मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि प्रकृति की गोद में केवल मनुष्यों का निवास है, ऐसा नहीं है बल्कि हमारे इर्द-गिर्द वन्य प्राणी, जीव-जंतु, वृक्ष मौजूद हैं। इनका समन्वय करके चलेंगे तो हमारा जीवन सुखी होगा। यह पृथ्वी हम सबकी है। मुख्यमंत्री बुधवार को गुरुग्राम के सुल्तानपुर राष्ट्रीय उद्यान में आयोजित वर्ल्ड वेटलेंट डे (विश्व आर्द्रभूमि दिवस) के कार्यक्रम में बोल रहे थे। इस दौरान केंद्रीय पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्री भूपेंद्र यादव, केंद्रीय वन एवं पर्यावरण राज्यमंत्री अश्विनी चौबे, हरियाणा के वन एवं शिक्षा मंत्री कंवरपाल भी मौजूद रहे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पृथ्वी और पानी दोनों का समन्वय बैठाना
बहुत आवश्यक है। जहां-जहां वेटलेंड हैं, उन
स्थानों पर देश और दुनिया से पक्षी आते हैं। हरियाणा में सुल्तानपुर और भिंडावास
झील पर हजारों पक्षी दूसरे देश और प्रदेशों से आते हैं। सुल्तानपुर में 100 से अधिक प्रजाति के 50 हजार पक्षी हर वर्ष पहुंचते हैं।
इसी तरह भिंडावास में 80 से
अधिक प्रजाति के 40 हजार
पक्षी हर वर्ष आते हैं। भिंडावास में तो 100 से
अधिक स्थानीय प्रजाति के पक्षी पाए भी जाते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि बहुत से पर्यटक
यहां आते हैं। इनके ठहराव को लेकर योजना बनाने पर विचार किया जा रहा है। पिछले
दिनों टिक्करताल के लिए होम स्टे पॉलिसी बनाई गई है। उसी तर्ज पर इन दोनों झील के
आसपास के गांव में भी होम स्टे शुरू किया जाएगा। इससे पर्यटक हरियाणवी संस्कृति और
ग्रामीण दर्शन कर सकेंगे।
संकल्प लें हम प्रकृति से छेड़छाड़ नहीं करेंगे
मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि उपयोग किया गया पानी जब वेटलेंड में जाता है तो वहां मौजूद पशु व पक्षी उस पानी की सफाई करते हैं और फिर वह पानी दोबारा इस्तेमाल लायक होता है। आज केवल वेटलेंड डे नहीं है संकल्प का दिन है कि हम प्रकृति से छेड़छाड़ नहीं करेंगे। प्रकृति एक ऐसा विषय है, जिसमें संतुलन बना रहेगा तो हमारा जीवन स्वस्थ रहेगा और हम लंबे जीवन की कल्पना कर सकते हैं। विकास के नाम पर हम कई बार प्रकृति से खेलते भी हैं लेकिन आज उन संस्थाओं का भी आभार है, जो प्रकृति को बचाने के लिए अपनी भूमिका निभाते हैं।The Chief
Minister said that today is not just Wetlands Day, it is a day to take a pledge
that we will not damage the nature.
Nature is such a subject, in which if the balance is maintained then our life
will be healthy and we can imagine living a healthy and long life. Many times we try to damage nature in the name of development, but
today we are also thankful to those organisations, which play their role to
save nature, said Manohar Lal.
पेड़ों की पेंशन देने वाला हरियाणा देश का एकमात्र राज्य
मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि प्राचीन काल में पशु-पक्षिओं और वृक्षों की पूजा का भाव समाज में रहता था। आज हम गंगा और तुलसी को माता कहते हैं, पीपल की पूजा करते हैं। हरियाणा में पेड़ को पेड़ नहीं कहा है बल्कि प्राणवायु देवता कहा है। कोरोना काल के दौरान जब ऑक्सीजन का संकट देखा तो इस वर्ष लगने वाले वनों को ऑक्सीवन का नाम दिया गया। यही नहीं हमारी सरकार ने 75 वर्ष पूरा कर चुके पेड़ों की देखरेख करने वाले परिवार या संस्था को 2500 रुपये सालाना पेंशन देने का काम किया है। हरियाणा एकमात्र प्रदेश है, जहां पेड़ों की भी पेंशन दी जा रही है।

Minister said that in ancient times the tradition of worshipping animals, birds
and trees have prevailed in the society.
Today we regard Ganga and Tulsi as mother and worship Peepal tree. In
Haryana, trees are considered as life
giving force.
When the
crisis of oxygen came during the Pandemic,
Oxyvans were setup. Not only this, the present State Government is
giving an annual pension of Rs. 2500 to
the family or institution taking care of
trees that have completed 75 years.
