Two arrested for demanding and accepting Rs 15,000 bribe
एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो के प्रवक्ता ने आज यहां जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथ पकड़े गए कर्मचारी की पहचान नगर परिषद, नारनौल में सर्वेयर के पद पर तैनात अर्जुन के रूप में हुई है, जबकि रिश्वत की मांग करने वाली महिला कर्मचारी की पहचान दीपिका के रूप में हुई है।
ब्यूरो में दी शिकायत में पंकज ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के तहत अनुदान का लाभ लेने के लिए उसने आवेदन किया हुआ था। लेकिन सर्वेयर अर्जुन दूसरी और तीसरी किस्त की क्रमशः 𝟔𝟎𝟎𝟎𝟎 और 𝟑𝟎𝟎𝟎𝟎 रुपये की स्वीकृत की गई राशि जारी करने के एवज में रिश्वत की मांग कर रहा था।
शिकायतकर्ता पंकज ने इसकी जानकारी एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो को दी। तथ्यों की जांच के बाद ब्यूरो की टीम ने रेड कर सर्वेयर अर्जुन को 𝟏𝟓𝟎𝟎𝟎 रुपये की रिश्वत लेते रंगे हाथ गिरफ्तार किया। साथ ही रिश्वत की मांग करने के आरोप में महिला कर्मचारी को भी गिरफ्तार किया गया।

एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो की टीम ने दोनों आरोपियों के खिलाफ गुरुग्राम में भ्रष्टाचार निरोधक अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

A team of Anti Corruption Bureau, Haryana has caught an employee of Municipal Council, Narnaul in district Mahendergarh red-handed while accepting illegal gratification of Rs. 15,000 in lieu of releasing the grant under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. The bureau has also nabbed a woman employee on the charge of demanding bribe.
While giving this information here today, a spokesperson of the Anti Corruption Bureau said that the employee caught red-handed accepting money has been identified as Arjun posted as Surveyor in Municipal Council, Narnaul, while the female employee arrested on the charges of demanding bribe has been identified as Deepika.
In a complaint given to the Bureau, Pankaj told that he had applied for the benefit of grant under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana. But the surveyor Arjun was demanding money in lieu of releasing second and third installments of Rs.60,000 and Rs.30,000 respectively sanctioned under the scheme.
Complainant Pankaj, who did not wish to pay the bribe approached the Anti Corruption Bureau. After verifying the facts, the bureau team raided and arrested surveyor Arjun red-handed while accepting illegal gratification of Rs.15,000 from complainant. In addition, accused female employee has also been arrested for demanding bribe from complainant.
The team of Anti-Corruption Bureau has started the investigation by registering a case against both the accused under the Prevention of Corruption Act in Gurugram.
