हुड्डा ने कहा कि तमाम मीडिया संस्थान सीएमआईई की रिपोर्ट पर
भरोसा करते हैं। अन्य किसी राज्य ने भी इसकी रिपोर्ट पर आपत्ति नहीं जताई। अगर
हरियाणा सरकार को यह विश्वसनीय नहीं लगती तो उसे इस रिपोर्ट को चुनौती देनी
चाहिए।
The Leader
of Opposition said the government cannot run away from its responsibility by
questioning the institutions. “The situation of unemployment in the state is
such that this month 8.39 lakh youth have applied for the recruitment of only
5500 constable posts. According to this year's economic survey also, about 9
lakh youth had registered in employment exchange but only 2800 youth got the
job. Even before this, when the government had taken out recruitment for 18
thousand peon posts and other fourth-class positions, lakhs of educated youth
had applied. Not only this, about 25 lakh youth had applied for 6,000 posts for
clerks,” he said.
नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि संस्थाओं पर सवाल उठाकर सरकार
अपनी जिम्मेदारी से नहीं भाग सकती। प्रदेश में बेरोजगारी का आलम यह है कि इसी
महीने महज 5500 कॉन्स्टेबल पदों
की भर्ती के लिए करीब 8 लाख 39 हजार युवाओं ने
आवेदन किया है। इस साल के आर्थिक सर्वे अनुसार भी करीब 9 लाख युवाओं ने
रजिस्ट्रेशन करवाया था नौकरी मिली मात्र 2800 युवाओं को, इससे पहले भी जब सरकार ने 18 हजार चपरासी पदों के लिए भर्ती निकाली गई थी
तो फोर्थ क्लास की उस भर्ती के लिए भी 18-20 लाख उच्च शिक्षित युवाओं ने आवेदन किया था। इतना ही नहीं 6 हजार कलर्क के
पदों पर भी लगभग 25 लाख युवाओं ने
आवेदन किया था।

reminded that in the past, about 7000 youths had applied for just 10 posts of
peons in Jagadhri court and about 15,000 youths had applied for raw recruitment
of 13 posts of peons in Panipat court. He said candidates holding BA, MA, MSc,
MCom, M.Phil and PhD degrees had also applied for the recruitment of peons
where the minimum qualification of was 8th pass.

चपरासी के महज 10 पदों के लिए
लगभग 7000 और पानीपत कोर्ट
में चपरासी के 13 पदों की कच्ची
भर्ती के लिए लगभग 15000 युवाओं ने आवेदन
किए थे। 8वीं पास योग्यता
वाली चपरासी की भर्तियों के लिए भी प्रदेश के बीए, एमए, एमएससी, एमकॉम, एम.फिल और पीएचडी किए हुए अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन किया था।
भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि प्रदेश में बढ़ती बेरोजगारी के लिए सीधे तौर पर सरकार की नीतियां जिम्मेदार हैं। आज सरकार इतनी भी नौकरियां नहीं दे पा रही, जितने कर्मचारी हर साल रिटायर हो रहे हैं। सरकार का सारा जोर कर्मचारियों को नौकरी से निकालने और ठेके पर भर्ती करने पर है। ठेकेदारों के जरिए हो रही भर्ती में युवाओं का जमकर शोषण हो रहा है। युवाओं से मोटी रकम लेकर उन्हें कच्ची नौकरियां दी जा रही हैं।
इतना ही नहीं, प्राइवेट इन्वेस्टमेंट की तरफ सरकार का कोई ध्यान नहीं है। एक-एक करके बड़े उद्योग हरियाणा से पलायन कर रहे हैं। सबसे ज्यादा रोजगार देने वाला ऑटोमोबाइल सेक्टर भी लगातार अन्य राज्यों का रुख कर रहा है। सरकार की इन तमाम विफलताओं का खामियाजा प्रदेश के युवाओं को भुगतना पड़ रहा है। बरोजगारी के चलते प्रदेश का युवा नशे और अपराध की तरफ बढ़ रहा है। लेकिन इस पर ध्यान देने की बजाए इवेंट मैनेजमेंट में माहिर सरकार झूठ के सहारे व राजनीतिक टीका-टिप्पणियां कर अपनी विफलताओं को छिपाने में लगी है।
Hooda added that there was no attention of the government towards private
investment as big industries are migrating from Haryana, one after another.
“The automobile sector, which is the largest employer, is also constantly
moving to other states. The youth of the state have to bear the brunt of all
these failures of the government. Due to unemployment, the youth of the state
is moving towards drugs and crime. Instead of paying attention to this problem
and finding a solution, the government, which specializes in event management,
wants to hide its failures with the help of lies, making political comments,”
he said.
