कुरुक्षेत्रः हमारी सरकार के दौरान प्रति व्यक्ति आय, प्रति व्यक्ति निवेश, भाईचारे, खेलकूद, किसानों के सम्मान, खुशहाली और विकास में हरियाणा नंबर वन था। लेकिन बीजेपी व बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार ने हरियाणा को बेरोजगारी, महंगाई, भ्रष्टाचार, अपराध, किसानों पर अत्याचार, कुशासन, कंगाली और प्रदूषण में नंबर वन बना दिया। ये कहना है पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा का।

हुड्डा आज कुरुक्षेत्र में पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस मौके पर उन्होंने बताया कि कुरुक्षेत्र में होने वाले ‘विपक्ष आपके समक्ष’ कार्यक्रम को फिलहाल स्थगित कर दिया गया है। सरकार द्वारा जारी कोरोना गाइडलाइंस और जनता के स्वास्थ्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए यह फैसला लिया गया है। कोरोना की पाबंदियां हटने के बाद पहले रविवार को कुरुक्षेत्र में इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जाएगा।

भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि आज जनता के कई मुद्दे हैं जिनपर सरकार को जवाब देना होगा। बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार ने हरियाणा को बर्बादी की कगार पर पहुंचा दिया है। इस सरकार का हाजमा इतना तेज हो गया है कि इसने यमुना के रेत से लेकर डाडम और नांगल चौधरी तक की पहाड़ियों को हजम कर लिया है। जो कमाई प्रदेश के ख़ज़ाने में पहुंचनी चाहिए थी, खनन घोटालों की वजह से वो खनन माफिया की तिजोरियों में जा रही है।

नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि उन्होंने खुद डाडम में जाकर देखा कि किस बेरहमी से वहां पर पहाड़ों की खुदाई की गई है। वहां पर बेखौफ तरीके से अवैध खनन और अवैध ट्रकों की आवाजाही जारी है। इसकी वजह से कई लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है। लेकिन आज तक दोषियों पर 302 का मुकदमा तक दर्ज नहीं हुआ। बड़े-बड़े घोटालों के बावजूद सरकार जांच के नाम पर सिर्फ कमेटी-कमेटी खेल रही है। इससे पहले शराब, रजिस्ट्री, धान और भर्ती समेत दर्जनभर घोटालों में सरकार ने कमेटी तो बना दी लेकिन कार्रवाई के नाम पर वहीं ढाक के तीन पात वाला नतीजा ही रहा। आज तक किसी भी उच्च पद पर बैठे व्यक्ति पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई।

इसीलिए विपक्ष की मांग है कि खनन से लेकर भर्ती घोटाले तक की जांच हाईकोर्ट के सिटिंग जज की निगरानी में सीबीआई द्वारा करवाई जानी चाहिए। तभी दोषियों को सजा मिल पाएगी। अगर सरकार दावा करती है कि वह घोटालों में दोषी नहीं है तो फिर उसे उच्च स्तरीय निष्पक्ष जांच से संकोच क्यों है।

किसानों के मुद्दों को संबोधित करते हुए हुड्डा ने कहा कि जन भलाई की बजाए सरकार का सारा जोर सिर्फ इवेंट मैनेजमेंट पर रहता है। पिछले कई सीजन से किसानों को मौसम की मार झेलनी पड़ रही है। बार-बार विपक्ष की तरफ से किसानों के लिए मुआवजे की मांग की गई, लेकिन अब तक सरकार ने पिछले सीजन में हुए नुकसान की भरपाई तक नहीं की। साढ़े पांच लाख एकड़ जमीन के लिए किसानों ने सरकार से मुआवजे की अपील की लेकिन वह आज तक सिर्फ इंतजार कर रहे हैं। पिछले कुछ दिनों से हो रही बारिश के चलते कुरुक्षेत्र व आसपास के क्षेत्र में आलू समेत कई सब्जी और अन्य फसलों पर बुरा असर हुआ है। लेकिन सरकार ने इसका अब तक कोई संज्ञान नहीं लिया।

हुड्डा ने कहा कि कांग्रेस सरकार के दौरान कुरुक्षेत्र को एनआईडी जैसे संस्थान व इलाके को दादूपुर नलवी जैसी परियोजना की सौगात दी गई। लेकिन बीजेपी सरकार के सात साल में ऐसी एक भी योजना कुरुक्षेत्र को नहीं मिली। हैरानी की बात है कि जिन पहाड़ों को बचाना चाहिए, सरकार उनकी तो खनन माफिया से खुदाई करवा रही है और दादूपुर नलवी जैसी जिस नहर को खोदकर इलाके में खुशहाली लानी चाहिए थी, उसे सरकार पाटने का काम कर रही है।

पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि किसान, मजदूर, कर्मचारी, आंगनबाड़ी वर्कर समेत हर वर्ग आज सड़कों पर है। व्यापारियों की हालत यह है कि मुनाफा तो दूर उन्हें पूंजी तक का घाटा उठाना पड़ रहा है। सरकार की नीतियों के चलते आज सरकारी दफ्तर खाली हो रहे हैं क्योंकि वहां पर कर्मचारी नहीं हैं, स्कूल खाली हो रहे हैं क्योंकि वहां पर टीचर्स नहीं हैं, अस्पताल खाली हो रहे हैं क्योंकि वहां डॉक्टर्स नहीं हैं, कुप्रबंधन व भ्रष्टाचार के चलते सरकार का खजाना खाली है, दुकानदार व व्यापारी का गल्ला खाली है और गरीब-मजदूर का पेट खाली है।

Addressing a press conference in Kurukshetra today, Hooda said the 'Vipaksh Aapke Samaksh,' which was to be held in Kurukshetra, has been postponed, for the time being. “This decision has been taken keeping in mind the corona guidelines of the government and the health of the public. This program will be organized in Kurukshetra on the first Sunday after the restrictions of Corona are lifted,” he said.

Hooda said there are many issues of the people on which the government will have to answer. The BJP-JJP government has brought Haryana to the brink of ruin. “The digestion of this government has become so fast that it has swallowed everything, from the sands of Yamuna to the hills of Dadam and Nangal Choudhary. Earnings, that should have reached from the revenue of the state, is going into the pockets of the mining mafia due to mining scams,” he said.

The Leader of Opposition said that he himself went to Dadam and saw how mercilessly the mountains were excavated there and Illegal mining and movement of illegal trucks continues there fearlessly. “Many people have died because of this but no case of 302 has been registered against the culprits till date. Despite the big scams, the government is only setting up committees in the name of investigation. Earlier, in a dozen scams including liquor, registry, paddy and recruitment, the government had formed a committee but no action has been taken against any person sitting in high office,” he said.

“This is why the opposition is demanding that the investigation from mining to recruitment scam should be carried out by the CBI under the supervision of the sitting judge of the High Court. Only then the guilty will be punished. If the government claims that it is not guilty in the scams, then why is it hesitating to allow a high-level fair investigation,” he said.

Addressing the issues of the farmers, Hooda said instead of public welfare, the entire emphasis of the government is only on event management. “For the past several seasons, farmers have been facing the wrath of the weather. Compensation for farmers was repeatedly demanded from the opposition side, but till now the government has not even compensated for the loss caused in the last season,” he said.

“The farmers appealed to the government for compensation for five and a half lakh acres of land, but till date they are just waiting. Many vegetables and other crops, including potatoes, have been badly affected in Kurukshetra and the surrounding area due to the rains since the last few days, but the government has not taken any cognizance of it so far,” he said.

The former Chief Minister said Kurukshetra was given an institution like NID and the area was given a project like Dadupur Nalvi during the Congress government but Kurukshetra did not get a single such scheme in the seven years of the BJP government. “It is surprising that the hills, which should be saved, are being excavated by the mining mafia and the government is filling canals like Dadupur Nalvi, which should have brought prosperity to the area,” he said.

The Leader of Opposition said that every section, including farmers, laborers, employees, Anganwadi workers, is on the roads today. Far from making profits, traders are losing their capital. Today government offices are getting vacant because there are no employees, schools are getting empty because there are no teachers, hospitals are getting empty because there are no doctors, government treasury is getting empty due to mismanagement and corruption. The cash box of shopkeepers and merchants is empty and the poor-labourer's stomach is empty,” he said.

Reports of various institutions are showing that Haryana is moving in a negative direction on all parameters of development, but instead of accepting the truth, the government is trying to threaten institutions like CMIE that show unemployment figures. “Fact is that BJP government in Uttar Pradesh is seeking votes by showing the same CMIE data. This clearly shows the double-speak of the BJP,” he said.

तमाम संस्थाओं की रिपोर्ट बता रही है कि हरियाणा विकास के पैमानों पर नकारात्मक दिशा में बढ़ रहा है। लेकिन सच्चाई को स्वीकार करने की बजाए सरकार बेरोजगारी के आंकड़े दिखाने वाली सीएमआईई जैसी संस्थाओं को धमकाने का काम कर रही है। जबकि उसी सीएमआईई के आंकड़ों को दिखाकर बीजेपी यूपी में वोट मांग रही है। यह अपने आप में बीजेपी का दोहरा रवैया दर्शाता है।
