मीडिया को जारी बयान में कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि जब पहली लहर में अनियोजित लॉकडाउन के चलते करोड़ों लोगों का रोजगार छीन गया और लोग पैदल ही परिवार के साथ हजारों मील चलने को मजबूर हुए। जब कोरोना की दूसरी लहर का खतरा मंंडरा रहा था तो देश के प्रधानमंत्री अपनी पार्टी के लिए चुनावी रैलियां कर रहे थे। इन्हें लोगों की जान की कोई परवाह ही नहीं थी। जिसकी वजह से लोगों को अपनी जान गंवानी पड़ी।
कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि संवदेनहीन सरकार ने कोरोना से मौत के आंकड़ों को छिपाने का गुनाह भी किया। जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट कोरोना पीड़ितों के लिए आगे आया और सरकार को कोरोना से हुई मौतों के बाद संबंधित परिजनों के जख्मों पर मरहम लगाने के निर्देश दिए तो ही केंद्र सरकार ने मदद का ऐलान किया। लेकिन, यह दुर्भाग्य ही है कि अभी तक भी ऐसे परिवारों तक सरकारी मदद नहीं पहुंची है।
In a
statement issued here today, Kumari Selja said that during the first wave of
Corona, crores of people lost their jobs due to unplanned lockdown and they
were forced to walk thousands of miles with family on foot. When the threat of
second wave of Corona was looming, the Prime Minister of the country was
holding election rallies for his party. They didn't care about people's lives
due to which people died.
Kumari Selja
said that the insensitive government also concealed the death figures that took
place due to Corona. When the Supreme Court came forward for the corona victims
and directed the government to provide help to relatives of those, who died due
to corona, only then the central government announced the assistance, but, it
is unfortunate that till now such families have not received government
assistance.
Kumari Selja
said that the BJP-JJP alliance government in the state was not serious about
helping the victims. Following the directions of the central government, this
government does not want to help the families of those, who lost their lives in
Corona that's why the government has been engaging people in paperwork. She
demanded from the state government that a separate cell should be created to
help the corona victims and their applications should directly reach this cell
which should settle their claims. The cell should also have provision to
provide financial help to the orphan children from the PM Care Fund. Apart from
this, the responsibility of providing assistance to all the families of those,
who lost their lives in Corona, should remain with this special cell.
हरियाणा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि प्रदेश की भाजपा-जजपा गठबंधन सरकार भी पीड़ितों की मदद के लिए गंभीर नहीं है। यह सरकार पूर्णतया केंद्र सरकार के ईशारों पर चलते हुए कोरोना में जान गंवाने वाले परिवारों के जख्मों को हरा रखना चाहती है। इसलिए लोगों को कागजी प्रक्रिया में उलझाए हुए है। उन्होंने प्रदेश सरकार से मांग की कि कोरोना पीड़ितों की मदद कराने के लिए अलग से एक सैल बनाया जाए। इनके आवेदन सीधे इस सैल के पास पहुंचे। यह सैल ही इनके दावों का निपटान करे। इस सैल के जिम्मे ही पीएम केयर फंड से अनाथ बच्चों को आर्थिक मदद दिलाने का प्रावधान रहे। इसके अलावा कोरोना में जान गंवाने वाले सभी परिवारों को सहायता राशि दिलाने की जिम्मेदारी भी इस स्पेशल सैल की ही रहे।
