयोग निष्पक्ष भर्ती करने में पूर्णतया अक्षम साबित हुए हैं, इसलिए इन दोनों आयोगों को अविलंब भंग करके नये कमीशन गठित होने चाहियें और सभी विवादित भर्ती परीक्षायें दोबारा करवाई जायें ताकि हरियाणा के शिक्षित बेरोजगारों को न्याय मिल सके। हरियाणा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी की अध्यक्षा कुमारी शैलजा ने खट्टर सरकार पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि पिछले सात सालों में इतनी भर्तियां नहीं हुई जितने भर्ती घोटाले हुए हैं। ‘न खर्ची - न पर्ची’ का ढिंढौरा पीटने वाले मनोहर लाल खट्टर के नेतृत्व वाली भाजपा सरकार के सात साल के कार्यकाल में 30 से भी ज्यादा बार पेपर लीक हो चुके हैं।
Kumari Selja thanked all the party leaders and workers for reaching in thousands upon the call of the Congress party. She said that Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee, being the main opposition party under the leadership of Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, Mr. Rahul Gandhi and Mrs. Priyanka Gandhi, has been raising and will continue to raise each issue at every level, be it anti-agriculture black laws, demonetisation or Pegasus spy case. She said that no matter how many false cases may be registered against Congressmen by the BJP government, no matter how many atrocities it may commit, but Congress will not back down from its responsibility and will firmly fight the dictatorial attitude of the BJP-JJP government.
She said that today's burning issue is the recruitment scam, which has left all the scams behind. She said that Haryana Public Service Commission and Haryana Staff Selection Commission have become a hotbed of recruitment scams and has been playing with the future of lakhs of unemployed youth of the state in collusion with the government. She said that from the most prestigious HPSC Executive examinations to Group D examinations were sold in exchange of money, defeating the hopes of lakhs of hardworking unemployed youth. Due to these scams happening under the patronage of BJP-JJP government, the future of unemployed youth is being stifled by repeatedly canceling the recruitments. She said that both these commissions have proved to be completely incompetent in conducting fair recruitment, so new commissions should be formed immediately by dissolving these two commissions and all the disputed recruitment examinations should be re-conducted so that the educated unemployed of Haryana can get justice.
Kumari Selja
accused the Khattar government and said that in the last seven years, not so
many recruitments were conducted as there were recruitment scams. More than 30
paper leak cases were reported during the seven-year tenure of the BJP
government led by Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar, who used to raise the slogans of 'Na
Kharchi-Na Parchi'.
वरिष्ठ कांग्रेस नेता और पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव रणदीप सिंह सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि हरियाणा के युवाओं के भविष्य को मंडी में बोली लगाकर बेचा जा रहा है। हरियाणा का हर लायक बेटा व बेटी अपने-आपको ठगा सा महसूस कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि दुष्यंत चौटाला व मनोहर लाल खट्टर द्वारा बाकायदा बोर्ड लगाकर भर्तियों की निलामी की जा रही है और अलग-अलग नौकरी के लिए अलग-अलग खर्ची वसूली जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि भर्ती परीक्षाओं में इतने मुश्किल सवाल पूछे जाते हैं कि ‘न पर्ची-न खर्ची’, ‘मैरिट’ व ‘पारदर्शिता’ की बड़ी - बड़ी बातें करने वाले खट्टर महोदय भी उनका जवाब नहीं दे सकते। उन्होंने भाजपा-जजपा को सवालों से घेरते हुए पूछा कि क्या अकेला डिप्टी सैक्रेटरी इतनी बड़ी ठगी कर सकता है, एचपीएससी की जिस सिक्रेसी ब्रांच में खुद मुख्यमंत्री नहीं जा सकते, वहां दलाल कैसे पहुंच गए। उन्होंने कहा कि इन सारी बातों से प्रतीत होता है कि दाल में कुछ काला नहीं, बल्कि सारी की सारी दाल ही काली है।
Speaking on
the occasion, Randeep Singh Surjewala said that the future of the youth of
Haryana is being sold by bidding in mandi. Every worthy son and daughter of
Haryana is feeling cheated. He said that recruitments are being auctioned by
Dushyant Chautala and Manohar Lal Khattar by putting up rate list and different
amounts are being collected for different jobs. He said that so many difficult
questions are asked in the recruitment examinations that even Khattar, who
talks about 'Na Kharchi-Na Parchi', 'merit' and 'transparency', cannot answer
them. Cornering the BJP-JJP government with questions, he asked whether the
Deputy Secretary alone could commit such a big fraud, how did the brokers reach
the secret branch of HPSC where the Chief Minister himself could not go. He
said that from all these evidences, it becomes clear that the entire matter is
questionable.

व कांग्रेस विधायक दल की पूर्व नेता श्रीमती किरण चौधरी ने कहा कि इस सरकार ने
भ्रष्टाचार के सारे रिकॉर्ड तोड़ दिए हैं। सरकारी नौकरियों में जमकर धांधली हो रही
है। यह सरकार युवाओं को रोजगार देना ही नहीं चाहती। जो रोजगार दिए जा रहे हैं, उनमें भी जमकर भ्रष्टाचार किया जा रहा
है।

former leader of Congress Legislative Party Kiran Choudhary said that the
BJP-JJP government has broken all records of corruption. There is big fraud in
government jobs. This government does not want to give jobs to youth and the
jobs, which are being given, are also given by following corrupt practices.
पूर्व
मंत्री व पूर्व नेता कांग्रेस विधायक दल कैप्टन अजय सिंह यादव ने कहा कि
भाजपा-जजपा सरकार के संरक्षण में हो रहे इन घोटालों के कारण बार-बार भर्तियां रद्द
करके बेरोजगार युवाओं के भविष्य पर कुठाराघात किया जा रहा है। आज इस सरकार के कारण
हरियाणा प्रदेश की बेरोजगारी दर पूरे देश में सर्वाधिक बनी हुई है। यह सरकार
प्रदेश के युवाओं को बर्बाद करने में कोई कसर बाकी नहीं छोड़ रही है।
Former
minister Captain Ajay Yadav said that if the Haryana government has the courage
to bring out the truth about the recruitment scams, then both the commissions
should be reconstituted immediately by sacking them. He also demanded to get
this scam investigated under the supervision of a Chief Justice of the High
Court so that the truth could prevail.