Haryana is the only state where pension for trees is being given.
प्रदेश के सभी तालाबों का किया जाएगा कायाकल्प
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमने हरियाणा में तालाबों के कायाकल्प के लिए हरियाणा तालाब और अपशिष्ट जल प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण बनाया है। प्रदेश में लगभग 18 हजार तालाब हैं। पहले तालाबों में शिल्टिंग होती थी और चिकनी मिट्टी की परत को निकाल दिया जाता था। इसके बाद तालाब ओवरफ्लो नहीं होते थे और पानी की रिचार्जिंग होती थी लेकिन आज प्रदेश में 6 हजार तालाब ऐसे हैं जो बारिश के दौरान ओवरफ्लो हो जाते हैं। तालाब प्राधिकरण के माध्यम से इस वर्ष 1900 तालाबों की सफाई करवाई जाएगी, अगले वर्ष ढ़ाई हजार तालाब लिए जाएंगे। एक-एक करके प्रदेश के सभी तालाबों से गंदगी निकालकर उनका कायाकल्प किया जाएगा।The Chief
Minister said that for the rejuvenation of ponds in Haryana, Haryana Pond and
Waste Water Management Authority has been constituted. There are about 18,000
ponds in the state. Earlier siltation took place in the ponds and the clay
layer was removed. After this the overflowing of the ponds was stopped and recharging of water was done, but today
there are 6000 ponds in the state which
overflow during the rains. This year 1900 ponds will be cleaned by the Pond Authority, next year, the work of 2500
ponds will be carried out. Thereby all
the ponds of the state will be rejuvenated by removing the dirt from
these ponds.
मुख्यमंत्री के प्रयासों से सुल्तानपुर झील के आसपास के गांवों में आएगा परिवर्तनः भूपेंद्र यादव
केंद्रीय पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्री भूपेंद्र यादव ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने उनके निमंत्रण पर सुल्तानपुर झील का दौरा किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने इको विकास और इको टूरिज्म का संकल्प लिया है, इससे निश्चित रूप से सुल्तानपुर झील के आसपास के गांवों में परिवर्तन आएगा। केंद्रीय मंत्री ने कहा कि जंगल हमारे फेफड़ें हैं तो वेटलेंड हमारी किडनी हैं। उनके विभाग ने देश की 49 झीलों को रामसर साइट में दर्ज करवाया है, जिसमें हरियाणा की सुल्तानपुर और भिंडावास झील भी शामिल की गई हैं। भविष्य में देश की 75 झीलों को इसमे दर्ज करवाने के लिए काम किया जाएगा। हमें इन झीलों के सौंदर्यकरण और इन्हें बचाने के लिए प्रयास करना चाहिए। उनका विभाग जमीनी स्तर पर काम कर रहा है, तभी पर्यावरण से जुड़े अलग-अलग दिवस उन्हीं क्षेत्रों में मनाए जा रहे हैं, जहां से उनका कोई न कोई संबंध है। जलवायु परिवर्तन हमारे लिए बड़ी चुनौती है, इसी वजह से भारत सरकार ने ग्रीन बजट पेश किया है।The Union
Minister of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Bhupender Yadav, said that
the Chief Minister, Manohar Lal visited Sultanpur Lake on his invitation.
Manohar Lal has taken a pledge for eco development and eco tourism, this will
definitely bring a change in the villages around Sultanpur Lake, said Bhupendra
Yadav.
The Union Minister said that forest department has a record 49 lakes of the country in the Ramsar site, including Sultanpur and Bhindawas lakes of Haryana. In future, work will be done to get 75 lakes of the country registered in the Ramsar sites. We should try to beautify these lakes and save them, he added.
The Minister said that his department is working at the grassroots level to ensure celebration of important environment days. Climate change is a big challenge for us, that is why the Government of India has presented the Green Budget, he added.
नजफगढ़ में सेम की समस्या का होगा जल्द समाधानः भूपेंद्र यादव
केंद्रीय पर्यावरण, वन और जलवायु परिवर्तन मंत्री भूपेंद्र यादव ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने उन्हें नजफगढ़ क्षेत्र में सेम की समस्या के संबंध में अवगत करवाया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने सुझाव दिया है कि यहां किसी नाले की खुदाई करवाई जाए ताकि एकत्र होने वाले पानी से निजात मिल सके। उनकी सलाह पर पर्यावरण विभाग ने कमेटी का गठन कर दिया है, इसमें हरियाणा सरकार और दिल्ली सरकार भी शामिल है। कमेटी अगले 6 महीने में योजना बनाकर जमीन पर उतारेगी और जल्द इस क्षेत्र में सेम की समस्या को खत्म किया जाएगा।
Bhupender
Yadav said that Manohar Lal has apprised him about the problem of water logging
in the Najafgarh region. The Chief Minister has suggested that a drain should
be dug for proper water drainage.
