Hooda has strongly objected to the new system made by the government for cattle fairs and has increased the fees of cattle fairs from Rs 10-20, directly to 1000 rupees or 4 percent fee on purchase and sale. “This will put a heavy burden on the livestock farmers of the state. People of all sections are expecting some relief during the recession and pandemic, but the government in recovering every penny possible from them,” he said.
उन्होंने कहा कि
सरकार ने पशु मेलों की फीस को 10-20 से बढ़ाकर सीधा 1000 रुपए या खरीद बेच पर 4 प्रतिशत फीस लगा दी है। इससे प्रदेश के पशुपालक किसानों पर
भारी बोझ पड़ेगा। मंदी और महामारी के दौर में जहां हर वर्ग सरकार से कुछ राहत की
उम्मीद कर रहा है, वहीं सरकार इसके
उलट उनसे वसूली करने में लगी है। जनता से पहले ही बेइंतहां टैक्स वसूलने वाली
सरकार ने अब गरीब पशुपालकों पर चोट मारने का काम किया है। इतना ही नहीं सरकार ने
सभी मेलों का जिम्मा एक ही ठेकेदार को दे दिया है। नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने इसकी जांच
करने की मांग की है ताकि पता चल सके कि सरकार ने ठेकेदार को लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए
सरकारी प्रक्रिया को दरकिनार क्यों किया। साथ ही उन्होंने मांग करी कि सरकार को
पशु मेलों की फीस बढ़ोत्तरी को वापिस लेना चाहिए।
“The government, which has already collected huge taxes from the public, has now turned to poor farmers who raise cattle to supplement their income. Not only this, the government has given the responsibility of all the fairs to a single contractor,” he added and demanded an inquiry to find out why the government bypassed the government process to benefit the contractor as he sought an immediate withdrawal of the fee hike in cattle fairs.
हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकार ने पशुपालकों के साथ प्रदेश के गरीबों को भी निशाना बनाया है। पहले दाल बंद की, उसके बाद गैस सिलेंडर पर मिलने वाली सब्सिडी खत्म की अब जून महीने से उनको राशन कार्ड पर सरसों का तेल देना भी बंद कर दिया। इस बार सरसों की रिकार्ड पैदावार के बावजूद सरकार गरीबों को खाद्य तेल उपलब्ध नहीं करवा पा रही है।
ऐसे में सरकार की कल्याणकारी नीति पर आश्रित परिवारों को बाजार से महंगे रेट में सरसों का तेल खरीदना पड़ेगा। सरसों तेल के दाम इस वक्त रिकॉर्ड ऊंचाई पर है। विपक्ष की तरफ से लगातार गरीबों को राहत देने की मांग उठाई गई। हमने सरकार से मंदी प्रभावित जरूरतमंद व दिहाड़ीदार परिवारों को आर्थिक मदद देने की गुहार लगाई। लेकिन इसके उलट सरकार पहले से मिल रही राहतों में ही कटौती करने में लगी है। हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकार को ना सिर्फ गरीबों को सरसों का तेल मुहैया करवाना चाहिए, बल्कि जरूरत के मुताबिक उनका कोटा भी बढ़ाना चाहिए।
Apart from this, the Leader of Opposition has drawn the attention of the government towards the supply of black fungus medicine. “The government has formed a state level committee, which is operating from the state headquarter Panchkula. In such a situation, it is taking 2 to 3 days to reach the medicine at the district level. This delay is proving fatal for the patients. We urge the government to ensure the availability of medicines at the district level under the direction of the state level committee so that the patients suffering from this deadly disease can get adequate medicine on time,” he added.
इसके अलावा हुड्डा ने एक बेहद ही गंभीर विषय की तरफ सरकार का ध्यान दिलाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि ब्लैक फंगस की दवा सप्लाई के लिए सरकार ने एक राज्य स्तरीय कमेटी बनाई है, जो प्रदेश मुख्यालय पंचकूला से संचालन कर रही है। ऐसे में जिला स्तर पर दवाई पहुंचने में 2 से 3 दिन लग रहे हैं। ये देरी मरीजों के लिए जानलेवा साबित हो रही है। इसलिए सरकार को प्रदेश स्तरीय कमेटी के निर्देशन में जिला स्तर पर दवा की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करनी चाहिए ताकि, इस घातक बीमारी से जूझ रहे मरीजों को वक्त पर पर्याप्त दवा मिल सके।
