हरियाणा लोकसेवा आयोग और एचएसएससी में साढ़े सात साल से हो रहे घोटालों और भ्रष्टाचार ने सरकार की कलई खोलकर रख दी है- कुमारी सैलजा
सरकार में पेपर लीक और भर्तियां रद्द होने का रिकॉर्ड बन चुका है। नौकरियां बेची जा रही हैं। इसी वजह से सीएमआईई की रिपोर्ट में देश के अन्य राज्यों के मुकाबले हरियाणा बेरोजगारी के मामले में लगातार टॉप पर बना हुआ है।
कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि सीएमआईई की ताजा रिपोर्ट के अनुसार देश में बेरोजगारी दर 7.83 प्रतिशत है, जबकि हरियाणा में बेरोजगारी की दर अन्य राज्यों के मुकाबले सर्वाधिक 34.5 प्रतिशत पहुंच गई है।
कहा कि आज लोगों के रोजगार जा रहे हैं और नए अवसर सृजित नहीं हो पा रहे हैं। दो साल से नौकरियां न के बराबर मिली हैं। नई नौकरी मिलना तो दूर जो सरकारी भर्तियां चल रही होती हैं उनमे में भी कभी पेपर लीक हो जाता है कभी कोर्ट में केस के कारण भर्ती अटक जाती है। इस वर्ष एचएसएससी ने 41 हजार भर्तियां रद्द की हैं। इस सरकार में उद्योग धंधे भी तबाह हो चुके हैं। बीते दो माह में ही निजी क्षेत्र में 4.52 लाख मजदूरों का रोजगार छिन चुका है।
इन आकंड़ों से साफ है कि भाजपा-जजपा गठबंधन सरकार की गलत नीतियों की वजह से युवाओं को रोजगार नहीं मिला है। लगातार कई साल से देश में बेरोजगारी में नंबर एक का स्थान हासिल करने के बाद भी प्रदेश सरकार कोई सबक लेने को तैयार नहीं है।
कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि अभी हाल ही में एचसीएस के 156 और डेंटल सर्जन के 81 पदों के लिए परीक्षाओं को रद्द कर दिया गया। परीक्षाओं में बड़े स्तर पर फर्जीवाड़ा पाए जाने के बाद यह फैसला लिया गया। हरियाणा लोकसेवा आयोग और एचएसएससी में साढ़े सात साल से हो रहे घोटालों और भ्रष्टाचार ने सरकार की कलई खोलकर रख दी है।
Senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Kumari Selja said that the BJP-JJP alliance government was bent on ruining the future of the youth of Haryana. This government was neither able to give a fillip to the government recruitments nor was it able to give a better environment to the industries and businesses in the state. There had been a record of paper leaks and cancellation of recruitments in the government. Jobs were being sold. For this reason, Haryana had consistently remained on top in terms of unemployment in the CMIE report as compared to other states of the country.
In a statement issued to the media, Kumari Selja said that according to the latest report of CMIE,the unemployment rate in the country was 7.83 percent, while the unemployment rate in Haryana had reached 34.5 percent as compared to other states.
Kumari Selja said that today people were losing their jobs and new opportunities were not being created. Negligible jobs were provided in two years. Far from getting a new job, sometimes paper gets leaked in the ongoing government recruitments and sometimes the recruitment gets stuck due to court case. This year HSSC had canceled 41,000 vacancies. Industries and businesses had also been ruined under this government. In the last two months, 4.52 lakh laborers had lost their jobs in the private sector, said Kumari Selja.
She said that it was clear from these figures that due to the wrong policies of the BJP-JJP alliance government, the youth had not got employment. Even after securing number one position in unemployment in the country for many consecutive years, the state government was not ready to learn any lesson, added Kumari Selja.
She said that recently the examinations for 156 posts of HCS and 81 posts of Dental Surgeons were canceled. This decision was taken after a large-scale fraud was found in the examinations. Continuous scams and corruption in Haryana Public Service Commission and HSSC for seven-and-a-half years have exposed the government, she added.
