इस संबंध मे नितेश अग्रवाल, सेल्स मैनेजर, एक्सिस बैंक भिवानी
तथा रण सिंह, पूर्व चेयरमैन, नगर परिषद, भिवानी व अन्य अधिकारियों को नगर परिषद के बैंक खातों में सरकार
की तरफ से आई ग्रांट की राशि को दूसरे बैंक खातों में ट्रांसफर करवाकर अलग-अलग
फर्मों में रूपये भेजकर, फर्मों को कमीशन देकर व फर्मों से रूपये वापस लेकर सरकारी खजाने
को हड़पने के आरोपों मे विधि अनुसार गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है।
अब तक की गई जांच में सामने आया है कि गिरफ्तार किये गये
आरोपियों व अधिकारियों द्वारा मिलीभगत करके सरकारी राशि का करोड़ो रुपयों का गबन
किया गया है। इस संबंध में आमजन को सूचित किया जाता है कि कार्यालय नगर परिषद, भिवानी के पूर्व
चेयरमैन रण सिह व नितेश अग्रवाल, सेल्स मैनेजर एक्सिस बैंक भिवानी द्वारा कमीशन के तौर पर लिये
गये रुपयों में से काफी चल/अचल सम्पति बनाई हुई है।
The Haryana State
Vigilance Bureau, Bhiwani is conducting a thorough investigation into the
corruption case of embezzlement of crores of rupees in the Municipal Council,
Bhiwani.
In this regard, Nitesh Aggarwal, Sales Manager,
Axis Bank Bhiwani and Ran Singh, former Chairman, Municipal Council, Bhiwani
besides other officials were arrested on the charges of loss to the state
exchequer by bungling the government funds. Cases of cheating and forgery
with regards to the transfer of government funds worth crores of rupees from
the bank account of Bhiwani Municipal Council to private firms without any
documents were filed.
In the investigation conducted so far, it has come
to the fore that crores of rupees of government money have been embezzled by
the arrested accused and others.
In this regard, it is informed to the general
public that the accused have made a lot of movable/immovable properties out of
the money taken as commission/bribe.
If anyone has any information or evidence about
the property acquired through corruption by the above accused and other
officials, in that case, they can inform the office of State Vigilance Bureau,
Bhiwani, Room No. 122 Mini Secretariat, Bhiwani. Information can also be
