हरियाणा प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी की अध्यक्षा कुमारी शैलजा ने प्रेस को जारी एक बयान के माध्यम से भाजपा-जजपा सरकार पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि पिछले सात सालों में इतनी भर्तियां नहीं हुई, जितने भर्ती घोटाले हुए हैं। मनोहर सरकार के कार्यकाल के दौरान सात साल में तीन दर्जन के करीब पेपर लीक हो चुके हैं। एचएसएससी के पूर्व तथा मौजूदा चेयरमैन भर्ती घोटालों को लेकर विवादों में घिरते रहे हैं। इसके बावजूद मुख्यमंत्री का उनके खिलाफ कार्रवाई न करना इस बात का प्रमाण है कि हरियाणा में हो रहे भर्ती घोटालों को सरकार का संरक्षण प्राप्त है। उन्होंने मांग की कि एचपीएससी व एचएसएससी कमीशन को भंग करके नए कमीशन गठित होने चाहिए और सभी विवादित भर्ती परीक्षाएं दोबारा करवाई जाएं, ताकि हरियाणा के शिक्षित बेरोजगारों को न्याय मिल सके।
शैलजा ने कहा कि विजीलेंस ब्यूरो द्वारा एचपीएससी के डिप्टी सेक्रेटरी व अन्यों को गिरफ्तार किए जाने के बावजूद सरकार की चुप्पी इस बात का प्रमाण है कि हरियाणा में नौकरियां निलाम करने में सरकार के करीबी लोग शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री बिना खर्ची-बिना पर्ची के नौकरी दिए जाने का तथाकथित बयान दे रहे हैं, वह वास्तव में सही है क्योंकि यहां पर्चियां नहीं बल्कि नोटों से भरी अटेचियां चल रही हैं।
उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल से पिछले सात सालों में हुई भर्तियों पर श्वेत-पत्र जारी करने की मांग करते हुए कहा कि वह प्रदेशवासियों को बताएं कि उनके कार्यकाल के दौरान कितनी भर्तियों को अदालत में चुनौती दी गई है, सरकार ने किस विभाग में कितनी भर्तियां की हैं और कितनी बार पेपर लीक होने के कारण भर्तियों को रद्द किया गया है।
In a
statement issued here today, President, Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee,
Kumari Selja accused the BJP-JJP government that in the last seven years, there
were number of recruitment scams. During the tenure of Manohar government,
around three dozen papers have been leaked in seven years. The past and present
chairmen of HSSC have been involved in controversies over recruitment scams.
Despite this, no action against them by the Chief Minister is proof that the
recruitment scams happening in Haryana have the protection of the government.
She demanded that the HPSC and HSSC should be dissolved and new commissions
should be formed and all the disputed recruitment examinations should be
re-conducted, so that the educated unemployed youth of Haryana could get
justice.
She said that the silence of the
government despite the arrest of HPSC Deputy Secretary and others by the
Vigilance Bureau is proof that people close to the government are involved in
auctioning jobs in Haryana. She said that the Haryana Chief Minister is giving
the so-called statement of providing jobs in a transparent manner however jobs
are either being sold or given to close ones of those sitting on higher
positions in the government.
She urged Chief Minister Manohar Lal
to issue a white paper on the recruitments made in the last seven years and
inform people of the state that how many recruitments have been challenged in
the court during his tenure. Apart from this, how many recruitment were done by
the government in which department and how many times the recruitments have
been canceled due to paper leaks.
Demanding the dissolution of HSSC
and HPSC with immediate effect, Kumari Selja said that at this time, both these
commissions have lost their credibility and the Chief Minister, who should take
action in this matter, is silent. In such a situation, taking suo motu
cognizance of media reports and vigilance action, the Hon'ble Governor of
Haryana should dissolve both the commissions and get the recruitment scams
investigated by a sitting judge.
कुमारी शैलजा ने एचएसएसएसी तथा एचपीएससी को तुरंत प्रभाव से भंग करने की मांग करते हुए कहा कि इस समय यह दोनों संस्थान अपनी विश्वसनीयता गंवा चुके हैं और इस मामले में कार्रवाई करने वाले प्रदेश के मुखिया चुप है। ऐसे में हरियाणा के माननीय राज्यपाल को मीडिया रिपोर्ट और विजीलेंस कार्रवाई का स्वत: संज्ञान लेते हुए दोनों संस्थानों को भंग करके भर्ती घोटालों की सिटिंग जज से जांच करवानी चाहिए।
