चंडीगढ़, डिजिटल डेक्स।। कांग्रेस कार्यसमिति की सदस्य और पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री कुमारी सैलजा ने हरियाणा प्रदेश के विधायकों (साढौरा की विधायक रेनू बाला, सोनीपत से विधायक सुरेंद्र पंवार, फिरोजपुर झिरका से विधायक मामन खान, सफीदों से विधायक सुभाष गांगोली, सोहना से विधायक कंवर संजय सिंह) को मिली जान से मारने की धमकियों को लेकर शुक्रवार को राज्यपाल बंडारू दत्तात्रेय से मुलाकात की।
मुलाकात में उन्होंने राज्यपाल से तुरंत विधायकों की सुरक्षा बढ़ाने और दोषियों को जल्द से जल्द पकड़कर सख्त कार्रवाई करने की मांग की है। साथ ही उन्होंने इन मामलों की उच्चस्तरीय जांच हाईकोर्ट के सिटिंग जज की देखरेख में कराए जाने की मांग की है।
उन्होंने कहा कि कुछ विधायकों को विदेश से भी धमकियां मिली हैं, इसलिए इन मामलों की जांच एनआईए के द्वारा भी कराए जाने की मांग उन्होंने राज्यपाल जी के समक्ष रखी है। इस दौरान उनके साथ साढौरा से कांग्रेस विधायक रेनू बाला भी मौजूद रही।
कुमारी सैलजा ने प्रदेश की चरमराई हुई कानून व्यवस्था पर चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि प्रदेश में कानून व्यवस्था का दिवाला निकल चुका है। प्रदेश में कानून व्यवस्था नाम की कोई चीज नहीं बची है। बीते कुछ दिनों में ही साढौरा की विधायक रेनू बाला, सोनीपत से विधायक सुरेंद्र पंवार, फिरोजपुर झिरका से विधायक मामन खान, सफीदों से विधायक सुभाष गांगोली, सोहना से विधायक कंवर संजय सिंह को जान से मारने की धमकियां मिल चुकी हैं।

कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार ने अपराध के प्रति अपनी ज़िम्मेदारियां त्याग दी हैं, जिस कारण अपराधियों के हौसले बढ़ गए हैं। सुबह अखबार खोलते ही इनके पन्नों पर हत्या, फिरौती, जान से मारने की धमकी देने, कैश समेत एटीएम चोरी, एटीएम से कैश चोरी, पिस्तौल व चाकू की नोक पर लोगों से लाखों की लूट, दुष्कर्म के मामले पढ़ने को मिल रहे हैं।

कुमारी सैलजा ने कहा कि अपराधियों में भय होना चाहिए शासन का, ताकि कोई भी व्यक्ति अपराध करने से पहले सौ बार सोचे। परंतु आज अपराधियों में भय नाम की कोई चीज नहीं है। सरकार मूकदर्शक बनी हुई है।

हरियाणा प्रदेश में अपराध लगातार तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं। हरियाणा प्रदेश में कोई भी वर्ग सुरक्षित नहीं है। अपराधी एक के बाद एक वारदात को अंजाम दे रहे हैं और उनके हौसले लगातार बुलंद होते जा रहे हैं।

It was worth mentioning here that MLA Sadhaura Renu Bala, MLA Sonepat Surendra Panwar, MLA Sohna Kanwar Sanjay Singh, MLA Safidon Subhash Gangoli, MLA Ferozepur Jhirka Maman Khan had received threats of killing.
During the meeting, she demanded from the Governor to enhance the security of these MLAs immediately and to catch the culprits and take strict action as soon as possible. Besides, she also demanded a high-level inquiry into this matter be got conducted under the supervision of a sitting judge of the High Court. She said that except MLA Maman Khan, who received threatening at local level, all other MLAs had received threats from abroad. She also demanded that an investigation in this matter be got conducted by the NIA.
Kumari Selja submitted a memorandum of these demands to the Governor. She was accompanied by Congress MLA from Sadhaura Renu Bala during the meeting with the Governor.
Expressing concern over the deteriorating law and order situation of the state, Kumari Selja said that the law and order in the state had collapsed. There was no such thing as law and order in the state. In the last few days, MLAs from Sadhaura, Sonepat, Sohna, Safidon, Ferozepur Jhirka had received threats. The situation of the law and order in the state was so bad that even the public representatives in the state were not safe. MLAs receiving threatening one after the other was a proof of the collapsed law and order in the state, said Kumari Selja.
She said that the Haryana Government had given up its responsibilities towards the increasing crime in the state, due to which the spirits of criminals had been elevated. Everyday newspapers were full of news such as killings, threatening to kill, robbery of ATM with cash, robbery of lakhs of rupees from people by using pistols and knives. Looking at these news items everyday, it seemed that there was no law and order in the state and it was being ruled by miscreants. People were frightened and the BJP-JJP alliance government was sitting as a mute spectator.
Kumari Selja said that criminals should have fear of the government, so that any person would think several times before committing a crime. But today there was nothing called fear among criminals. The government remained mute spectators. Crimes were increasing rapidly and no class was safe in Haryana. Criminals were committing one incident after another and their spirits were constantly being elevated, added Kumari Selja.
