पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने आज चंडीगढ़ आवास पर लगातार दूसरे दिन कार्यकर्ताओं की बैठक ली। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कार्यकर्ताओं का आह्वान किया कि वो जनहित के मुद्दों को लेकर संघर्ष के लिए कमर कस लें। उन्होंने कहा कि ‘विपक्ष आपके समक्ष’ का अगला कार्यक्रम 13 मार्च को कुरुक्षेत्र में होगा। अबतक हुए कार्यक्रमों की सफलता और उनमें हजारों की तादाद में अपनी समस्याएं लेकर पहुंचे आम लोगों की हाजिरी बताती है कि जनता के सामने समस्याओं का अंबार लगा हुआ है। सरकार से निराश जनता अब उम्मीद भरी नजरों से विपक्ष की तरफ देख रही है। विपक्ष के दबाव के चलते विकास शुल्क में भारी बढ़ोत्तरी के फैसले पर सरकार को यू-टर्न लेना पड़ा जो बताता है कि जनशक्ति के सामने जनविरोधी सरकारों को अपने फैसले वापस लेने ही पड़ते हैं।

सरकार द्वारा विकास शुल्क के फैसले की वापसी से कार्यकर्ता बैठक में खासा उत्साह देखने को मिला। कार्यकर्ताओं ने इस अवैध सरकारी वसूली के खिलाफ आवाज उठाने के लिए नेता प्रतिपक्ष हुड्डा का आभार जताया। हुड्डा ने शुल्क बढ़ोत्तरी पर कड़ी आपत्ति जाहिर करते हुए इस मुद्दे को सड़क से लेकर सदन तक उठाने का ऐलान किया था।

कार्यकर्ताओं को संबोधित करते हुए भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि गठबंधन सरकार ने प्रदेश की व्यवस्था को इस कदर तहस-नहस कर दिया है कि हर वर्ग उससे परेशान है। आज आगनवाड़ी वर्कर, आशा वर्कर, कर्मचारी संगठन, कच्चे कर्मचारी, व्यापारी, किसान, पंचायत प्रतिनिधि, छँटनी ग्रस्त कर्मचारी समेत तमाम लोग आंदोलनरत हैं। 2014 से पहले जो प्रदेश प्रति व्यक्ति आय, प्रति व्यक्ति निवेश, किसान की खुशहाल, खिलाड़ियों के मान-सम्मान, विकास की रफ्तार में नंबर था, बीजेपी सरकार ने उस हरियाणा को बेरोजगारी, अपराध, नशे, महंगाई, भ्रष्टाचार, कर्जे और बदहाली में पहले पायदान पर पहुंचा दिया।

“The success of the programs so far and the attendance of the common people in thousands, who listed out their problems, shows that there is a plethora of problems before the people of the state. People are looking towards the Opposition with hope. The government's U-turn on the decision to increase in development fees shows that even anti-people governments have to change their decisions before the power of the people,” he said.

There was a lot of enthusiasm in the workers' meeting after the government’s withdrawal of the development fee decision. Party activists thanked the Leader of Opposition for raising their voice against illegal government recovery. Hooda, expressing strong objection to the fee hike, had announced to raise the issue, from the streets to the state Vidhan Sabha.

Addressing workers, Hooda said the BJP-JJP coalition government has destroyed the system of the state to a point where every section is in pain. “Today, many people including Anganwadi workers, Asha workers, employees' unions, temporary workers, traders, farmers, panchayat representatives, retrenched employees are agitating,” he said, highlighting the ongoing agitations in the state.

“Before 2014, the state which was number in per capita income, per capita investment, farmer's happiness, honour of sportspersons, speed of development. In seven years, BJP government has put Haryana in the number one position in unemployment, crime, drug, inflation, corruption, debt and pain of its people,” he said.

Hooda said the coalition government is attacking the rights of the people of Haryana by taking decisions like reducing the condition of 15 years for domicile to 5 years. “This will especially make it difficult for SC and OBC youth to get employment. Through the new domicile, the government wants to curtail the rights of the local people by changing the demography of Haryana. The government is cutting old age pension, wages under MNREGA, scholarship and ration of the poor, oil, sugar, salt. Gradually, the government is moving towards closing all the welfare schemes,” he said.

Hooda said issues like record unemployment, loss to farmers due to rain, mining scam, Anganwadi, Asha workers' agitation, education, health, Nambardars, delay in Panchayati elections, along with cuts in senior citizens pensions would be raised by Congress MLAs. “Adjournments and Calling Attention motions have been given for discussion on many issues and all the MLAs will vigorously raise these issues in the House and fix the accountability of the government,” he added.

In the meeting, workers also mentioned about all the problems of their respective areas including MSP of crop, non-receipt of compensation for damages, shortage of seeds, fertilizers, water logging, electricity, water, roads, sewerage, cleanliness, increasing crime, drugs, corruption. Rajya Sabha MP Deepender Singh Hooda and party MLAs also attended the workers' meeting.

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि टैक्स व विकास शुल्क आदि लेते समय कलेक्शन मशीनरी में टांका लगाने वाले और भ्रष्टाचार करने वालों पर सख्ती करने की आवश्यकता है. इसके लिए आम लोगों को भी आगे आना चाहिए. जनता आगे आएगी तो इसे पूर्ण रूप से रोक लग सकेगी. सरकार इसके लिए पूर्णरूप से प्रयासरत है..

उन्होंने कहा कि डोमिसाइल के लिए 15 साल की शर्त को घटाकर 5 साल करने जैसे फैसले लेकर गठबंधन सरकार हरियाणा वासियों के अधिकारों पर कुठाराघात कर रही है। खासकर इससे एससी और ओबीसी वर्ग के युवाओं को रोजगार मिलना मुश्किल हो जाएगा। नये डोमिसाइल के जरिए सरकार हरियाणा की डेमोग्राफी बदलकर मूल निवासियों के अधिकारों में कटौती करना चाहती है। अपनी इसी नीति के तहत सरकार द्वारा बुढ़ापा पेंशन, मनरेगा के तहत मजदूरी, छात्रवृत्ति और गरीबों के राशन, तेल, चीनी, नमक में कटौती की जा रही है। धीरे-धीरे सरकार तमाम कल्याणकारी योजनाओं को बंद करने की तरफ बढ़ रही है।

हुड्डा ने बताया कि आने वाले बजट सत्र में कांग्रेस विधायकों की तरफ से बुजुर्गों की पेंशन कटौती के साथ रिकॉर्ड बेरोजगारी, बारिश से किसानों को हुए नुकसान, खनन घोटाले, आंगनवाड़ी, आशा वर्कर्स के आंदोलन, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, नंबरदार, पंचायती चुनाव में देरी जैसे कई मुद्दों पर चर्चा के लिए स्थगन और ध्यानाकर्षण प्रस्ताव दिए हैं। सभी विधायक पुरजोर तरीके से इन मुद्दों को सदन में उठाएंगे और सरकार की जवाबदेही तय करेंगे।

कार्यकर्ताओं ने बैठक में फसल का एमएसपी, खराबे का मुआवजा नहीं मिलने, खाद-बीज की किल्लत, जलभराव, बिजली, पानी, सड़क, सीवरेज, सफाई, बढ़ते अपराध, नशे, भ्रष्टाचार समेत अपने-अपने इलाके की तमाम समस्याओं का भी जिक्र किया। कार्यकर्ताओं की बैठक में राज्यसभा सांसद दीपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा और पार्टी विधायकों ने भी शिरकत की।
