Chandigarh- कांग्रेस प्रदेश पर छोड़ कर गई थी 97,000 करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज : मनोहर लाल

चंडीगढ़ NEWS। मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने आज यहां राज्य सरकार के कार्यकाल के सफलतापूर्वक 𝟐𝟓𝟎𝟎 दिन पूर्ण होने पर आयोजित प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान दी।

राज्य सरकार पर कर्ज की स्थिति पर विपक्ष द्वारा लगाए गए आरोपों के संबंध में मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि कांग्रेस को कर्ज के आंकड़ों के बारे में कम जानकारी है और इसलिए वे हमेशा झूठ का प्रचार करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जब कांग्रेस गई थी, तब राज्य सरकार पर 𝟗𝟕,𝟎𝟎𝟎 करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज था।

Responding to a question regarding Opposition’s allegations regarding State Government’s debt liability, Manohar Lal again took a dig at Congress is having poor knowledge about debt figures and therefore they always preach lies. He said that when Congress had left, State Government had a debt liability of Rs 97,000 crore.  

मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि कांग्रेस हमेशा कहती है कि जब उनका कार्यकाल समाप्त हुआ, तब राज्य सरकार पर 𝟕𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 करोड़ रुपये का कर्ज था। वर्ष 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟒-𝟏𝟓 में जब भाजपा सत्ता में आई, तो उदय योजना के तहत पावर डिस्कॉम्स द्वारा लिए गए 𝟐𝟕𝟎𝟎𝟎 करोड़ रुपये के ऋण राशि को राज्य सरकार के कर्ज में शामिल किया गया ताकि पावर डिस्कॉम्स पर अधिक बोझ न पड़े। इससे सरकार का कुल कर्ज बढ़ गया।

While counting debt during Congress tenure, Manohar Lal said, Congress always says that when their tenure ended, then the debt liability of State Government was Rs. 70,000 crore. When BJP came to power in the year 2014-15, under the Ujjwal Discom Assurance Yojana (UDAY) scheme, debt amount of Rs. 27000 crore taken by Power Discoms was included in the government's debt so that the Power Discoms were not overburdened. Due to this, the total debt of the government increased. 

उन्होंने कहा कि यदि ऋण की राशि में पावर डिस्कॉम द्वारा लिए गए 𝟐𝟕𝟎𝟎𝟎 करोड़ रुपये को जोड़ दिया जाता है तो कुल कर्ज 𝟗𝟕,𝟎𝟎𝟎 करोड़ रुपये हो जाता है। इस तरह विपक्ष वास्तव में उनके द्वारा छोड़े गए पूरे कर्ज में पावर डिस्कॉम के कर्ज को शामिल न करके गलत आंकड़े देता है।

He said that if the loan amount of Rs. 27000 crore taken by Power Discoms is added to this then the total debt comes to Rs 97,000 crore. In this way, the Opposition actually gives wrong figures by not including Power Discoms debts in the entire debt left by them.  

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हरियाणा निश्चित रूप से पंजाब की तुलना में बेहतर वित्तीय स्थिति में है, पंजाब की आर्थिक स्थिति खराब है। यहां तक कि उनके अपने मंत्री भी कह चुकें हैं कि उन्हें अपनी वित्तीय स्थिति से उबरने के लिए हरियाणा जैसी रणनीति अपनानी चाहिए। 

"Haryana is certainly in a better financial position than Punjab as financial crises of Punjab is worse. Even their own Minister has accepted that they should adopt the strategies in line with Haryana so as to get over their financial situation," said Manohar Lal.