On his
advice, the Environment Department has constituted a committee, which includes
the Haryana government and the Delhi government. The committee will plan and
execute the same in next 6 months and soon the problem of water logging in this
area will be resolved.
पृथ्वी पर हमारा नहीं करोड़ों प्रजातियों का भी अधिकारः अश्विनी चौबे
केंद्रीय वन एवं पर्यावरण राज्यमंत्री अश्विनी चौबे ने कहा कि पृथ्वी पर हमारा नहीं बल्कि करोड़ों प्रजातियों का भी अधिकार है। वेटलेंड पर देश और विदेशों से हजारों की संख्या में पक्षी आते हैं। इससे पर्यावरण के साथ-साथ वहां रहने वाले लोगों को भी फायदा होता है। वेटलेंड को किडनी ऑफ लैंडस्केप कहा जाता है। यहां जल उपयोगी बनता है बल्कि आसपास के लोगों की आजीविका भी चलती है। अभी तक देशभर में 47 वेटलेंड थे, हरियाणा के सुल्तानपुर और भिंडावास के जुड़ने से इनकी संख्या 49 हो गई है। उन्हें पूरी उम्मीद है कि हरियाणा सरकार इन स्थानों पर इको पार्क, इको विलेज के लिए काम करेगी। प्रकृति और पर्यावरण का संतुलन बेहद जरूरी है।Union
Minister of State for Forest and Environment, Ashwini Choubey said we alone do not have right on earth but
crores of species also have equal right on mother earth. Thousands of birds
from all over the country and abroad come to the wetlands. This benefits the
environment as well as the people living there.
Wetlands are
the kidneys of landscape. Here not only water becomes useful, but also ensures
livelihood of the people living around it. Till now there were 47 wetlands
across the country, but now with the addition of Sultanpur and Bhindawas of
Haryana, their number has now increased to 49.
I am
sincerely hopeful that Haryana Government will work for Eco Park, Eco Village
at these places. Maintaining balance
between nature and the environment is very important, he added.
प्रकृति का हमारे जीवन में सबसे ज्यादा महत्वः कंवरपाल
हरियाणा के वन एवं शिक्षा मंत्री कंवरपाल ने कहा कि प्रकृति का हमारे जीवन में सबसे ज्यादा महत्व है। इसका संरक्षण जरूर है। कई बार हमें लगता है कि बहुत सी चीजों की जरुरत नहीं है लेकिन ईश्वर की बनाई हर चीज का महत्व है। आज विश्वभर में वेटलेंड डे मनाया जा रहा है। वेटलेंड पर देश-दुनिया से पक्षी तो आते ही हैं लेकिन यह कार्बन को भी सौखता है और बाढ़ जैसी स्थिति से निपटने में सहायक है। यहां बहुत से जीव पैदा होते हैं जो पर्यावरण के लिए जरूरी हैं। कंवरपाल ने एक उदाहरण देते हुए बताया कि बीते दिनों कपास की फसल पर सफेद मक्खी का हमला हुआ। इस मक्खी पर किसी भी रसायन का प्रभाव नहीं दिखा। शोधकर्ता का कहना था कि पहले इस मक्खी को एक चिड़िया खा जाती थी लेकिन खेतों में रसायन का इस्तेमाल होने से चिड़िया खत्म हो गई, जिससे सफेद मक्खी का प्रकोप कपास में बढ़ गया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रकृति में हर जीव का महत्व है, हमें इसे समझने की जरुरत है। इस संबंध में आने वाली पीढ़ियों को जागरूक करना चाहिए।Haryana
Forest and Education Minister, Kanwar Pal said that nature is of utmost
importance in our lives, therefore it definitely has to be saved. Many times we
feel that many things are not needed but everything created by God has it's own
importance, he added.
Today Wetlands Day is being celebrated all over the world. Birds not only migrate from within the country but from all over the world to these wetlands which also absorbs carbon and are helpful in dealing with flood-like situations. Many organisms are born here which are essential for the environment.
Giving an example, Kanwar Pal said that the white fly had attacked the cotton crop in the past. There was no effect of any chemical on this fly. The researcher believed that earlier this fly was eaten by a bird, but due to the use of chemicals in the fields this bird stopped visting the fields, due to which the outbreak of white fly increased. He said that every living being has it's own importance in nature, we need to understand this. The coming generations should be made aware in this regard.
