Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has said the rains have once again exposed BJP government’s development claims as roads built at the cost of crores have been washed away in the rains like a pile of sand in water.

चंडीगढ़ NEWS। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा
का कहना है कि बारिश ने एकबार फिर बीजेपी सरकार के तामाम विकास के दावों की पोल
खोलकर रख दी है।
“There is no district in the state where people are not facing the problem of sewerage systems getting choked and water logging after rain. Everywhere, from Gurugram to Panchkula, from Jhajjar to Kaithal, there have been images of roads, streets, houses, shops and vehicles are getting submerged. Looking at the pictures of many districts including Fatehabad, Jind, Hisar, Mahendragarh, it seems that the streets have turned into rivers and the roads have become ponds,” he said.
उन्होंने कहा कि बारिश में सारे दावे और करोड़ों रुपये की
लागत से बनी सड़कें पानी की तरह बह गये। प्रदेश का ऐसा कोई जिला नहीं बचा होगा
जहां लोगों को बारिश के बाद सीवरेज जाम और जलभराव की समस्या का सामना नहीं करना
पड़ रहा हो। गुरुग्राम से लेकर पंचकूला और झज्जर से लेकर कैथल तक हर जगह सड़कें, गलियां, मकान, दुकान और वाहनों
के जलमग्न होने की ख़बरें,
तस्वीरें सामने आ
रही हैं। फतेहाबाद, जींद, हिसार, महेंद्रगढ़ समेत
कई जिलों की तस्वीरें देखकर लगता है कि गलियां नदियों में तब्दील हो गई हैं और
सड़कें तालाब बन गई हैं।
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि जलभराव से सिर्फ आम जनजीवन ही नहीं बल्कि लोगों के कारोबार पर भी विपरीत असर पड़ रहा है। लंबे-लंबे पावर कट ने लोगों की परेशानी को और बढ़ा दिया है। इतना ही नहीं, करनाल समेत कई जिलों में जलभराव की वजह से बड़े पैमाने पर किसानों की फसलें भी खराब हो गई हैं। सरकार को जल्द ही गिरदावरी करवाकर उचित मुआवजे का ऐलान करना चाहिए।
The Leader of Opposition said waterlogging is also becoming a reason for fatal accidents. “It is clear to everyone that the government did not make any arrangement for drainage. However, there are many ongoing in the name of clearing drains on paper, running into several crores but the pictures coming out from all over the state are telling that only scams have happened in the name of these projects. In many places the newly built sewerage and roads could not withstand even a single spell of rain,” he said.
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि जलभराव जानलेवा हादसों की भी वजह
बन रहा है। स्पष्ट है कि सरकार ने जल निकासी के लिए कोई व्यवस्था नहीं की। हालांकि, कागजों में
जलनिकासी के नाम पर कई परियोजनाएं चल रही हैं और उन पर करोड़ों रुपये खर्च करने की
बात भी कही जाती है। लेकिन पूरे प्रदेश से सामने आ रही तस्वीरें बता रही हैं कि
जलनिकासी की इन परियोजनाओं के नाम पर सिर्फ घोटाले हुए हैं। कई जगह नई-नई बनी
सीवरेज लाइन और सड़कें एक भी बारिश नहीं झेल पाए।
हुड्डा ने कहा कि चिलचिलाती गर्मी से परेशान लोग बेसब्री से मॉनसून की बारिश का इंतजार करते हैं। लेकिन सरकारी बदइंतजामी के चलते लोगों के लिए राहत लेकर आने वाली बारिश परेशानी का सबब बन रही है। सिर्फ मॉनसून ही नहीं, किसी भी मौसम में होने वाली हल्की-सी बारिश के बाद भी लोगों का जीना मुहाल हो जाता है। सरकार को जल निकासी के लिए उचित व्यवस्था करनी चाहिए ताकि लोगों को भविष्य में इस प्रकार की समस्याओं का सामना न करना पड़े।
