व्यक्तियों को अपने संबोधन के दौरान उन्होंने डीआरडीओ टीम और उद्योग भागीदारों को ‘हर काम देश के नाम’ के लिए उनके निरंतर
प्रयास के लिए बधाई
दी।
On this occasion Transfer of Technology for TBRL developed Warhead for MPATGM Mk-II was handed over to Economic Explosive Ltd Nagpur in presence of Rajnath Singh .
During his address to more than 500 scientists and officers and staff of DRDO and other dignitaries positioned at different work centers he congratulated the DRDO team and industry partners for their continuous effort towards HAR KAAM DESH KE NAAM.
Rajnath Singh visited here today at Manthan Auditorium, TBRL, Range, Ramgarh. Gen. Bipin Rawat Chief of Defence Staff, Dr G Satheesh Reddy Secretary DD R&D and Chairman DRDO, Air Marshal Sandeep Singh Vice Chief of Air Staff, Dr BHVS Narayana Murthy DG Missile and Strategic System and Dr Tessy Thomas DG(Aero) also accompanied him.
At the outset, Shri Prateek Kishore OS and Director TBRL welcomed Union Defence Minister and briefed about the many critical technologies on which scientist and technologist are working and products developed by this laboratory.
Rajnath Singh recalled that in August 2021, he had handed over the indigenously developed and produced multi-mode hand grenade to Indian Army. This grenade, designed and developed by TBRL, was the first munition which was produced by a Private industry, a TOT holder of DRDO and inducted in to the Indian Armed Forces. The safety and performance parameters of this grenade make it truly world class and achieved the functional reliability of more than 99.5% in the production. This is a clear demonstration of capabilities of our scientists and production agency. Rajnath Singh appreciated the role of TBRL and DRDO for this achievement and mentioned that it is a very important milestone to make India self reliant in defence production.
Rajnath Singh also indicated that indigenous systems would keep getting inducted regularly. Moreover, the active participation of industry, specifically private sector, in manufacturing these products with DRDO technologies is the strength, both military and economic, that would make our country Aatmanirbhar.
He also appreciated the role of scientists working in the field of test and evaluation of armaments and protective systems of TBRL. He further added that the test facilities at TBRL are being extended to Indian Industries, R&D Institutions and Academia to support “Make in India” initiative. He stressed that TBRL can provide one-stop solution for static and dynamic trials of all munitions and warheads in addition to its core capability of design and development of warheads, munitions and its sub-systems.
On this occasion Gen Bipin Rawat Chief of Defence Staff also appreciated the efforts of TBRL in developing different technologies. He said that with the help of these technologies our Armies are now fully capable to counter all challenges posed by our enemies in the coming days.

प्रारंभ में, प्रतीक किशोर ओएस और
निदेशक टीबीआरएल ने रक्षा मंत्री का स्वागत किया और कई महत्वपूर्ण तकनीकों के बारे
में जानकारी दी, जिन पर वैज्ञानिक और प्रौद्योगिकीविद् काम कर रहे हैं और इस
प्रयोगशाला द्वारा विकसित उत्पादों के बारे में बताया।
रक्षा मंत्री ने याद किया कि अगस्त 2021 में, उन्होंने स्वदेशी रूप
से विकसित और निर्मित मल्टी-मोड हैंड ग्रेनेड भारतीय सेना को सौंप दिया था। टीबीआरएल
द्वारा डिजाइन और विकसित किया गया यह ग्रेनेड पहला हथियार था जिसे एक निजी उद्योग, डीआरडीओ के एक टीओटी
धारक द्वारा तैयार किया गया था और भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों में शामिल किया गया था। इस
ग्रेनेड की सुरक्षा और प्रदर्शन पैरामीटर इसे वास्तव में विश्व स्तरीय बनाते हैं
और उत्पादन में 99.5 से अधिक की कार्यात्मक विश्वसनीयता हासिल करते हैं। यह हमारे
वैज्ञानिकों और उत्पादन एजेंसी की क्षमताओं का स्पष्ट प्रदर्शन है। राजनाथ सिंह ने
इस उपलब्धि के लिए टीबीआरएल और डीआरडीओ की भूमिका की सराहना की और उल्लेख किया कि
यह भारत को रक्षा उत्पादन में आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण मील
का पत्थर है।
रक्षा मंत्री ने यह भी संकेत दिया कि
स्वदेशी प्रणालियों को नियमित रूप से शामिल किया जाता रहेगा। इसके अलावा, डीआरडीओ
प्रौद्योगिकियों के साथ इन उत्पादों के निर्माण में उद्योग, विशेष रूप से निजी
क्षेत्र की सक्रिय भागीदारी सैन्य और आर्थिक दोनों तरह की ताकत है, जो हमारे देश को
आत्मानिर्भर बनाती है।
रक्षा मंत्री ने टीबीआरएल के आयुधों और सुरक्षात्मक प्रणालियों के परीक्षण और मूल्यांकन के क्षेत्र में काम कर रहे वैज्ञानिकों की भूमिका की सराहना की। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि ष्मेक इन इंडियाष् पहल का समर्थन करने के लिए टीबीआरएल में परीक्षण सुविधाओं को भारतीय उद्योगों, अनुसंधान एवं विकास संस्थानों और शिक्षाविदों तक बढ़ाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि टीबीआरएल हथियार, युद्ध सामग्री और इसके उप-प्रणालियों के डिजाइन और विकास की अपनी मुख्य क्षमता के अलावा सभी युद्ध सामग्री और हथियार के स्थिर और गतिशील परीक्षणों के लिए वन-स्टॉप समाधान प्रदान कर सकता है।
इस अवसर पर चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ जनरल
बिपिन रावत ने भी विभिन्न प्रौद्योगिकियों के विकास में टीबीआरएल के प्रयासों की
सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें यकीन है कि इन तकनीकों की मदद से हमारी सेनाएं अब
आने वाले दिनों में हमारे दुश्मनों द्वारा पेश की जाने वाली सभी चुनौतियों का
मुकाबला करने में पूरी तरह सक्षम हैं।
