चंडीगढ़।। हरियाणा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि हरियाणा की मंडियों से किसानों की फसल का उठान और किसानों को फसल का भुगतान समय पर नहीं हो रहा है। सरकार के सभी दावे फेल साबित हो रहे हैं। सरकार के नाकारापन के कारण किसानों के सामने बड़ा संकट खड़ा हो गया है। वह सरकार से मांग करती हैं कि फसल का मंडियों से उठान बिक्री के 24 घंटे के अंदर सुनिश्चित किया जाए और किसानों को 48 घंटे के अंदर फसल का भुगतान हो। साथ ही, जिन किसानों की फसलों का भुगतान अभी तक नहीं हुआ है, उन्हें ब्याज के साथ पैसा दिया जाए।
कहा कि एक अप्रैल से गेहूं की फसल की खरीद शुरू हुई थी। मगर सरकार की तरफ से मंडियों में तैयारियां तक नहीं की गई। हरियाणा सरकार के मुताबिक अगर कोई किसान न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर सरकारी मंडी में फसल बेचता है तो 48 घंटे में मंडी से फसल का उठान और किसानों को फसल बेचने के 72 घंटे में उसका भुगतान किया जाएगा। यदि किसान को भुगतान नहीं होता है तो उसे नौ फीसदी ब्याज के अनुसार भुगतान किया जाएगा।
मगर इस सरकार के यह दावे खोखले और झूठे साबित हो रहे हैं। कई दिन बीतने के बाद भी फसल का उठान और भुगतान नहीं हो रहा है। सरकार लगातार किसानों को प्रताड़ित कर रही है। राज्य की भाजपा-जजपा गठबंधन सरकार पूरी तरह से किसानों के खिलाफ है। सरकार लगातार किसानों को बर्बाद करने की साजिशें रच रही है। 2022 तक किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने का सरकार का दावा पूरी तरह से जुमला निकला है।
कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि सरकार का 48 घंटे में उठान और 72 घंटे में फसल के भुगतान का दावा हर वर्ष खोखला साबित होता है। सरकार साजिशन किसानों को फसल का भुगतान लंबे समय तक नहीं करती है। जिसकी वजह से ऋण लेकर बुवाई करने वाले किसानों के सामने घोर संकट खड़ा हो जाता है, साथ ही किसानों की अगली फसल की बुवाई भी इससे प्रभावित होती है। फसल के उठान में जानबूझकर देरी की जाती है, जिसके कारण मंडियां फसल से भर जाती हैं और फसलों से लदे किसानों के वाहनों का कई किलोमीटर का जाम लग जाता है।

being lifted from the mandis of Haryana and its payment was not being made on
time to the farmers. All the claims of the government were proving to be
failure. Due to the incompetence of the government, a big crisis had arisen in
front of the farmers. She demanded from the government that the lifting of the
crop from the mandis should be ensured within 24 hours of the sale and payment of the crop
should be made to the farmers within 48 hours. Also, payment should be made with
interest to those farmers who have not been paid yet, she added.
In a statement issued here, Kumari Selja said that the procurement of wheat crop had started from April 1, but the preparations were not even made by the government in the mandis. According to the Haryana government, if a farmer sells a crop in a government mandi on the Minimum Support Price, then the crop will be lifted from the mandi within 48 hours and the farmers will be paid within 72 hours of selling the crop. If the farmer does not get the payment, he will be paid with nine per cent interest. But these claims of this government were proving to be hollow and false. The government had been continuously harassing the farmers. The BJP-JJP alliance government of the state was completely against the farmers. The government was constantly conspiring to ruin the farmers. The government's claim of doubling farmers' income by 2022 had turned out to be a complete jumla, said Kumari Selja.
She said that the government's claim of lifting in 48 hours and payment of the crop in 72 hours proved to be hollow every year. The government does not conspire to pay the farmers for the crop for a long time. Due to which the farmers, who sow by taking loans face a serious crisis, as well as the sowing of the next crop of the farmers was also affected by this. There was a deliberate delay in the lifting of crops, due to which the mandis were filled with crops and roads were blocked for several kilometers with vehicles of farmers laden with crops.
Kumari Selja said that non-payment at the time of this inflation was going to create big trouble for the farmers. Due to the anti-people policies of this government, the farmer was on the verge of poverty. The government should desist from its anti-farmer policies and solve the problems faced by the farmers in procurement of crops, she added.
कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि इस महंगाई के समय भुगतान न होना किसानों के लिए बड़ी मुसीबत खड़ी करने वाला है। इस सरकार की जनविरोधी नीतियों के कारण किसान कंगाली के कगार पर है। सरकार अपनी किसान विरोधी नीतियों से बाज आए और किसानों को फसल खरीद में आ रही समस्याओं का समाधान करे।
