हुड्डा आज रोहतक में पत्रकार वार्ता को संबोधित कर रहे थे। इस मौके पर उन्होंने कहा कि बीजेपी जेजेपी सरकार अपने वायदों पर खरी नहीं उतरी। इस सरकार में विकास कार्य ठप पड़े हैं और हर वर्ग इससे दुखी है। हुड्डा ने कहा कि सरकार के पारदर्शिता और मेरिट के आधार पर नौकरी के दावे की पोल खुल चुकी है। इस सरकार की पारदर्शिता और मेरिट नोटों की अटैची में बंद है। बार-बार मांग करने के बावजूद सरकार भर्ती घोटालों की उच्चस्तरीय जांच से भाग रही है। जाहिर है सरकार के संरक्षण के बिना इतने बड़े घोटाले संभव नहीं है। अगर घोटालेबाजों को सरकार का संरक्षण नहीं है तो फिर उसे उच्चस्तरीय जांच से संकोच क्यों है? पूरे मामले की सीबीआई या हाईकोर्ट के जज से जांच होनी चाहिए ताकि एचएसएससी और एचपीएससी के कार्यालयों से लेकर सरकार में फैले भर्ती माफिया के जाल का पर्दाफाश हो सके। सबसे पहले दोनों ही संस्थाओं के चेयरमैन का इस्तीफा लिया जाना चाहिए ताकि निष्पक्ष जांच हो सके।
Addressing a
press conference in Rohtak today, Hooda said the BJP-JJP government had not
lived up to its promises. “The development works have come to a standstill in
this government and every section is unhappy about it. The government's claim
of transparency and merit-based jobs has been exposed,” he said.
“Transparency
and merit of this government is locked in the briefcase of notes. Despite
repeated demands, the government is running away from high-level investigations
into recruitment scams. Obviously such a big scam is not possible without the
protection of the government. If the scamsters do not have the protection of
the government, then why is it hesitant to investigate at a high level,” he
questioned.
“All the
cases should be investigated by CBI or High Court judge so that the web of
recruitment mafia spreading from the offices of HSSC and HPSC to the
government, can be exposed. First of all, the resignation of the chairman of
both the institutions should be taken so that a fair investigation can be
carried out,” he said.
Talking
about the problems faced by the farmers, Hooda said farmers are neither getting
MSP nor fertilizers. “The cost of cultivation is increasing continuously but
MSP is increasing only marginally. There was no tax on seeds, fertilizers,
pesticides or farming equipment during the Congress tenure but this government
has made agriculture expensive by taxing everything related to agriculture,” he
noted.
Hooda said
that if the government wants to do some good to the farmers, then it should
give MSP to the farmers according to the C2 formula of the Swaminathan report
and work on schemes to make the agriculture sector profitable. “Instead of
giving reasonable rates and concessions to the farmers, this government is
imposing restrictions and new laws on them. Annadata is being harassed
unnecessarily due to stubble burning, while other factors are more responsible
for increasing pollution. Despite the order of the court, the government has
failed to provide any redressal of stubble to the farmers,” he stated.
हुड्डा ने किसानों की समस्याओं के बारे में बात करते हुए कहा कि आज ना उन्हें एमएसपी मिल रही और ना ही खाद। किसान की लागत लगातार बढ़ती जा रही है लेकिन एमएसपी में नाममात्र बढ़ोतरी हो रही है। कांग्रेस कार्यकाल में ना बीज, ना खाद, ना कीटनाशक और ना ही खेती उपकरणों पर कोई टैक्स था। लेकिन इस सरकार ने खेती से जुड़ी हर चीज पर टैक्स लगाकर खेती को महंगा करने का काम किया।
उन्होंने कहा कि अगर सरकार किसानों का कुछ भला करना चाहती है तो उसे स्वामीनाथन रिपोर्ट के सी2 फार्मूले के तहत किसानों को एमएसपी देनी चाहिए और कृषि क्षेत्र को लाभकारी बनाने के लिए योजनाओं पर काम करना चाहिए। यह सरकार किसानों को उचित रेट और रियायत देने के बजाय उनपर पाबंदियां और नए नए कानून थोप रही है। पराली को लेकर बेवजह अन्नदाता को परेशान किया जा रहा है जबकि प्रदूषण को बढ़ाने में अन्य फैक्टर ज्यादा जिम्मेदार है। कोर्ट के आदेश के बावजूद सरकार किसानों को पराली का कोई निवारण देने में विफल रही है।
