Chandigarh- हुड्डा बोलें: जलभराव की वजह से खराब हुई फसलों की गिरदावरी करवाकर उचित मुआवजा दे सरकार

Former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda has raised the demand for compensation for crops damaged due to waterlogging. Hooda said crops of farmers in many districts have suffered heavy losses due to the incessant rains in the last few days.

चंडीगढ़ NEWS। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने जलभराव की वजह से खराब हुई फसलों के मुआवजे की मांग उठाई है। हुड्डा का कहना है कि पिछले दिनों लगातार हुई बारिश की वजह से कई जिलों में किसानों की फसलों को भारी नुकसान पहुंचा है। जलभराव की वजह से कपास, बाजरा, मक्का, दाल और सब्जियों की फसल खराब हो गई है। इसलिए सरकार को जल्द से जल्द नुकसान की स्पेशल गिरदावरी करवाकर किसानों को उचित मुआवजा देना चाहिए। पिछले कई सीजन से किसानों को बेमौसम बारिश, टिड्डी या अन्य कारणों से फसली नुकसान झेलना पड़ रहा है। लेकिन सरकार लगातार मुआवजे से कन्नी काट रही है। फसल बीमा योजना के नाम पर किसानों से हर सीजन में करोड़ों रुपये की वसूली हो रही है, लेकिन बदले में उन्हें कुछ नहीं मिल रहा।

हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकार की तरफ से धान छोड़कर अन्य फसल बोने पर किसानों को ₹7000 प्रति एकड़ प्रोत्साहन राशि देने का ऐलान किया गया था। लेकिन किसान आज तक इस राशि का इंतजार कर रहे हैं। इससे पहले भी सरकार ने ₹5000 प्रति एकड़ राशि देने की बात कही थी। तब भी किसी किसान को कोई राशि नहीं मिली। ऐसे में किसानों का विश्वास सरकार से उठ चुका है।

Hooda said the government had announced an incentive of ₹ 7000 per acre to farmers for sowing crops other than paddy but farmers are waiting for this amount till date. Even before this, the government had talked about giving an amount of ₹ 5000 per acre but no amount was given to any farmer even then. In such a situation, the farmers have lost faith in the government,” he said.

नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि आज बड़ी तादाद में किसान धान छोड़कर मक्की उगा रहे हैं। लेकिन उन किसानों को ना सरकार की तरफ से घोषित प्रोत्साहन राशि मिली और ना ही उनकी फसल की एमएसपी पर खरीद ही हो रही है। 1850 रुपये एमएसपी वाली मक्का को 1000-1100 रुपये में खरीदा जा रहा था। इससे किसानों को दोहरा नुकसान हो रहा है। नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने सरकार से इस नुकसान की भरपाई करने की मांग की है।

The Leader of the Opposition said that a large number of farmers are leaving paddy and growing maize but those farmers neither get the incentive amount announced by the government, nor is maize procured at MSP. “Maize has an official MSP of Rs 1850 but it is being bought for Rs 1000-1100. Due to this, the farmers are suffering double losses,” he said and demanded the government to compensate for this loss to farmers.

भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा ने कहा कि देश और प्रदेश में महंगाई अपने चरम पर है। पेट्रोल-डीजल के बढ़ते दामों ने लोगों का तेल निकाल दिया है। इसका सबसे ज्यादा खामियाजा गरीब, मध्यम वर्ग और किसानों को भुगतना पड़ रहा है। प्रदेश सरकार को वैट दरों में कमी करके लोगों को राहत देनी चाहिए।
