कांग्रेस नेता और पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव रणदीप सिंह सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि
खट्टर-चौटाला सरकार ने प्रदेश में शिक्षा का बंटाधार करके छात्रों को नकल माफिया
पर आश्रित कर दिया है और इसके लिए शिक्षामंत्री को बर्खास्त किया जाना चाहिए।

पेपर माफिया और नक़ल माफिया ने हरियाणा के बच्चों के भविष्य को ख़त्म कर दिया है। 2 साल से कोरोना काल में गरीब के बच्चों के लिए शिक्षा पहले ही न के बराबर है। बग़ैर पढ़ाई और पेपर के ही पास कर दिया गया।खट्टर सरकार ने बच्चों की शिक्षा और पाठ्यक्रम की और कोई ध्यान नहीं दिया और पढ़ाई को रामभरोसे छोड़ रखा है ।नतीजा ये कि पढ़ाई और परीक्षा की बजाय सारा ध्यान नक़ल पर है और “नक़ल माफिया” की सरकार से मिलीभगत से खूब चाँदी है। हमारे बच्चों की ज़िन्दगी अंधकार में धकेली जा रही है।
रही सही कसर सरकार की देख रेख में चल रहे “पेपर माफिया” ने पूरी कर दी है।

1. खट्टर सरकार की पेपर लीक-नक़ल माफिया से क्या मिलीभगत है?
2. जब रोज़ पेपर बिकते हैं तो हरियाणा शिक्षा बोर्ड को भंग क्यों नहीं किया जा रहा?
3. शिक्षा मंत्री की जुम्मेवारी निश्चित कर बर्खास्त क्यों नहीं करते?
सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार ने हरियाणा के बच्चों का
भविष्य बर्बाद करके रख दिया है। सरकार ने पहले बच्चों को उचित शिक्षा नहीं उपलब्ध
करवाई जिससे प्रदेश के होनहार विद्यार्थी पेपर लीक व नकल का सहारा लेने पर मजबूर
हैं। इसके लिए प्रदेश सरकार सीधे तौर पर जिम्मेवार है।
सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि पिछले आठ साल में शिक्षा की लगातार अनदेखी हुई है, कोरोना महामारी के दौरान तो पिछले दो साल में सरकारी स्कूलों में शिक्षा न के बराबर रही है। सरकार ने बच्चों की शिक्षा और पाठ्यक्रम की और उचित ध्यान नहीं दिया और पढ़ाई को रामभरोसे छोड़ रखा है। कोरोना काल में ऑनलाइन शिक्षा देने की बात कहकर सरकार ने अपनी वाहवाही लूटने का प्रयास तो किया, पर साधनों के अभाव में प्रदेश के विद्यार्थी पढ़ाई नहीं कर पाए। उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार ने अपनी ग़लतियों पर पर्दा डालने के लिए पहले तो बच्चों को बिना परीक्षा दिए ही पास कर दिया गया, उनको ग्रेड भी अपने हिसाब से दे दिए गए। उन्होंने कहा कि अब जब बोर्ड परीक्षाएं शुरू हुई तो छात्रों को नकल माफिया का सहारा लेना पड़ा है और छात्रों का भविष्य अंधकार में धकेला जा रहा है।
सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि पिछले एक सप्ताह में हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड के पाँच पेपर लीक हुए। 30 मार्च को बारहवीं का हिंदी का पेपर लीक हुआ, 31 मार्च को दसवीं का सोशल साइंस पेपर, 2 अप्रैल को बारहवीं की भौतिक विज्ञान का पेपर, 4 अप्रैल को दसवीं कक्षा का पेपर व 5 अप्रैल को बारहवीं का गणित का पेपर लीक हो गए। ऐसे में साफ जाहिर हो गया है कि हरियाणा विद्यालय शिक्षा बोर्ड और शिक्षा मंत्री अपने काम में पूरी तरह से नाकाम रहे हैं।

said that the Khattar-Chautala government has ruined the education system in
the state and has made students dependent on the copying mafia and for this, the
education minister should be sacked.
Surjewala said that the Haryana Government has ruined the future of the children of Haryana. First, the government did not provide proper education to the children, due to which the promising students in the state are compelled to resort to unfair means of paper leaks and copying. For this situation, the state government is directly responsible.
Surjewala said that education has been continuously neglected in the state in the last eight years, during the Corona pandemic, education in government schools has been negligible in the last two years. The government has not given proper attention to the education and curriculum and left the studies at the mercy of God. The government did try to win accolades in the name of providing education online during the Corona period, but due to lack of resources, the students of the state could not study. He told that to cover up its mistakes, the government first passed the children without examination and then they were awarded grades on their own. He said that now when the board examinations have started, the students are compelled to cake the help of copying mafia and the future of the students is being pushed into dark.
Surjewala said that five papers of Haryana Board of School Education were leaked in the last one week. Class XII Hindi paper leaked on March 30, Social Science paper of Class X on March 31, Physics paper of Class XII on April 2, Class X paper on April 4 and Mathematics paper of Class XII on April 5 were leaked. In such a situation, it has become clear that the Haryana School Education Board and the Education Minister have completely failed in the judicious discharge of their duties.
Surjewala said that the Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala should explain the nature of government's complicity with the paper leak-copying mafia? They should tell why Haryana Education Board is not being dissolved when examination papers are sold every day and why don't they sack the Education Minister after fixing the responsibility in the matter?
सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि इस मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल खट्टर और उपमुख्यमंत्री दुष्यंत चौटाला को जवाब देना चाहिए कि उनकी सरकार की पेपर लीक-नक़ल माफिया से क्या मिलीभगत है..? उन्हें बताना चाहिए कि जब रोज़ पेपर बिकते हैं तो हरियाणा शिक्षा बोर्ड को भंग क्यों नहीं किया जा रहा और शिक्षा मंत्री की जिम्मेवारी निश्चित कर बर्खास्त क्यों नहीं करते..?
