पत्रकारों से बातचीत में हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकार कई मुद्दों पर चर्चा से भाग रही है। इसलिए कांग्रेस विधायकों की तरफ से दिए गए कई प्रस्तावों को खारिज कर दिया गया है। लेकिन कांग्रेस विधायक पूरी तैयारी के साथ सत्र में आए हैं और वो सरकार को जवाब देने के लिए मजबूर कर देंगे।
Talking to
reporters, Hooda said the government is running away from discussion on many
issues and this is evident from the manner in which many proposals made by
Congress MLAs have been rejected. “The government should know that Congress
MLAs have come to the session with full preparation and they will force the
government to respond on issues of the people,” he said.
Earlier
today, a meeting of Congress Legislature Party was held under the chairmanship
of Hooda in which issues to be raised in the House by Congress MLAs, were
discussed. These included HSSC-HPSC recruitment scam, shortage of DAP and urea,
poor law and order situation, interference in university recruitments, delay in
recruitment, vacant posts of different departments, rising unemployment, condition
of roads, inflation. Congress MLAs filed calling attention and adjournment
motions on a large number of issues.
Responding
to the questions of the journalists, Hooda said the people of the state are
facing a lot of problems, which need immediate attention. “The youth of the
state is facing record unemployment and recruitment scams. There is a demand
from the opposition to get the entire matter investigated under the supervision
of the sitting judge of the High Court, but the government is running away from
it,” he said.
“It is clear
from this that the role of the government itself is questionable. Only Deputy
Secretary of HPSC cannot execute such a huge recruitment scam. The strings of
recruitment mafia are connected to the very top of the government. Only the
salesman of the shop has been caught so far, its owner is yet to be caught,” he
stated.
Hooda said
that due to the inefficiency of the government, once again farmers have to
stand in queues for fertilizers. “After DAP, farmers are facing shortage of
urea. This government is making the farmers yearn for everything, including
MSP, fertilizers, seeds, insecticides and compensation to the farmers,” he
stated.
The Leader
of Opposition said they would also raise the issue of health system of the state
in the House, in view of the threat of a possible third wave of Corona. “The
government will have to answer that what happened to the Chief Minister's
assurance of forming a high power committee in the last session to find out the
deaths due to corona and lack of oxygen? Also, what is the government doing to
fill 70% posts of specialist doctors in state hospitals and about 10,000
vacancies in health departments,” he questioned.
The former Chief Minister also said the government would also be asked to answer about 40,000 posts lying vacant in the education department and added that the Opposition will also oppose government interference in the recruitment of universities and ban on the appointments of Nambardars.
इससे पहले हुड्डा की अध्यक्षता में आज कांग्रेस विधायक दल की बैठक हुई। इसमें सदन में उठाए जाने वाले मुद्दों पर विचार-विमर्श किया गया। कांग्रेस विधायकों की तरफ से एचएसएससी-एचपीएससी भर्ती घोटाले, डीएपी और यूरिया की किल्लत, कानून व्यवस्था की खस्ता हालत, यूनिवर्सिटीज की भर्तियों में हस्तक्षेप, भर्तियों में देरी, अलग-अलग महकमों के खाली पड़े पदों, बढ़ती बेरोजगारी, सड़कों की हालत, महंगाई, सड़कों की खस्ता हालत, जलभराव और नंबरदारों की नियुक्ति जैसे अलग-अलग मुद्दों पर काम रोको और ध्यानाकर्षण प्रस्ताव दिया गया।
पत्रकारों के सवालों का जवाब देते हुए भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि आज प्रदेश की जनता के सामने समस्याओं का अंबार लगा हुआ है। प्रदेश का युवा रिकॉर्ड बेरोजगारी और भर्ती घोटालों की मार झेल रहा है। विपक्ष की तरफ से पूरे मामले की जांच हाई कोर्ट के सीटिंग जज की निगरानी में करवाने की मांग की जा रही है लेकिन सरकार इससे भाग रही है। इससे स्पष्ट है कि खुद सरकार की भूमिका संदेहास्पद है। सिर्फ एचपीएससी का डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी इतने बड़े भर्ती घोटाले को अंजाम नहीं दे सकता। भर्ती माफिया के तार ऊपर तक जुड़े हुए हैं। अभी तो सिर्फ दुकान का सेल्समैन ही पकड़ा गया है, उसका मालिक पकड़ा जाना बाकी है।
हुड्डा ने बताया कि सरकार के निक्कमेपन की वजह से एकबार फिर किसानों को खाद के लिए कतारों में खड़ा होना पड़ रहा है। डीएपी के बाद किसानों को यूरिया की किल्लत का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। यह सरकार किसानों को एमएसपी, खाद, बीज, दवाई और मुआवजे समेत हर चीज के लिए तरसा रही है।
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि कोरोना की संभावित तीसरी लहर के खतरे को देखते हुए विपक्ष प्रदेश की स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था का मुद्दा भी सदन में उठाएगा। सरकार को जवाब देना होगा कि पिछले सत्र में कोरोना और ऑक्सीजन की कमी से हुई मौतों का पता लगाने के लिए जो हाई पावर कमेटी बनाने का आश्वासन मुख्यमंत्री ने दिया है, उसका क्या हुआ? साथ ही प्रदेश के अस्पतालों में विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों के 70% पद और स्वास्थ्य महकमे में लगभग 10 हजार खाली पदों को भरने के लिए सरकार क्या कर रही है?
हुड्डा ने कहा कि शिक्षा महकमे में भी करीब 40,000 पद खाली पड़े पदों पर सरकार से जवाब मांगा जाएगा। यूनिवर्सिटीज की भर्तियों में हस्तक्षेप और नंबरदारों की नियुक्तियों पर रोक लगाने का भी विपक्ष विरोध करेगा।
