चंडीगढ़ news। हरियाणा के वन, पर्यटन एवं शिक्षा मंत्री कंवरपाल ने
कहा कि प्रकृति दर्शन पर आधारित पर्यटन को बढावा देना सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता है और
मोरनी की पहाड़ियों पर प्रकृति की संपदा देखते ही बनती है। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा
के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा यहां की प्राकृतिक
संपन्नता का प्रचार-प्रसार किया गया है, जिसके
फलस्वरूप मोरनी में प्रकृति दर्शन करने आने वाले सैलानियों की संख्या में रिकार्ड वृद्धि हुई है।
कंवरपाल वन विभाग हरियाणा द्वारा मोरनी हिल्स में कई श्रृखलाबद्ध शिलान्यास कार्यक्रम करने उपरांत प्रस्तावित फील्ड होस्टल एवं रेस्टाहाऊस स्थल पर आयोजित कार्यक्रम को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इससे पहले कंवरपाल ने लाल मुनिया विश्राम गृह व प्रस्तावित फील्ड हॉस्टल का शिलान्यास किया।
Kanwar Pal
said this while addressing a programme organized by the Forest Department at
the proposed field hostel and resthouse site after participating in the series
of foundation-laying programmes held in Morni Hills today. Earlier, Kanwar Pal
laid the foundation stone of Lal Muniya Vishram Grih and proposed field hostel.
He said that
the Morni area is the most beautiful example of the cultivation of ginger and
maize, organic farming. He said that according to our tradition, nature is the
real form of God.
Welcoming
the Forest Minister on this occasion, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, V.S
Tanwar said that nature education is the need of the hour. A target of planting
3 crore saplings has been set this year.
He said that
joint work culture is being developed by the Forest Department by coordinating
with other departments in the various fields including forest development,
forest conservation, forest protection etc.
Former MLA,
Kalka and National Treasurer, BJP Mahila Morcha, Smt. Latika Sharma said that the state government
under the leadership of Manohar Lal has provided all necessary facilities to
the people living in the Morni area. She said that excellent work has been done
especially in the power sector, road connection, education and health sector.
At the
beginning of the programme, Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests,
Northern Region, T.P Singh said that in
the era of climate change, mankind is facing many natural calamities and there
is only one way to get rid of these problems is to protect the environment.
On this occasion, Principal Chief Conservator Forests, Wildlife, Jagdish Chandra said that the Morni hills are the shelter of various wild animals, especially leopard, chital, pheasant, sambar, wild rooster along innumerable species of birds.
उन्होंने कहा कि मोरनी क्षेत्र अदरक की पैदावार और मक्के की खेती, जैविक खेती का सबसे सुंदर उदाहरण है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी परंपरा के अनुसार प्रकृति ही ईश्वर का साक्षात रूप है।
इस अवसर पर वन मंत्री का स्वागत करते हुए प्रधान मुख्य वन संरक्षक वी एस तंवर ने कहा कि प्रकृति शिक्षा हमारे समय की बड़ी आवश्यकता है। इस वर्ष 3 करोड़ पौधों को लगाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि वन विभाग द्वारा वन विकास, वन संरक्षण, वन सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ जीवन के सभी प्रगति क्षेत्रों में अन्य विभागों के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर संयुक्त कार्यसंस्कृति का विकास किया जा रहा है।
कालका की पूर्व विधायक तथा बीजेपी महिला मोर्चा की राष्ट्रीय कोषाध्यक्ष लतिका शर्मा ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल ने नेतृत्व में प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा मोरनी क्षेत्र में रहने वाले लोगों को सभी आवश्यक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाई गई हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि विशेष रूप से बिजली, सड़क, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य के दृष्टि से उत्कृष्ठ कार्य किये गए हैं।
कार्यक्रम
के आरंभ में अतिरिक्त प्रधान मुख्य वन संरक्षक उत्तरी क्षेत्र टी पी सिंह ने कहा
कि जलवायु परिवर्तन के दौर में मानव जाति को कई प्राकृतिक आपदाओं का सामना करना पड़
रहा है और इससे निजात पाने का एक ही रास्ता है- ‘‘आओ लौट चले प्रकृति की ओर’’।
इस अवसर पर प्रधान मुख्य वन संरक्षक वन्य प्राणी जगदीश चन्द्र ने कहा
कि मोरनी की पहाड़िया विविध वन्य प्राणियों का आश्रय स्थल है इस क्षेत्र में विशेष
रूप से लैपर्ड, चीतल, तीतर, सांभर, जंगली मूर्गा के साथ पक्षी जगत के असंख्य प्रजातियों का अद्भूत दर्शन
किया जा सकता है।
इस
अवसर पर अतिरिक्त प्रधान मुख्य वन संरक्षक सुरेश दलाल, के सी मीणा, डी एफ ओ मोरनी भूपेन्द्र राघव, अतिरिक्त डी एफ ओ अनीता, मुख्य प्रचार अधिकारी धर्मवीर सहित वन
विभाग एवं नागरिक समाज के सैकड़ों नागरिक, शिक्षक
तथा विद्यार्थी उपस्थित थे।
इससे
पूर्व राजकीय वरिष्ठ माध्यमिक विद्यालय मोरनी के विद्यार्थियों ने स्वागत गीत
प्रस्तुत किया।
