Rohtak- 2 साल में गठबंधन सरकार ने घोटाले, किसानों व आमजन को परेशान करने के अलावा कुछ नहीं किया : हुड्डा

रोहतक NEWS। बीजेपी-जेजेपी गठबंधन सरकार ने अपने 𝟐 साल के कार्यकाल में घोटाले, किसान और आम जनता को परेशान करने के अलावा कुछ नहीं किया। यह कहना है पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेता प्रतिपक्ष भूपेंद्र सिंह हुड्डा का। हुड्डा आज रोहतक स्थित अपने आवास पर पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि आज न धान की व्यवस्थित खरीद हो रही है जिसके कारण औने-पौने भाव पर धान बेचने को किसान मजबूर हैं, न ही बाजरा के किसानों को एमएसपी मिल रहा है। 𝟐𝟐𝟓𝟎 रुपये क्विंटल एमएसपी वाला बाजरा 𝟖𝟎𝟎 से 𝟏𝟎𝟎𝟎 रुपये के रेट पर पिट रहा है। भावांतर योजना का 𝟔𝟎𝟎 रुपये यदि जोड़ भी दिया जाए तो भी किसानों को करीब 𝟔𝟎𝟎 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल का भारी नुकसान उठाना पड़ रहा है।

इतना ही नहीं, पूरे हरियाणा में डीएपी खाद की किल्लत को लेकर हाहाकार मचा हुआ है। किसानों को कई-कई घंटे लंबी कतारों में इंतजार करना पड़ रहा है। फिर भी उन्हें खाद नहीं मिल पा रही। सरकार की कुनीतियों के चलते किसानों को ना वक्त पर खाद व बीज मिल पाता और ना ही वक्त पर फसल की खरीद ना वक्त पर उठान और ना ही पेमेंट हो पाती और ना ही खराब हुई फसल का मुवावजा का मिल पाता है।

Hooda, addressing a press conference at his Rohtak residence on Saturday, said systematic procurement of paddy is not taking place, due to which the farmers are compelled to sell the paddy at low rates and neither are the millet farmers getting MSP. “Farmers are forced to sell millet at the rate of Rs 800 to 1000 per quintal while the MSP is Rs 2250 quintal. Even after adding Rs 600 to Bhavantar Yojana, the farmers are facing a loss of about Rs 600 per quintal,” he said.

“Not only this, there is an outcry in the entire Haryana regarding DAP fertilizer. Farmers have to wait in long queues for several hours but they are not getting fertilizer. Due to the policies of the government, farmers could neither get fertilizers and seeds on time, nor would they be able to purchase the crops on time, nor would they be able to lift and pay on time, nor could they get compensation for the damaged crop,” he said.

The Leader of Opposition said while the farmer has to struggle for his every small and big need while the common man is also struggling to deal with basic problems like electricity and water. “The condition of roads in the entire state, including Rohtak, is pathetic. There hardly is any district in the state where there the roads are driveable as big potholes are inviting accidents. The government has entrusted the responsibility of repairing the roads of the entire state to two people but no repair work is being done anywhere. There should be an inquiry in this matter also,” he said.

Hooda said the people of had given the government an opportunity of two years to work so that it can give its performance and do good to the people, but the coalition government has completely failed in 2 years.

“We have started the Vipaksh Aapke Samaksh to expose all the anti-people policies and failures of the government on behalf of the Congress Legislature Party. We will awaken the government by raising issues highlighted by people. The first successful program was done in Karnal and the next stop would be in Jind, after the Ellenabad elections,” he said.

नेता प्रतिपक्ष ने कहा कि जहां एक तरफ किसान को अपनी हर छोटी-बड़ी जरूरत के लिए संघर्ष करना पड़ रहा है वहीं आम आदमी को बिजली-पानी जैसी आधारभूत समस्याओं से दो-चार होना पड़ रहा है। हुड्डा ने रोहतक समेत पूरे प्रदेश की सड़कों की हालत को दयनीय बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश का शायद ही कोई ऐसा जिला होगा जहां चलने लायक सड़कें बची हों। जर्जर और बड़े-बड़े गड्ढों से भरी सड़कें हादसों को खुला न्यौता दे रही हैं। सरकार ने दो लोगों को पूरे प्रदेश की सड़कों की मरम्मत का जिम्मा सौंप रखा है। लेकिन सरकार सड़कों की मरम्मत का काम तक नहीं करा पा रही है। इस मामले में भी जांच होनी चाहिए।

हुड्डा ने कहा कि हमने सरकार को काम करने के लिये दो साल का मौका दिया था, ताकि वो जनता से किये वादे निभाये और अपनी परफॉर्मेंस दे सके, लेकिन गठबंधन सरकार 𝟐 साल में बिल्कुल विफल हो चुकी है इसलिए सरकार की तमाम जनविरोधी नीतियों और नाकामियों का खुलासा करने के लिए कांग्रेस विधायक दल की तरफ से ‘विपक्ष आपके समक्ष’ कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की गई है। ताकि, जनता की समस्याओं को सुनकर सड़क से सदन तक उठाकर इस सरकार को जगाया जाए। इसी क्रम में पहला सफल कार्यक्रम करनाल में हुआ और अगला पड़ाव एलनाबाद चुनाव के बाद जींद में होगा।
