नेता प्रतिपक्ष आज जींद में पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थे... इस दौरान उन्होंने निकाय चुनाव को लेकर साफ़ किया कि कांग्रेस पार्टी कॉरपोरेशन के चुनाव पार्टी सिंबल पर लड़ेगी। काउंसलर और कमेटी के चुनाव पर पार्टी फैसला करेगी। पेट्रोल-डीजल और घरेलु गैस के बढ़ते दामों पर चिंता जाहिर करते हुए हुड्डा ने कहा कि महंगाई से पहले ही त्राहि-त्राहि कर रही जनता पर एक और सरकारी चोट से हाहाकार मचा हुआ है। बढ़ती महंगाई ने किसान-मजदूर सहित आम गरीब व माध्यम वर्ग की कमर तोड़ दी है।
उन्होंने पेट्रोल, डीजल, गैस सिलेंडर की बढ़ी कीमतों को तत्काल वापस लेने की मांग करते हुए कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार जनता को महंगाई से राहत देने के लिए कम से कम वैट की दर घटाए। उन्होंने कहा कि आज समाज का हर वर्ग इस सरकार से दुखी है, किसान, मजदूर, कर्मचारी, छोटा व्यापारी, बेरोजगार समेत हर वर्ग को सरकार से निराशा हाथ लगी है। हरियाणा में सर्वाधिक बेरोजगारी, रिकॉर्ड महंगाई, आर्थिक मंदी, सबसे ज्यादा चोट आमजन पर पड़ी है।
कहा कि प्रदेश में सरकारी कर्मचारी पुरानी पेंशन की मांग को लेकर सड़कों पर आन्दोलन कर रहे हैं, लेकिन सरकार उनकी अनदेखी कर रही है, उन्होंने बताया कि विधानसभा में भी पुरानी पेंशन का मुद्दा उठाया था। हरियाणा सरकार को राजस्थान व छत्तीसगढ़ की कांग्रेस सरकार की तर्ज पर कर्मचारियों की मांग मानते हुए पुरानी पेंशन लागू करनी चाहिए।
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि अगर मौजूदा सरकार पुरानी पेंशन लागू नहीं करेगी तो हमारी सरकार बनते ही हम पुरानी पेंशन लागू करेंगे। बेरोज़गारी का जिक्र करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा में रिकार्ड बेरोज़गारी के चलते युवाओं को अपना भविष्य अन्धकारमय नज़र आ रहा है। प्राइवेट सेक्टर में 75 प्रतिशत वाले आरक्षण में 15 साल की जगह 5 साल का डोमिसाईल कर दिया गया था, जिसकी नोटिफिकेशन को बदलना पडा जबकि, उन्होंने पहले ही कहा था कि 5 साल वाला डोमिसाईल नियम मूल हरियाणावियों के हित में नहीं है।
Expressing concern
over the rising prices of petrol-diesel and domestic gas, Hooda said people who
were already suffering before inflation, were outraged by yet another anti-people
decision of the government. “Rising inflation has broken the back of the common
poor and middle class including farmers and laborers. We demand immediate
withdrawal of the increased prices of petrol, diesel, gas cylinders. The
Haryana government should at least reduce the rate of VAT to give relief to the
public from inflation,” he said.
“Today, every
section of the society is unhappy with this government. farmers, labourers,
employees, small traders, unemployed have been disappointed with the government.
Haryana has the highest unemployment, record inflation, economic slowdown, the
common man has been the hit the hardest,” he added.
Hooda said that the
government employees in the state are agitating on the streets demanding old
pension, but the government is ignoring them, and the issue of old pension was
also raised in the assembly. “The Haryana government should implement old
pension on the lines of the Congress government of Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh,
considering the demand of the employees. If the present government will not
implement the old pension, then we will implement the old pension as soon as
our government is formed,” he promised.
Referring to
unemployment, he said youth of the state are seeing a dark future for
themselves, due to the record unemployment in Haryana. The domicile rules have
been changed to bring down requirement from 15 years to 5 years for 75 percent
reservation in the private sector. We have already said that the 5-year
domicile rule is not in the interest of the native Haryanavi,” he said.
Former Chief
Minister Hooda said that this government has crossed all limits of corruption
and has done nothing drowning the state in a unprecedented debt. I had said
this even in my budget speech in the assembly that this is only focused on
event management and this budget is all fluff and no substance budget. For the
last 7 years, the present government is following the Charvak policy of living
with pomp and pleasure by taking loans,” he said.
Referring to the
poor economic condition of the state, he said the government is taking a loan
Rs 55,000 crore to pay the instalment and interest of Rs 56,000 crore. “If this
situation continues, the government will take a loan of at least Rs 20,000
crore in future also. We are told that there is a revenue deficit of Rs 9,000
crore in the budget of the state, last time the same revenue deficit of Rs 5,
300 crore was shown,” he said.
“The government is
showing an exaggerated budget to make it look good before the people of the
state. Due to the actions of this government, today the state is buried under a
debt of about Rs 3 lakh crores. The situation has become such that the
government has to take loans even for routine works and repaying the debt,” he
said.
पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हुड्डा ने कहा कि इस सरकार ने भ्रष्टाचार की सभी सीमाएं लांघ दी हैं। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि मौजूदा सरकार ने प्रदेश को कर्ज में डुबोने के सिवाय कोई काम नहीं किया। उन्होंने कहा कि विधानसभा में अपने बजट भाषण में भी कहा था कि ये सरकार इवेंट मैनेजमेंट की सरकार है और ये बजट थोथा बजट है। उन्होंने बताया कि पिछले 7 साल से मौजूदा सरकार चर्र्वाक नीति पर चल रही है कि कर्जा लो और घी पीओ, मौज से रहो। प्रदेश की खस्ता आर्थिक हालत का जिक्र करते हुए उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार 56 हजार करोड़ रुपये की किस्त और ब्याज चुकाने के लिए 55 हजार करोड़ का कर्जा लेती है। उन्होंने आशंका जताई कि यही हाल रहा तो सरकार आगे भी कम से कम 20 हजार करोड़ का कर्जा लेगी।
उन्होंने बताया प्रदेश के बजट में 9 हजार करोड़ रुपये का रेवन्यू डेफिसिट है, पिछली बार यही रेवन्यू डेफिसिट 5 हजार 300 करोड़ रुपये का दिखाया गया था। सरकार लोगों को बढ़ा-चढाकर बजट दिखा रही है, ताकि लोगों को देखने में अच्छा लगे। इस सरकार की कारगुजारियों के चलते आज प्रदेश लगभग तीन लाख करोड़ के कर्ज तले दब गया है। हालात ऐसे हो गए हैं कि रूटीन के कामों और कर्ज उतारने के लिए भी सरकार को कर्ज लेना पड़ रहा है।
