Haryana Cabinet which met under the Chairmanship of Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal accorded approval for the amendment of Haryana Forensic Science (Group B) Service Rules, 1980 for the omission of the provision of specialization in various disciplines in the existing service rules. These rules may now be called Haryana Forensic Science (Group B) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2020.
As per the amendment, the provision of
specialization in various disciplines in Forensic Chemistry, Physics, Biology,
Serology, Ballistics and documents has
been omitted. Similarly for applying for
the post of Senior Scientific Officer (NDPS), Toxicology, Explosive the
provision of having specialization in the required fields has been omitted.
संशोधन के अनुसार, फोरेंसिक रसायन विज्ञान, भौतिकी, जीव विज्ञान,
सीरोलॉजी, और बैलिस्टिक दस्तावेजों में विभिन्न विषयों
में विशेषज्ञता के प्रावधान को हटाया गया है। इसी प्रकार, वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक अधिकारी (एनडीपीएस), विष विज्ञान, विस्फोटक पद के लिए आवेदन करने हेतु आवश्यक क्षेत्रों में विशेषज्ञता रखने के
प्रावधान को भी हटा दिया गया है।
उक्त पद के लिए शिक्षा योग्यता में मैट्रिक
या उच्च शिक्षा में हिंदी या संस्कृत को एक विषय के रूप में संशोधित किया गया है।
