मीडिया को जारी बयान में कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि भाजपा के 𝟕 साल और जजपा के सहयोग के दो साल के कार्यकाल के दौरान प्रदेश में एक भी ऐसा काम नहीं हुआ है, जिसे लोग लंबे समय तक याद रख सकें। लेकिन, जिस रफ्तार से अपराध बढ़ा है, उसे जरूर याद रखा जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इन 𝟕 साल के दौरान न तो उद्योग बढ़े, न ही रोजगार बढ़े। न ही बेरोजगारी घटी, न ही बेघरों के सिर पर छत का इंतजाम हुआ। न तो शिक्षा के अवसर बढ़े और न ही स्कूलों व अन्य शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में स्टाफ की कमी दूर हुई। हरियाणा प्रदेश कांग्रेस की अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि अपराध के अलावा कोई भी ऐसा क्षेत्र नहीं है, जिसमें हरियाणा ने कोई भी प्रगति की हो। प्रदेश सरकार के पास एक भी ऐसा काम नहीं है, जिसे करवाने का श्रेय सरकार के नुमाइंदे लोगों के सामने जाकर ले सकें।
कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार ने सिर्फ एक ही मामले में तरक्की की है और वह है अपराध। आंकड़े इसकी गवाही दे रहे हैं। वर्ष 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟓 में दुष्कर्म के 𝟖𝟔𝟎 मामले दर्ज हुए, वर्ष 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 में यह बढ़कर 𝟏𝟔𝟔𝟔 हो चुके हैं। वर्ष 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 में अपहरण के कुल 𝟐𝟗𝟕𝟎 मामले सामने आए, जो 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟎 के मुकाबले 𝟓𝟓𝟔 अधिक हैं। हत्या की घटनाएं भी साल-दर-साल बढ़ती चली गई 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟏 में 𝟏𝟎𝟐𝟔 हत्या के मामले दर्ज हुए हैं।
In a
statement issued here today, Kumari Selja said that during seven years tenure
of BJP and two years of JJP's alliance, not even a single such work has taken
place in the state, which people can remember for a long time. But, the speed
with which crime has increased will definitely be remembered. She said that
neither industry nor employment increased during these seven years. Neither
unemployment decreased, nor was there a provision for providing home to
homeless. Neither the opportunities for education increased nor the shortage of
staff in schools and other educational institutions was removed. She said that
apart from crime, there is no such field in which Haryana has made any
progress. The state government does not have a single such work, for which the
representatives of the government can go in front of the people and take the
credit.
Kumari Selja said that the state
government has made progress in only one matter, that is, crime. In the year
2015, 860 cases of rape were registered whereas in the year 2021 it has
increased to 1666. A total of 2970 kidnapping cases were reported in the year
2021, which were 556 more than the year 2020. The incidents of murder also
increased year after year as 1026 murder cases have been registered in 2021.
Kumari Selja said that there was no
such thing as law and order in Haryana under BJP rule. These figures are giving
testimony of 'Maha Jungle Raj' prevailing in the state.
President HPCC said that it was a
matter of great shame that on an average five rape incidents were happening
every day in the state. The land, from where the Prime Minister was busy in his
branding by giving the slogan of Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, was not safe for
daughters not even in the day light, said Kumari Selja.
कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि भाजपा राज में हरियाणा में कानून व्यवस्था नाम की कोई चीज नहीं बची है। प्रदेश में व्याप्त 'महाजंगलराज' की गवाही यह आंकड़े दे रहे हैं।
हरियाणा कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि बड़े ही शर्म की बात है कि प्रदेश में हर रोज औसतन 𝟓 वारदात दुष्कर्म की घट रही हैं। जिस धरती से प्रधानमंत्री बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ का नारा देकर अपनी ब्रॉडिंग करने में जुटे थे, वहां अब दिन के उजाले में भी बेटियां सुरक्षित नहीं हैं। हत्या, चोरी, डकैती, अपहरण व मानव तस्करी समेत अपराध की कोई भी ऐसी कैटिगिरी नहीं है, जिसमें क्राइम रेट बढ़ने की बजाए घटा हो।
