A complaint has been received from Sh. Sandeep
Singh, Minister of
State, Sports and Youth Affairs, Haryana. The
same is enclosed herewith in original. Allegations in this regard are also
circulating on social and
electronic media.
In this regard, a committee headed by Ms Mamta
Singh, IPS, Addl. Director General of Police, Rohtak Range, Rohtak with Sh.
Sumer Partap Singh, IPS, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Panchkula and Sh. Raj
Kumar Kaushik, HPS, ACP, Panchkula as its members is hereby constituted.
The committee shall conduct an indepth enquiry
into the subject matter immediately and submit its report to this office at the
earliest.
