चंडीगढ़ news। हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री मनोहर लाल की
अध्यक्षता में आयोजित हरियाणा मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में आज यहां उद्यम प्रोत्साहन
नीति-2015 के मद्देनज़र कृषि क्षेत्र में औद्योगिक कालोनी के विकास हेतु
लाईसेंस प्रदान करने के लिए दिनांक 01 अक्तूबर, 2015 की नीति में संशोधन
के संबंध एक प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है।
Haryana Cabinet which
met under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister. Manohar Lal here today accorded
approval to a proposal regarding Amendments in the policy dated October 1, 2015
regarding grant of licences for development of industrial colony in
industrial/agriculture zone in view of Enterprises Promotion Policy-2015.
As per the amendment,
External Development Charges will as per actual expenditure by
departments/agencies if External Development is demanded by the developer.
The existing clause
1.7(v) is proposed to be substituted by the following, "The colonizer
shall be allowed to occupy the residential and commercial component, in proportion
to the area for which infrastructure facilities are completed in the industrial
plotted colony or, the permitted FAR in case of flatted industrial colony and
part completion/occupation certificate is obtained."
संशोधन के अनुसार यदि डेवलपर द्वारा बाहय विकास शुल्क मांगा जाता है तो बाहय विकास शुल्क वास्तव खर्च के अनुसार लिया जाएगा।
मौजूदा खंड 1.7 (वी) को निम्नलिखित
द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित करने का प्रस्ताव है। ‘‘कालोनाइजर को उस क्षेत्र के अनुपात
में आवासीय और वाणिज्यिक घटक पर कब्जा करने की अनुमति दी जाएगी, जिसके लिए औद्योगिक
प्लॉट कॉलोनी में बुनियादी ढांचा सुविधाएं पूरी की गई हैं या फ्लैटेड औद्योगिक
कॉलोनी के मामले में अनुमत एफएआर और पार्ट पूर्णता / व्यवसाय प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त
किया गया है’’।
