“The Land Acquisition Bill was introduced in the monsoon session. Under this, the government has systemically abolished all provisions passed during the Congress government which protected the interests of the farmers. The purpose of the new law is to hand over the land of farmers to the capitalists without consent. The government has now abolished all the rules like getting consent of 70 percent farmers, giving notice under Section-4, Section-6 and giving residential plots with compensation in lieu of land. Now any Collector can acquire their land overnight, without the consent of the farmers,” he added.
इसी के तरह मॉनसून सत्र में भूमि अधिग्रहण बिल लाया गया। इसके तहत कांग्रेस सरकार के दौरान बनाए गए कानून से किसानहित के प्रावधानों को समाप्त कर दिया गया। नए कानून का मकसद बिना सहमति किसानों की जमीन को पूंजीपतियों के हवाले करना है। सरकार ने अब 70 प्रतिशत किसानों की सहमति, सेक्शन-4, सेक्शन-6 के नोटिस करने और जमीन के बदले मुआवजे के साथ रिहायशी प्लॉट देने जैसे तमाम नियमों को समाप्त कर दिया है। अब कोई भी क्लेक्टर बिना किसानों की सहमति रातोंरात उनकी जमीन का अधिग्रहण कर सकता है।

ने कहा कि सिर्फ किसान ही नहीं प्रदेशहित के प्रति गठबंधन सरकार रवैया हमेशा उदासीन
रहा है। इसके चलते पहली बार ऐसा हुआ है कि पिछले एक साल से भाखड़ा मैनेजमेंट बोर्ड
में हरियाणा का कोई भी सदस्य नहीं है। अगर बोर्ड में हमारा कोई नुमाइंदा ही नहीं
होगा तो हरियाणा को उसका हक कैसे मिलेगा और हरियाणा के हिस्से की नौकरियों का क्या
होगा.?

उन्होंने कहा कि गठबंधन सरकार में मानवीय संवेदना का संपूर्ण अभाव है, जो इसकी कार्यशैली से स्पष्ट दिखाई
देता है। कोरोना काल में लोगों ने जो भुगता है, उसे
कोई भूल नहीं सकता। ऑक्सीजन, दवाई, अस्पतालों में बिस्तर, डॉक्टर्स की कमी में हजारों जानें गई।
संवेदनहीनता की पराकाष्ठा है कि सरकारी झूठ से उस सच्चाई को ढकने की कोशिश की जा
रही है, जिसे हरियाणा का बच्चा-बच्चा जानता है।
ऑक्सीजन की कमी से मौतों की सच्चाई को नकारकर सरकार ने प्रदेश की जनता, सदन और केंद्र सरकार सभी को गुमराह
किया है।
Hooda said leaking of question papers has become an unfortunate tradition in this government. “HPSC and HSSC have been reduced to shops of government jobs. Some people have been caught from Pulwama in the paper leak case. This crime has now become an inter-state matter and therefore, a CBI inquiry is necessary under the supervision of its sitting judge. The government may ignore what the Opposition is saying but it should at least listen to its own Home Minister,” he said.

ने कहा कि पेपर लीक होना इस सरकार में की परंपरा है। एचपीएससी और एचएसएससी सरकारी
नौकरियों की दुकान बन गई हैं। पेपर लीक मामले में कुछ लोग पुलवामा से पकड़े गए
हैं। यानी यह अब अंतर-राज्यीय मामला बन गया है। इसलिए इसकी सिटिंग जज की निगरानी
में सीबीआई जांच जरूरी है। इस संदर्भ में विपक्ष की नहीं तो सरकार को कम से कम
अपने गृह मंत्री की बात मान लेनी चाहिए।
Talking to
reporters after the conclusion of the Vidhan Sabha session, Hooda once again
referred to the CMIE figures on unemployment and said the government is
adopting a dual approach on the figures that paint the picture of unemployment
in Haryana. “The Deputy CM himself used to tweet stating the figures of this
institution as correct while in the Opposition. Today the government is
questioning the credibility of the same institution,” he said.

से बातचीत करते हुए हुड्डा ने एक बार फिर बेरोजगारी को लेकर सीएमआईई के
आंकड़ों का जिक्र किया। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा में बेरोजगारी की तस्वीर बयां
करने वाले आंकड़ों पर सरकार दोहरा रवैया अपना रही है। डिप्टी सीएम खुद विपक्ष मे
रहते हुए इसी संस्था के आकड़ों को सही बताते हुए ट्वीट किया करते थे। आज सरकार उसी
संस्था की विश्वसनीयता पर सवाल उठा रही है। लेकिन सिर्फ सीएमआईई ही नहीं, बल्कि नीति आयोग और तमाम रिपोर्ट्स से
स्पष्ट हो चुका है कि जो हरियाणा कांग्रेस सरकार के दौरान रोजगार सृजन, प्रति व्यक्ति आय, प्रति व्यक्ति निवेश, खुशहाली और विकास में पहले पायदान पर
था, वह आज बेरोजगारी, नशे, अपराध, घोटाले और प्रदूषण में नंबर एक हो चुका
है।

ने एकबार फिर ऑलंपिक पदक विजेताओं को डीएसपी नियुक्त करने और नीरज चोपड़ा को सेना
में ऑनरेरी कर्नल बनाए जाने की मांग की। उन्होंने कहा कि वो सिर्फ नेता प्रतिपक्ष
के तौर पर यह मांग नहीं कर रहे हैं बल्कि अपनी सरकार के दौरान खुद ऐसा कर चुके
हैं। कांग्रेस सरकार के दौरान पदक लाओ, पद
पाओ नीति के तहत 18 खिलाड़ियों को डीएसपी और 500 से ज्यादा खिलाड़ियों को इंस्पेक्टर व
अन्य पदों पर नियुक्ति दी गई थी। उनकी सरकार के दौरान खिलाड़ियों को पद, पैसा और प्रतिष्ठा सब दिया जाता था।
उसी नीति का नतीजा है कि हरियाणा खेलों के हब के रूप में विश्वस्तर पर जाना जाने
लगा और ऑलंपिक खेलों में भारत का प्रदर्शन सुधरा। हुड्डा ने कहा कि अगर मणिपुर की
सरकार मीराबाई चानू को एडिशनल एसपी बना सकता है तो हरियाणा सरकार अपने पदक
विजेताओं को डीएसपी क्यों नहीं बना सकती।
