चंडीगढ़ NEWS। करनाल की घटना के संबंध में मीडिया द़वारा पूछे गए प्रश्न के उत्तर में मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि आंदोलन करने वाले और कानून हाथ में लेने वाले किसान नहीं बल्कि राजनीति से प्रेरित लोग हैं। हरियाणा के किसान खुशी-खुशी अपने खेतों में काम कर रहे हैं। यह पंजाब के किसान हैं जो टिकरी और सिंधु बॉर्डर पर बैठे हैं।

Responding to a media query regarding the Karnal incident, Manohar Lal said that those agitating and taking law and order in their hands are not farmers, they are politically motivated people. Haryana Farmers are happily working in their fields, those are Punjab farmers who are actually sitting at Tikri and Singhu borders.

किसानों को गुमराह करने और करनाल में अराजकता पैदा करने के लिए उकसाने के लिए कांग्रेस और कम्युनिस्ट नेताओं पर तीखा हमला करते हुए मनोहर लाल ने कहा कि ऐसे आंदोलनों के माध्यम से अगर इन नेताओं को लगता है कि वे अपने निहित स्वार्थों को प्राप्त कर सकते हैं तो वे बहुत गलत हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इन प्रदर्शनकारियों और जिला प्रशासन के बीच सकारात्मक बातचीत हुई थी, जिसमें उन्होंने लिखित सहमति दी थी कि वे केवल शांतिपूर्ण तरीके से विरोध प्रदर्शन करेंगे और कानून व्यवस्था का उल्लंघन नहीं करेंगे। हालाँकि, यह वास्तव में दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि कैसे राजनीति से प्रेरित लोगों ने अपना वादा तोड़ दिया।

While launching a scathing attack on Congress and Communist party leaders for misleading innocent farmers and provoking them to create chaos in Karnal too, Manohar Lal, through such agitations, if these leaders think that they can achieve their vested interests, and then they are highly mistaken.

उन्होंने कहा कि इन विरोध करने वाले किसानों और उन्हें उकसाने वालों को यह समझना चाहिए कि सरकार अभी भी किसानों की बात सुनने के लिए तैयार है। सरकार उनके खिलाफ नहीं है, यदि ऐसा होता तो उन्हें सरकार द्वारा प्रदेर्शन स्थलों पर जो बुनियादी सुविधाएं प्रदान की गई हैं, वह उन्हें नहीं दी जाती।

“A positive dialogue was held between these protestors and district administration wherein they had given written consent that they would only protest in a symbolic manner and will not violate the law and order situation. However, it is really unfortunate to see that how at the behest of some politically motivated leaders, they had broken their promise. These protesting farmers and their provokers should understand that Government is still ready to hear them as if we had anything against them then the basic amenities they have been provided by the Governmnet at the protesting sites would not have been given to them, “said the Chief Minister.

करनाल में हिंसा भड़काने के लिए ऐसे नेताओं को कड़ी चेतावनी देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि लोकतंत्र में हर किसी को अभिव्यक्ति का अधिकार है। हालांकि, अगर कोई कानून व्यवस्था को अपने हाथ में लेता है, तो निश्चित रूप से पुलिस को कानून व्यवस्था को संभालना होगा।

While giving a stern warning to these leaders for instigating violence in Karnal, the Chief Minister said that in a democracy everyone has right to expression of speech. However, if anyone takes law and orders in their hands, then certainly the Police have a role to play.

करनाल घटना के दौरान वायरल हुए एक अधिकारी के ऑडियो और वीडियो के संबंध में एक अन्य सवाल के जवाब में मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इसकी जांच पुलिस महानिदेशक द्वारा की जा रही है। हालांकि मुख्यमंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि वायरल ऑडियो और वीडियो एक अलग जगह का है और जो घटना हुई वह अलग स्थान पर हुई थी। इसलिए दोनों घटनाओं को आपस में नहीं जोड़ा जाना चाहिए।

Responding to another question regarding the audio and video of an officer which went viral during the Karnal incident, the Chief Minister said that the investigation for the same is going on by the Director General of Police. Though he further clarified that the viral audio and video is of a different venue and the incident that occurred between the protestors and the Police happened at a different place. Therefore both the incidents should not made to be connected, he added.

मुख्यमंत्री ने किसानों से सकारात्मक बातचीत के माध्यम से अपनी मांगों को रखने का आग्रह करते हुए कहा कि किसानों को देश की परंपराओं में अपना विश्वास बनाए रखना चाहिए। केवल सकारात्मक बातचीत से ही किसी मुद्दे को हल किया जा सकता है। किसी भी बात पर अड़े रहने से कोई सकारात्मक परिणाम नहीं निकल सकता है।

Urging the farmers to put forward their demands through positive dialogue, the Chief Minister said that farmers should uphold their trust in the traditions of the country and said that only positive dialogue can resolve any issue, remaining adamant on anything is not going to yield any positive result.

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि तीन कृषि कानून को आए दो साल हो गए हैं, लेकिन मंडी प्रणाली बंद नहीं हुई और फसलों की खरीद एमएसपी पर जारी है, जो विपक्ष द्वारा फैलाए गए भ्रम और दावों के बिल्कुल विपरीत है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा ऐसा राज्य है जो 11 फसलों की एमएसपी पर खरीद कर रहा है।

“It has now been two years since the Centres had introduced the three farm laws, but the Mandi system and procurement of crops on MSP had continued, which is contradictory to the claims made by the Opposition to mislead the people,” said Manohar Lal.
