हुड्डा ने दोहराया कि अग्निपथ योजना ना देश हित में है, ना देश की सुरक्षा, ना फौज और युवाओं के हित में। इस योजना से फौज के भीतर ही 2 किस्म की फौज बन जाएंगी, एक परमानेंट और एक टेंपरेरी। इनके बीच में समन्व्य स्थापित करना बेहद मुश्किल होगा।
हुड्डा ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार अग्निवीरों को पक्की नौकरी देने का वादा करके सब्जबाग दिखा रही है। जबकि हकीकत यह है कि बीजेपी-जेजेपी सरकार की नीतियों के चलते हरियाणा पूरे देश में सबसे ज्यादा बेरोजगारी झेल रहा है।
आँकड़े बताते हैं कि अब तक 29,275 पूर्व सैनिकों ने नौकरी के लिए आवेदन किया है। जबकि सरकार ने सिर्फ 543 को ही नौकरी दी है। यानी सरकार सिर्फ 1.8% पूर्व सैनिकों को ही नौकरी दी है। ऐसे में 4 साल की नौकरी के बाद सेना से वापस आने वाले 75% अग्निवीरों को यह सरकार नौकरी कैसे देगी? अगर ऐसा है तो सरकार हरियाणा के अग्निवीरों को पहले पक्की नौकरी दे और 4 साल के सेना में डेपुटेशन पर भेजे।
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि इजराइल जैसे छोटे देशों की तुलना भारत जैसे विशाल देश से नहीं हो सकती। इन छोटे-छोटे देशों में ना तो बेरोजगारी है और ना ही लोग सेना में भर्ती होना चाहते। इसलिए वहां पर सेना में सेवाएं देना अनिवार्य किया गया है। जबकि, भारत के युवा खुद सेना में भर्ती होने का सपना देखते हैं और एक सैनिक बनकर खुद को गौरवान्वित महसूस करते हैं।
ऐसे में इजरायल जैसे देशों की नीति भारत में लागू नहीं हो सकती। सरकार को इसपर पुनर्विचार करते हुए अग्निपथ योजना को वापस लेना चाहिए और पक्की भर्तियां शुरू करनी चाहिए। पिछले 3 साल में अगर भर्तियां पूरी होती तो हरियाणा के करीब 20,000 युवा आज फौज में भर्ती होकर देश सेवा कर रहे होते।
निकाय चुनाव के नतीजों पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि शहरी मतदाता ने भाजपा जजपा को पूरी तरह नकार दिया है। इस चुनाव में बीजेपी को सिर्फ 26% वोट मिले यानी हर 4 में से 3 मतदाताओं ने भाजपा के खिलाफ वोट किया। जबकि निर्दलीय उम्मीदावरों को बीजेपी जेजेपी से दोगुने वोट मिले हैं। लेकिन इस हार को भी भाजपा जेजेपी जीत के तौर पर पेश कर रही है। उसकी हालत खिसियानी बिल्ली खंबा नोचे वाली हो गई है।
हुड्डा ने रिकॉर्ड तोड़ महंगाई के बीच सिंचाई विभाग और वॉटर रिसोर्स अथॉरिटी की ओर से वाटर सप्लाई के रेट में बढ़ोतरी के प्रस्ताव पर कड़ी आपत्ति जाहिर की। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार गरीब आदमी से लेकर किसान तक हर एक पर महंगाई की बड़ी मार मारने जा रही है।
हालात ऐसे हो गए हैं कि सरकार आम आदमी के जीने, मरने, सांस लेने, सोने और जागने पर भी टैक्स ले रही है। लगातार टैक्स पर टैक्स और कीमत पर कीमतें बढ़ाई जा रही हैं। कांग्रेस इसका पुरजोर विरोध करती रहेगी।

Minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda has said they would
continue to oppose the Agneepath scheme as it plays with the security interest
of the country, and the future of the army and youth, will continue. He
announced the Congress will hold a dharna across the country in a Gandhian
manner on the 27th, from 10 am to 1 pm and he would lead the dharna in Rohtak
while state president Chaudhary Udaybhan will lead protests in and Karnal.
Hooda reiterated
that the Agneepath scheme is neither in the interest of the country, nor in the
interest of national security, the army or the youth. “With this plan, there
would be two types of armies in the country- one permanent and one temporary.
It will be very difficult to establish coordination between them,” he said.
Hooda said that the
Haryana government is misleading the youth of the state by promising permanent
jobs to Agniveers, while the reality is that Haryana is facing the highest
unemployment in the whole country, due to the policies of the BJP-JJP
government. “Statistics show that 29,275 ex-servicemen have applied for the job
so far, while the government has given jobs to only 543. That is, the
government is able to give jobs to only 1.8% ex-servicemen,” he said.
“In such a
situation, how will this government give jobs to 75% of Agniveers who come back
from the army after 4 years of service? If this is the case, then the
government should first give a solid job to the Agniveers of Haryana and send
them on deputation in the army for 4 years,” he questioned
Hooda said small
countries like Israel cannot be compared with a huge country like India. “Such
countries neither have high levels of unemployment nor people want to join the
army. Therefore, it has been made mandatory to serve in the army there. Whereas
the youth of India dream of joining the army and feel proud to wear a soldier’s
uniform. In such a situation, the policy of countries like Israel cannot be
implemented in India. The government should reconsider it and withdraw the
Agneepath scheme and start permanent recruitment. Had the recruitments been
completed in the last 3 years, about 20,000 youths of Haryana would have been
in the army today,” he said.
Reacting to the
results of civic polls, the former Haryana Chief Minister said that the urban
voter has completely rejected the BJP-JJP.
“The BJP got only 26% votes in these elections
and three out of every four voters voted against BJP-JJP while independent
candidates got double the votes of BJP. But the BJP-JJP is projected this
defeat as a victory, trying to hide its frustrations,” he said.
Hooda expressed
strong objection to the proposal of the Irrigation Department and Water
Resources Authority to increase the rate of water supply amid record breaking
inflation and said the government is going to hit everyone from the poor man to
the farmer due to inflation. “The situation has become such that the government
is taking a tax even on the living, dying, breathing, sleeping and waking up.
Tax and prices are being raised continuously. Congress will continue to
strongly oppose it,” he said.
Responding to a
question on the shifting of the Rohtak judicial complex and other government
buildings out of the city, Hooda said he continues on his stand. “The judicial
complex and other government offices will not be allowed to move out of the
city at any cost, because a large number of common people go to these offices
for every small and big work. If these offices are shifted out, it would not
only be an inconvenience to the lawyers and court staff, but also common who
will have to travel many kilometers to reach the court,” he said.
रोहतक न्यायिक परिसर और अन्य सरकारी इमारतों को शहर के बाहर निकालने को लेकर पूछे गए सवाल के जवाब में हुड्डा ने कहा कि वह अपने स्टैंड पर कायम हैं। किसी भी कीमत पर न्यायिक परिसर और अन्य सरकारी दफ्तरों को शहर से बाहर नहीं निकलने दिया जाएगा।
क्योंकि, हर छोटे-बड़े कार्य के लिए बड़ी तादाद में आम आदमी की आवाजाही इन दफ्तरों में होती है। अगर यह शहर से बाहर जाएंगे तो ना सिर्फ वकीलों व कोर्ट स्टाफ को दिक्कत होगी बल्कि आम लोगों को भी कोर्ट कचहरी जाने के लिए कई किलोमीटर का सफर तय है करना पड़ेगा।
